估唔到喺酒店入面都有間好有格調嘅餐廳,環境就相對暗少少,因為裝修都以純黑為主,可以坐低飲杯嘢食個飯🥂秘魯吞拿魚拌蕃茄莎莎配香烤鱈魚脆片及黑醋汁$68新鮮嘅吞拿魚同埋蕃茄🍅互相融合非常好,莎莎醬就比較酸甜,鱈魚片就非常之脆口,所以食落非常之開胃😝蒜片橄欖油封大蝦配佛卡夏多士 $88大蝦嘅兩邊都有煎過🍤,令到表面非常之脆口但係入邊就嫩口,另外蒜片非常足夠,適合重口味嘅,可以連埋多士同好多蒜片一齊食和風原隻璣煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯 $288一上枱睇落鮑魚大大隻,識落估唔到都好有驚喜😳,醬汁甜甜地咬起上嚟亦都唔會好韌,非常鮮甜。而飯方面亦都係我喜歡嗰種質感粒粒分明,軟硬都適中😎慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架$188🐖煮得好好!睇落好厚身,好驚佢會好靭,但估唔到生熟程度處理得啱啱好,肉汁都非常之多汁,食落去好Juicy😈😈😈😈Pearadise $130飲落去非常之易入口,有陣陣嘅梨味🍐加埋白酒,適合於平時飲太濃酒精嘅人Wandering Voyage 呢杯比較似泰國風味,表面上仲有奶蓋,而入邊主要以椰子🥥為主題,亦都有微微嘅奶香味,都係一般相對容易入口啲酒😍😍😍The Pearl (尖沙咀)尖沙咀加連威老道20-22號瑞生尖沙咀酒店4樓 繼續閱讀

We ordered 𝘾𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙖 and 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩, pairing with their signature drink 𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙎𝙀 which was a refreshing and sophisticated choice. Infusion of pear and milk-washed Italicus. It reminded me the classic Chinese dessert 冰糖燉雪梨 🍐𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙨𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 - such a unique twist on a classic dish! Risotto was creamy and rich with a subtle umami flavour from, the Isoyaki abalone, LOVE the addition of mushrooms which elevated the dish even further 😍𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙨-𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙄𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙤 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙇𝙤𝙞𝙣 - incredibly tender and juicy thanks to he sous vide technique.
