第一次去蠔吧食蠔...我同朋友乜都唔識,睇雜誌介紹呢間唔錯,咪黎試下~ 睇完戲成9點半,黎到呢d得一枱客(星期四晚).入到去,裝修幾cyber feel...侍應幾nice,介紹我地邊d蠔好食,記得有blue point,white pearl,fine de xxx,呢三款都幾爽脆,另我想試埋d creamy d既...就介紹左英國果隻(唔記得乜名)...但感覺麻麻...入口溶晒~ 始終都係鍾意食d爽d既...呢度d蠔好新鮮,空運到港的! 平時食蠔...食多兩隻就想嘔...呢度果d一定唔會!最尾先黎芝士菠菜面...麻麻地~ 食完個面咩蠔味都冇晒...

Knowing that it was not the best season for oyster, the manager/waitress gave us some recommendations on the kind of oysters for the summer. However, my stomach was not feeling well after a couple hours but my date was OK. So be careful if you also have a sensitive stomach.Afterall, a miserable night, and to be fair, not because of the oyster nor the restaurant.....

嚟依度試下佢啲蠔,叫咗astoria jumbo,$60,好厚大,但得個鹹字white pearl,$48,削咗啲,鹹鹹地marreno,$36,size適中,質同味都討好啲不停問我要唔要其他嘢,一啲都無興趣cwb耀華街既mr oyster,打正旗號主食蠔既似乎得番佢兩間

昨晚我個friend 帶我去山林道食飯, 經過見到原來Oytser Express 係度開了分店,咁咪第一時間衝入去囉。事關我想去佢地跑馬地果間去揰下梁朝偉好耐,但唔就腳。不過因為滿座,所以等了十分鐘。下次都係早的來。侍應先生好專業,的蠔真係我食過之中最新鮮。的蜆同珍寶帶子都好好味。而家食滿$500就可以$168換板$268海膽,又大粒又甜,真抵!不過的熟食就等得耐的,下次要早的叫定。個老板娘真人比上鏡靚呢....嘻....

I went there with friends last week and all of us commented that we would never dine in this restaurant again!!!Food is okay, but the service is completely unacceptable. There were only around 6 to 8 tables that night, but we couldn't understand why the waitors took so much time to bring the menu to us, took so much time to take our orders, took so much time to serve the food, why they could mix up our orders (remember there were only 6 to 8 tables!).... we were not the only customers who were

Food is okay, but the service is completely unacceptable. There were only around 6 to 8 tables that night, but we couldn't understand why the waitors took so much time to bring the menu to us, took so much time to take our orders, took so much time to serve the food, why they could mix up our orders (remember there were only 6 to 8 tables!).... we were not the only customers who were unsatisfied, a man at another table even shouted at a waitor coz every one of us had waited for so long to have our food served.

This restaurant is famous for its oysters, but two out of the ten oysters in our dish smelt badly! I think something has gone wrong with the management of this restaurant. We paid $200 EACH for this dinner and we didn't expect that we were treated like this .

中秋夜, 買o左飛睇<2046> 9.30pm, 趕時間, 食個快.

呢度係朋友揀, 蠔我都幾好, 新開張, 試下無壞.

2人食-
1) 蠔x 6 - 4生2熟, 都新鮮, average $30-40 一隻, Blue Point 果兩隻較Creamy, 另外兩隻就削少少, 熟o既又比生o既好, 要蕃茄洋蔥焗同埋忌廉蘑菇焗.
2) Parma Ham 蘑菇pasta x 1 ($88) - 味道一般
3) 肉醬千層麵x 1 ($88) - 好過Parma Ham pasta, 份量適中
4) 另House White x 1, Budwiser x 1

本來甜品想食拿破倫餅(menu 寫係made to order), 可惜今日無, o甘我地就諗o左好耐, 靚女老板娘Winne 見我地猶疑不決, 就請食朱古力雪糕, thanks~

service 十分周到, 抵讚.

埋單約$4XX, 朋友請, 多謝晒^3^

總結- 生o既食物夠新鮮比較有保証, 廚房有待改善. 不過主要做蠔吧係o吾怪得佢o既又.

琴晚尖沙咀分店Grand Opening, 有幸得朋友邀請參加Grand Opening Party~ 全店以白色為主, 有d cyber感覺~ 依度都幾細, 只可以坐24-30人, 包括6個係bar檯~ 但d位都幾舒服~講真廚師o既技術仍有代改善, 希望下次o黎就見到佢地有進步喇~唔知依度平時有無set~ 如果o係度叫a la carte, 湯加主菜加飲品, 應該要$200至$250, 蠔另計~
