誠然 老闆對於黃店係有份執着亦因為咁造就左一啲驚心動魄嘅經歷但係今次即將要改寫位於卑利街嘅 Le Moment 係香港人經營，但鍾意講英語嘅你一定能夠大展所長，由入門口去到WhatsApp落單全程都係港式英語，老闆絕對能夠駕馭。當然對於我呢啲英語水平欠奉嘅民工其實都係冇問題，佢哋私底下溝通都係用廣東話，憐憫你的話其實可以用返廣東話。咁點解大家香港人要用英語？呢度中環呀！你咁都唔明🤷🏻‍♂️好啦言歸正傳，由於老闆喺隔離舖頭食咗個好西嘅咖喱豬扒飯食到飽晒，只可以食一舊仔，呢度食嘅任務就落去我嘅員工嘅身上，叫咗一個羊架set癲拿，有湯有雜菜沙律 羊架可以話火候恰到好處，唔太熟咬落去口感極佳齒頰留香。對我來講應該係本年度最好食嘅羊架打破咗黃店=劣食嘅定局嗯，呢間可以翻啅

溫暖在於人情味，餐廳個老闆週不時會行出嚟問吓你對啲食物意見點樣啊，啲酒啱唔啱飲呀，甚至乎你去過兩次以上佢認得你佢可能會行埋黎同你一齊試佢啲酒，講番啲嘢食，整體都真係唔差，但你一定要試佢嘅蕃茄湯，佢係用咗四款以上嘅蕃茄煮成，再加上佢獨有嘅烹調方法呢碗湯，絕對你飲完想再叫多一碗，我第一次去就係咁啦！唔好講咁多去試咗佢個番茄湯先，再叫啲main course, 都抵食嘅，有少少普通不過～再叫埋好難得整到咁好食嘅Apple Crumble, 招牌菜！除咗蕃茄湯之外我第二樣叫嘅就係呢個，滿足晒，好開心㗎！

We had my mom’s birthday dinner here tonight. Not only is the food fantastic for value, the owner and staff have great attitudes and made our night one to remember with their hospitality and humour. Looking forward to frequenting again and again (my sister had her first date here). Support local businesses!

Been here couple time before for drinks only. Always good place to chill and the wine selections are good. Swing by for drink after lousy steak experience in LKF. Complained to the owner about bad steak experience and the owner was thrill. He was so sweet and brought us a sample Illinois steak platter just for try out. Simply the best meat in Hong Kong for this quality and price! Amazing experience, just go for it! 每次想食肉，或者好想食牛扒，就會好掛住le moment 。終於呢個「最恐怖嘅暑假」後再黎，辛苦完出汗又流淚黎食餐好安慰下自己係最好不過。每次黎到都好有驚喜，驚喜在於同一樣嘅menu，每次都保持到高水準嘅食物，但配上bob為我地挑選嘅酒，一啖酒一啖肉嘅水乳交融之妙真係無法媲美。老實講我地對於揀紅酒無咩經驗，出去最多只敢飲白酒，通常出街食飯飲house red wine都好伏，但bob揀親畀我地嘅都從來唔會令我地失望！真心畀唔識得food & wine pairing 嘅人，le moment 絕對係個好選擇，因為bob會為你揀一枝合你口味嘅好酒！好可惜我地今次人唔多，如果唔係一定會叫cheese platter! 介紹我黎食嘅朋友就係因為cheese platter 食到高潮眼返唔到轉頭～今次再寫OpenRice ，係因為周圍店鋪都好少人（連對面果間成日排隊好串咀嘅連鎖集團扒房都無咩人），呢個時勢更加要幫襯小店，拒絕財團攏斷！中環其實都有幾多良心小店，大家都可以多多幫襯！

Great service with amazing food. Have so far tried the thick steak and lamb rack but will definitely come back to try to pork and salmon as well. Definitely try the apple pie if you have the chance.Foie gras and scallops are really nice too. Great for a date and they certainly have enough alcohol recommendations to go around.

My wife and I went to Le moment for dinner last week. We ordered a steak and a lamp rack together with extra side-dishes of giant scallop and foie gras. The steak and lamb rack were tender and juicy! We were also be amazed by the tomato-cream soup, which are so refreshing and creamy. We were not familiar with wine, yet the owner had helped us to pair great wine with the food. Lastly, we ended the relaxing night with the apple crumbles which were also one of their signatures.

Always fun dining at Le Moment with the superstar host. Excellent selection of boutique wines and superb steaks. Please try their gin collection too. Highly recommended 👍🏼

今日大佬請食飯，佢book咗一間係中環Soho區嘅西餐廳，呢一帶嘅西餐廳都好full Booking，加上今日係星期五，所以佢好早以前已經book咗！我哋7:30左右去到餐廳，餐廳內一台客都未有！奇怪的事就係，原來呢間餐廳嘅老闆係同對面嗰間餐廳唔妥嘅佢不停叫啲人過嚟食嘢，話人地大牌子唔係等於好食我心諗咁拉客都得？我哋叫咗幾個餐，然後開咗支紅酒🍷老闆對紅白酒嘅認識都好廣泛！我哋叫完餐之後，佢都不停咁Sell我哋開酒！本身我哋揀嗰支紅酒，佢一開之後，然後試咗一啖，佢就話啲酒唔靚，叫我地揀過第二支。然後我哋揀咗第二支，呢支紅酒味道入口係有啲酸，但又真係幾好飲！但另一方面，我真係好怕啲老闆太多嘢講，成日講嗰句，唔好食，唔收錢！佢不停咁介紹啲酒。。。 多咗，真心煩！過咗一陣，餐廳開始有客到，基本上熟客多！講返食物，佢啲牛扒，豬扒，三文魚，餐湯，沙律都真係幾好食嘅，算新鮮！到埋單，睇返張單，唔知點解要收多我哋$80，我哋估應該係杯水，但係我哋冇叫特別水，只係普通水，點解要收錢呢？點都好啦！我只想係個靜靜地嘅環境舒舒服服食一餐，所以應該冇第二次啦！

My girlfriend celebrated my birthday in Le Moment because we hearted that their steaks are great.My opinion is, their steaks and wine are awesome!Bob is very talkative and funny. We laughed for whole night. He also performed guitar for us and we enjoyed so much. Thanks for giving us a memorable dinner.

我平時都唔寫食評，因為懶。但為左呢間餐廳真係值得寫一次。一間好有心既餐廳，小店經營，老細非常有熱誠。318蚊3個course,個湯已經係喜出望外咁好飲。但佢個main 塊牛扒先係無敵。真係好食過好多連鎖店，佢對面個間都已經比下去。因為怕呢d小店做唔住，所以都特登上黎寫份野幫佢宣傳下。

The owner, Bob, is an truly passionate about what he does at the restaurant. His good consistently exceeds my expectations every time I come! Anytime someone says there’s not a lot of good steak in hk for reasonable price, I guide them to Bob! For some 300ish hkd you get a set course beginning with salmon salad, tomato mushroom basil soup with perfectly roasted garlic bread (yummmmmmmmm!!!), and your choice of main. Had dinner on Saturday. Good value and great food including dessert. Steak was very juicy and thick. Salad and soup very good. Dessert was large and would work for two people. Good wine selection and service was excellent. Would definitely come back!

It’s my 6th time at “Le Moment” and it has always been an amazing feasting and laughing experience. This time I tried the duck and had also some of the steak of my hubby: both perfectly cooked and delicious sides! Oh and the starters! This soup is just the best. I need to steal their recipe next time I come. Found the comments are v high marks, then I decided to go there for my birthday celebration. Food is limited selection only have one set dinner menu, no dessert & coffee included is a bit strange in French!Soup taste quite special, however, it is not enough hot, salad is not enough cold and fresh like a fast food standard. No need to comments further the main food. Overall is average, no special and surprise.
