在不能去旅行的日子，中環大館的確是城市中的好選擇，坐在餐廳內感覺像渡假。餐廳內更會掛上藝術品寄賣，增添濃厚的藝術氣氛。PAZTA剛在12月開業，將正宗的意大利風味，帶來香港。特別推介三款菜式: 1. 鴨肉醬寬條蛋麵－鴨肉的油香包住蛋味濃郁的寬條麵，惹味十足！2. 虎蝦撒丁島海膽醬意粉－沒想到意粉可配上海膽，海膽醬提升了整個意粉的鮮味，食到停唔到口。重點係意粉軟硬度剛剛好，是Al Dente的效果。3. 咖啡提拉米蘇－完美的一餐，最後一定要配甜品，這提拉米蘇甜度適中，有滿滿的Cream，不會被咖啡味掩蓋。

位於中環大館(中環舊差館)的Pazta，為大家帶來一個驚喜。唔好以為大館嘅所有餐廳都貴到阿媽唔認得，呢一間Pazta就標榜$140蚊，有兩道菜連咖啡，真係好抵，性價比好高。食物水準在水平之上，更重要的是，你能夠在用餐之同時，沐浴在富有外國風情的環境中，恍如置身於外國一樣，同自己講，我去咗意大利旅行。跟朋友分別點了＂地中海沙律＂及＂Parma ham ＂做前菜，主食點了＂墨魚汁意粉＂及＂黑松露闊條麵＂水準有四粒星至五粒星。食得好開心，我哋即刻book咗下一次再去食嘅時間，同埋近窗口位嘅一張枱，到時再試其他食物。好期待呀！😋😋😋😋成個環境氣氛，就是total experiences, 令我哋再去幫襯。

站在大館內外都感受到一般文青感，難怪每一個角落都成為大眾既打卡熱點。經上次黎過「樂茶軒」吸收左中式氛圍後，今次比我發現開左間全新意大利餐館「P a z t a」，佢將威尼斯、博洛尼亞、羅馬、撒丁島正宗意式文化帶到過黎香港，加上別樹一格既裝潢，搭配整個outdoor area，係呢個天氣，我相信鍾意影相既你已經bookmark左啦！👇📌A p p e t i z e r s -▪ Pizzette · Margherita - $95▫ 第一次食到咁有創新概念既Margherita，以5口小型size既pizzette呈上，可以比食客一啖過之餘，又唔會感到太heavy，呢點唔錯。面頭Mozzarella Cheese相當豐富，加埋新鮮羅勒兩者配搭恰當好處，幾好食。▪ Carpaccio di Manzo al Tartufo - $180▫ 用上意大利生牛肉切成一塊塊薄片，再係面頭放上黑松露，基本上係每個意大利人最鍾意既小食。一啖過食到唔同層次既鹹鮮味，Pecorino cheese既香味係後勁慢慢散發出黎，再送埋一啖白酒，簡直係人間天堂呀！📌P a s t a -▪ Pappardel

My first meal in 2021 at this nice Italian restaurant inside Tai Kwun🤎 Everything was so yummy especially the Tagliatelle al Tarfuto - al dente pasta with rich flavour of black truffle, sooo good😍 The bite-size Pizzette Margherita is so crispy and cheesy🤤 Definitely the perfect way to kick-start my 2021🥳 Highly recommend to dine at the outdoor area, so comfortable under this weather!

This new eatery at Tai Kwun is a great place for some good, affordable pasta on a weekend afternoon! The restaurant has an al fresco dining area with a view of the open courtyard as well as indoor seats, and we went for the outdoor area which was well shaded and comfortable. The food here is very reasonably priced. The two pastas we had, the truffle tagliatelle and the tomato and mozzarella paccheri were delightful. 𝗣𝗮𝘇𝘁𝗮🇮🇹𝙍𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙡𝙮 picked a place for drinks after dinner! Many bars in Central were closed due to the recently dining restrictions.We went to 𝐓𝐚𝐢 𝐊𝐰𝐮𝐧 and luckily most of the restaurants there were operating normally, but not much Christmas decorations were there. We randomly chose the one with red pillow and grey sofa🤣 𝗣𝗮𝘇𝘁𝗮, newly opened 𝙄𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 in Tai Kwun. 全部都是從義大利進口，食材，家俬，餐具，連紙餐巾也是義大利製造，當然老闆也是，所有意麵的做法及烹調方式純正傳統，完全不負眾望，回味無窮，一定會再來。一星期已經試了午餐及晚餐，獨欠下午茶還未嚐過，肯定好吃，最後一定要提的是週邊環境，室內室外一樣精采。

偶爾發現這家在大館裡的這家義大利小館～義大利人經營的～之前都是來happyhour 但試過他家的食物之後wah一個星期都來好幾次吃午餐～特別是pasta 南部口味～非常地道～～午餐非常抵食～140hkd可以選兩個dishes～還有coffee飲～👍👍❤️❤️喜歡吃pasta的人千萬不要錯過～我是真的超愛❤️❤️😘😘btw 服務員哥哥仔又靚仔又熱情❤️餐廳的佈置也很溫馨～週末一家大小/還是朋友聚會都是會令人非常滿意舒適的^^❤️❤️😘😘

Very fair price set lunch.Service was amazing. The servers there were very attentive As for the food, the pate on bread was yummy. Not too heavy. Tomatoes were also very sweet and fresh. I really like that high quality olive oil they used for that salad.Let’s get into the star of the show!!! Those pastas were el dente just enough sauce to cling on to those strings of Italian noodles hahahaOh OH OH THAT lemon cake was THE BOMBWill definitely come back. Tai Kwun is always my favourite place to chill. Recently a new star has been born there! Pazta has done a brilliant job in delivering high quality Italian dishes and their attentive staff makes the entire dinning experience much more enjoyable! I have tried both lunch and dinner there. Great deal for lunch and even dinner with A La Carte menu is good value for money. Personal favourite is the deep fried zucchini flower which I rarely find in HK! Must try if you wanna get a flavour of what Italia
