We ordered 𝘾𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙖 and 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩, pairing with their signature drink 𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙎𝙀 which was a refreshing and sophisticated choice. Infusion of pear and milk-washed Italicus. It reminded me the classic Chinese dessert 冰糖燉雪梨 🍐𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙨𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 - such a unique twist on a classic dish! Risotto was creamy and rich with a subtle umami flavour from, the Isoyaki abalone, LOVE the addition of mushrooms which elevated the dish even further 😍𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙨-𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙄𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙤 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙇𝙤𝙞𝙣 - incredibly tender and juicy thanks to he sous vide technique. 尖沙咀酒店上面嘅🏖️露天意大利餐廳,環境好chill好舒服,夜晚放工Happy Hour/假日來同朋友食飯傾計都好唔錯!無花果帕馬火腿沙律🥗沙律菜好新鮮,🥒🥬葉菜完全無好苦嘅草青味,灑上了黑醋調味,充滿鹹香嘅parma ham配上清甜🍈哈密瓜,好o岩來做🍷伴酒小菜!吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自製羅勒油🥑吞拿魚蓉與牛油果醬混合了自製羅勒油,香味特出,好好味!🦐和風醬油大蝦煙肉扁意粉🍝和風甜醬油滲入意粉之中,非常入味,意粉煮成較爲乾爽嘅質感,蝦亦都彈牙可口!🥩香煎牛風門柳切成薄片嘅風門柳沒有太多脂肪,但食落口感一D都唔”柴”,點上以羅勒、🫒橄欖為主調嘅🇮🇹意式青醬,添了點鮮香味,伴菜嘅🥔薯蓉亦都好香滑!🍸Cocktail Pearadise 🍷Mocktail Rosy Romance呢度嘅cocktail、mocktail選擇好多,我地就點嘅兩杯,口味都好Fruity! 繼續閱讀

餐廳:The Pearl地點:尖沙咀加連威老道瑞生尖沙咀酒店菜式:藝術主題餐廳,意日Fusion餐牌:前菜,湯,意粉,意大利飯,主菜,sides,甜品,紅白酒,Cocktail,Mocktail,多款其他酒精飲品,咖啡,茶,水,果汁等。另加一。先叫左兩杯Mocktail飲下。First Crush $100 另加一Fresh pineapple juice and homemade cucumber syrup with sodaFirst Crush係黃色菠蘿汁加有一大片青瓜,菠蘿汁氣量唔多,味道唔甜唔酸,係啖啖菠蘿味帶青瓜味,清爽解渴。Passionate Night $100 另加一Homemade passion fruit syrup with fresh grape juice Passionate Night係迷人紫色,用隻大大玻璃杯裝住,入面加左一片果乾。飲落係味道酸酸地既提子汁。無花果帕馬火腿沙律配巴馬臣芝士,松子仁及黑醋橄欖油汁 $98 另加一無花果帕馬火腿沙律好大碟,大量新鮮沙律雜菜加上好幾片鹹香實在帕馬火腿同鹹香巴馬臣芝士片,再配有新鮮香甜無花果同脆口松子,加有少少香甜黑醋調味。味道口感新鮮好味又有豐富味道配合火腿香。吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自製羅勒油 $108 另加一吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他用隻好精美碟上枱,一大底吞拿魚他他加上牛油果泡沫同少少香菜,圍邊加有自製羅勒油。吞拿魚他他酸酸地又滑溜,帶微微牛油果味,好醒胃。和風醬油大蝦煙肉扁意粉 $168 另加一Al dente夾滑溜扁意粉上面有好多煙肉片,伴有四隻去殼蝦同京蔥。個汁醬油味濃,甜甜地好特別。呢款意日fusion菜式好有特色,味道都唔錯。香煎牛封門柳 $178 另加一香煎牛封門柳一客8片切好入口size,肉質嫩口,伴有綠色酸汁可解膩。配菜有滑溜薯蓉同烤大蔥加椰菜仔。仲有少少菜苗點綴。配料都夠飽肚。酒店餐廳黎講價錢真係幾抵,今餐食物質素都唔錯,擺盤精美。環境舒適,佈置富藝術感,氣氛好chill,仲有室外座位,可以食煙。 繼續閱讀
