People say they have the best chicken in town and I say they DO! The chicken is marinated to the core and I love the rosemary. The order also comes with a “claypot” rice, crisped chicken skin and chicken oil gravy. I won’t add white truffles next time because you couldn’t really taste them (it’s just an upsell). I personally think the chicken itself is good for 2 people only. It’s too delicious to share!

I visited this restaurant for lunch. I was guided in by a waitress to be seated, then I requested whether I can be seated indoor. The waitress replied as can’t as I was wearing shorts, at the same time I saw a foreigner wearing shorts and sitting indoor as well. Then I ask why others can while I can’t, I wasn’t inform by any of the staff of this arrangement.Then I asked is this a discrimination to me ? 📍Louise One Michelin Star Restaurant 🌟I was amazed by the first bite of the amuse bouche as it was with a curry flavor yet it is served chill. Then came the round of appetizers that we opt to share. 提前一個半月才book到的米芝蓮一星餐廳環境：入口位於鴨巴甸街斜路，亦在元創方正門落少少位置。環境裝修尚算可以，可以看見廚師內部工作環境，如可以book到露枱位置那就更好了，秋高氣爽在露台吃飯更能為食物添一份色香。服務：由於預約人數眾多這家餐廳是會返枱，有時間限制🚫，當天我們必須8:30前離開但是並沒有催促我們，可能他們預留了半小時走盞，而在進食期間也會詢問我們食物如何。總結：烤雞套餐$1288，之前好像1088，加價了，但是這個套餐跟飯和沙律，如果四人同行每人再加一個頭盤足已。性價比極高。由於忘記拍配置的飯圖片，在此評論下其飯的味道，可能我們人數比較多有三個比其他枱二人份量的飯多一點，其飯加上了雞皮去煮的，真的是啖啖濃郁的雞香味。原隻烤雞模樣服務生幫你切開後烤雞的模樣。肉質非常嫩滑，皮薄香脆，但必須沾上其配置的醬汁，否則單吃的話會太鹹，配置其醬汁後，真的一點鹹味也沒有了變得非常香滑，有濃濃的香雞味套餐上贈送的沙律Organic egg$188非常香滑，裏面有煙肉，還有一隻半熟的蛋，一匙羹挖進去，其蛋漿慢慢流出來Frog legs¥268絕對值得一試的！非常嫩滑，配合其醬汁，更想一層樓

久不久就會想返嚟呢度食佢隻黃油雞，上一次到來時覺得好鬼正value for money，兩位嚟其實叫一隻雞連埋佢配嘅雞油飯和沙律已經好足夠，大概一千二/三左右埋單，但係飽滿既雞身，薄脆既雞皮，多汁有豐富肉味既燒雞，連雞胸都嫩滑美味，堪稱食過最出色既烤雞！不過今次到來，隻雞無上次咁豐滿，而且成個餐牌都加左價，埋單約千五蚊連水，雖然味道依然出色，雞油日本米飯既配搭還是會教人食不停口，不過沒有了上次的impressive, 或者要試吓其他名店再比較一下。多口一提，佢支sparking water 竟然無乜氣又唔夠凍，要扣扣分。

We were invited for dinner by friends over one weekend and went with very high expectations, we had a mix welcome by some of the staff, some being friendly and some snobby. Portions were small for the price. Mosquito’s was another concern. Loved the location otherwise and its environment.
