是我在香港吃過算數一數二的Paella😍 海鮮算很新鮮,蝦是肉質彈牙那種~飯粒很煙靭,索滿了海鮮湯底🤤 而且還有飯焦!份量看上去不多,但其實那一層飯不薄,覺得對於兩個人來說份量有點太多了,我們吃不完覺得很浪費😭😭😭 ⠀

甜品拼盤就相對遜色了🤫 起司蛋糕不是我喜歡的質感,反而伴碟的紅桑子醬酸酸的不錯,應該是自家製。Churros也很一般(相信吃過我之前推薦那家Churros的話應該返唔到轉頭🙈),反而巧克力醬很不錯😂 最後還有一球開心果雪糕,雖然不算很濃郁但味道不錯哦~⠀

💞整體來講
味道不過不失,只係份量比較少,性價比差啲。但勝在環境夠靚,仲有個rooftop俾客人食完飯之後坐幾耐都得💓另外服務都唔錯,餐廳算係新開,當日侍應有問我對食物嘅意見,聽得出佢哋真心想了解客人嘅睇法,我哋表示覺得份量少咗啲啲,佢哋都話打算再調整份量,仲送咗兩杯酒俾我哋😆都係一個幾唔錯同朋友慶祝chill下嘅地方。

這個週末約了家姐到中環品嚐Fine Dining,由於週末普遍睡得有點晚,吃Brunch剛剛好。餐廳主打地中海菜式,外面較少接觸到,而且環境和服務均高級優雅,用餐過程非常之享受。 Weekend Brunch - $398 per person Iberico cold cuts & Manchego Cheese Platter Iberico火腿富潤滑油脂,味道天然甘香,質地柔軟;而西班牙臘腸片帶有大蒜與匈牙利紅椒的煙燻香氣;加點西班牙的Manchego淡芝士有點咸香,又不會搶走自然風味。 Caesar Salad with Crispy bacon and Parmesan 這款凱撒沙拉特別多脆口的煙肉粒和巴馬臣芝士碎,清新又惹味。Tuna tartar with ‘Salmorejo’ 綿密的吞拿魚造成的他他放在脆多士上,再沾一下西班牙蕃茄凍湯,帶點酸甜順滑。Bikini with Truffle Cheese 烘香的三文治流出半溶化的斑馬紋芝士,松露芝士帶點飄香,口感煙韌有點拉芝感。Brokeen eggs with chorizo and crispy potato 水波蛋

First time to write the review as I am so disappointed for the meal. Add $48 each for the Seafood Paella but the prawns are not fresh and seem not well cooked, taste a bit salty. Would say it is worth to add $58 for the wagyu beef which is tender but the portion is rather small. Don’t think it is worth to go again……

Have you guys checked out restaurant week's winner edition yet? They've selected a few different delightful restaurants in HK for various categories, where special tasting menus are available.I tried the lunch menh at Quiero Mas and had a blast. Quiero Mas is the newest Mediterranean style cuisine located on the penthouse level of the M88 Tower in central near to LKF. This is one of the best meals I have tried lately, Everything was so on point, we enjoyed all the dishes that we have picked. What we ordered:
Cold starters: Beef steak tartare and scallop ceviche as starters, both taste very good, the scallop ceviche is their signature, so refreshing! And I love the buttery brioche that came with beef tartare so much.
Tapas: impossible sliders, titillate Me (stuffed mushroom), bikini sobrasada, grilled octopus, crispy potatoes Mille-feuille
I love all of the above honestly, but the most impressive ones would be the bikini and the crispy
Potatoe Mille feuille. The bikini sobrasada just taste so good, crispy toast filled with cheese and chorizo pate, a bit sweetness from rosemary scent Greek honey, so flavourful !
Main: seafood paella , must order! Full of umami and the rice was cooked perfectly, absolutely scrumptious!
Lobster a-la Louie - a whole Boston lobster bathed in a rich vichyssoise purée, the lobster was so tender and also a bit bouncy, and I love the purée so much, I couldn’t get enough of that.
Oh, also their PR recommended us the 67months iberico ham, it was really good too.

We really wanted to order churros for dessert, but we had no room for that.. maybe next time ..

And there is a rooftop area, you may grab some drinks and chill there after dinner..

Overall, I would highly recommend this place, delicious food at reasonable price, great ambiance, nice environment, convenient location, good service, and the menu is quite extensive.

其實我一直都好中意食西班牙菜無論係tapas定係paella都好中意係open rice發現有新嘅西班牙餐廳就book黎同朋友試下上到去發現原來就就係正正係以前fofo嘅位置居高臨下都算舒服嘅set lunch大概300幾蚊一個人可以要兩個tapas然後一個main course我地點嘅paella (西班牙炒飯)就要最少兩個人一齊點仲要加$50首先係頭盤生嘅帶子同埋beef tartare都幾新鮮另外兩個一個係薯仔一個係蝦不過不失啦main course係西班牙炒飯老實講有少少失望分量ok嘅 但無咩驚喜最後加$28要嘅basque burnt cheesecake味道就正正常常啦反而覺得平時la vina個個仲好味我覺得e到嘅環境唔錯嘅如果busniess lunch想傾下計都算好安靜幾舒適不過性價比就一般般啦

We liked the idea of the concept and were therefore intrigued to try it for dinner. We were greeted by the courteous staff upon sitting down and were given the lunch menu, we were only told then that there was no liquor license (something very common in HK’s new restaurants) but we thought that this should have been communicated on the phone so that we could have come with a bottle. Instead we went to 7/11 to buy off-the shelf wine.

The food experience was not great. The amuse-bouche pinxtos type was a nice gesture: manchego, beetroot, honey on a paper thin piece of bread. It felt cheap and that wasn’t manchego.

The gambas, the pulpo and bikini chorizo for starters arrived on time, with the first 2 dishes being very bland (hummus accompaniment didn’t feel like hummus, way too citrusy), and the bikini chorizo sandwich was terrible - served with this honey glaze again that hid the taste of this American square breaded abomination.

Then we ordered the lobster squid ink pasta and the Barcelona paella. The lobster squid ink pasta sauce was probably the better part of the meal, but the lobster itself was overcooked and dry. Unfortunately, the paella was forgotten but that’s ok since it did not show on our bill.

Aside from forgetting the paella, our waitress was very nice, there was also a doorman constantly there, but felt that the staff were overbearing watching us like hawks.

Overall, the decor and the view were absolutely grand, but it’s just too bad that the food really did not match that grandeur. The ingredients should be of much better quality where bringing the pre-opening food cost will be higher but will ensure to make that first impression last.

No quiero mas.

這餐廳才剛開業兩周,已座無虛席。我跟有人叫了午市套餐($288),有四道菜。先來一份芝士紅菜頭餅乾小點熱身,然後我們要了帶子刺身做頭盤,上邊有小小的魚乾醬和橄欖油,咸咸鮮鮮的很開胃。然後再來一些小吃,是美味的薯仔粒和惹味蝦配麵包。主菜是西班牙炒飯,是正宗的米粒和海鮮(有青口、蜆和蝦)一起煮,很有海鮮味,只是略鹹一點。最後甜品芝士餅很濃稠,自製的果仁雪糕很香。還包咖啡或茶。服務也非常周到,很專業。窗外景色是中環主教山古建築群,很漂亮。

Mushrooms stuffed with tetilla cheese and samfaina. Tetilla is a thick, creamy cheese made of cow’s milk. Went very well with the samfaina, which is a Catalan dish usually made with diced eggplant, zucchini, and tomato.

Potato Mille-feuille. Highly recommended by server. Rightly so. Very crispy layers. Normally not a fan of potato, but I loved this. Finished all pieces. Tasted good enough without the sauce in the middle. Didn’t feel heavy at all.

Particularly worth noting was the attentive and professional service. Eg manager rushed over to pick up a dropped napkin, and the servers remembered throughout the meal that I didn’t take spicy. 
In summary: good quality Spanish fare. Will def be back with more ppl to try the bigger items like paella, suckling pig and Spanish beef.

Restaurant Week menu (HKD 198)😍For starters, I quite liked the garlic prawns, the prawns were fresh and springy in terms of texture, but it’s just such a normal canton-style combo that there was no wow-factor. We also had the beef tartare. They also served a welcoming snack, including olives (which unfortunately is one of the very few food items that I dislike🙈) and some sort of tomato spread on toast. For the main course, would say it’s worth adding an extra HKD 58 for the 🥩dry-aged wagyu ribey

For the main course, would say it’s worth adding an extra HKD 58 for the 🥩dry-aged wagyu ribeye option, very tender and juicy with a strong beefy flavour (but also rather fatty).

The 🐠 red snapper was a bit of a disappointment though. Portion size of the fish was extremely small (yes I tried my best to take a closeup shot so that it doesn’t look as sad on the plate), as for the sauce, I think it’s supposed to be some sort of fancy French white sauce but honestly the sauce tasted exactly like a cheeseburger in liquid form😂 which was an interesting experience but probably not the chef’s intention I suppose.


Honestly, the highlight for my was their desert - Basque Cheesecake with Mixed Berries Sorbet 🍒🫐

So incredibly creamy and smooth with a delightful aroma. The mixed berries sorbet was the perfect accompaniment, its coolness and acidity balanced out the richness of the dessert. Perfect ending to a meal!
