📍 Heimat by Peter Find📍 中環 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 • 德己立街55號LKF Tower 8樓〔 Follow me! ♥︎ 〕-Heimat有「homeland」、「家鄉」的意思《Heimat》的德國籍主廚兼老闆Peter Find就在這裡以精緻角度重新詮釋家鄉菜餚開業不久,就已經入駐「MICHELIN Guide Selected」餐廳名單咯!-餐廳平常提供tasting menu,以味道帶食客穿梭Chef Peter對家鄉的美好回憶;也有供應午市套餐趁著Restaurant Week,以優惠一點點的價錢,嚐了一頓三道菜午餐~-整體食物質素很高,感覺是正宗的德國風味,卻很合口味🇩🇪餐廳具空間感,環境優雅而舒適整體環境跟食物有輕fine dining感覺,但不會太過拘謹侍應們都十分友善、專業;令人最印象深刻的是,Chef Peter會為每一桌客人上菜(雖然不是每一道菜式)、打打招呼、說說笑他好幽默,而且感覺十分真誠、毫無架子🥰-【DiningCity Elite Signature Lunch ($328pp)】菜單共有三道菜,包括前菜、主菜、甜品個人最喜歡餐前麵包【Sourdough】、【溫泉蛋】、【Pork belly】和甜點,尤其是【牛油曲奇朱古力蛋糕】和贈送的【香蕉蛋糕】...(其實基本上是所有餐點啦!😂)只想想都已經要擦口水啦😛😛=BreadSourdough made with 10 grains這個酸種麵包好好吃耶!熱呼呼的,好加分咬下去外脆內韌、味道帶微酸混合多種穀物製成,加入穀物的口感!伴上了【Quark】,一種像sour cream的德國奶酪,另外加入了chives,沾醬跟sourdough蠻搭-Starter.Brittany blue lobster, White and purple cauliflower (+$88)法國藍龍蝦 · 雙色椰菜花龍蝦肉質爽中帶嫩🦞配上白色、紫色椰菜花、椰菜花puree,加上Espelette辣椒粒提味整體感覺十分清新、輕盈•63 degree egg, Cream spinach, Black forest ham foam黑森林火腿 · 忌廉菠菜 · 溫泉蛋這個好吃!是他們招牌菜的其中之一忌廉菠菜加上63度慢煮溫泉蛋溫泉蛋蛋味很香、蛋黃呈微微流心整體味道很搭!多吃幾口都不會膩~-Main.Smoked pork belly, Munich & Nürnberger sausage, Sauerkraut德國煙豬腩 · 慕尼黑腸 · 紐倫堡腸 · 酸菜煙豬腩烤的剛好,味道很香,脂肪不算多配上脆豬皮、兩款香腸、兩款芥末、pretzel、酸菜全都很好吃,滿滿的德國風味~只是脆豬皮個人來說有點硬到訪前,最期待就是吃他們的pretzel platter,但原來這個套餐是沒有的~所以好開心這道菜配了一件pretzel~可惜原來不太合口味哈哈,幸好沒給太多•Pollock fish, Leek, Potato青鱈魚 · 大蒜 · 德國薯鱈魚肉質彈牙、有咬口配上表面的韭蔥和底下的順滑薯仔泡沫,再添香味-Dessert.German butter cookie chocolate cake特色牛油曲奇朱古力蛋糕這道我真的好好好喜歡!!!🤩「Kalter Hund」是一道經典的德國甜點,層層餅乾堆疊,加入朱古力漿,製成蛋糕狀Heimat的版本則有點像拿破崙,以蘸了朱古力的牛油曲奇替代酥皮,中間是朱古力奶油夾心伴碟的朱古力脆片都好好吃像我一樣的朱古力迷一定超愛!•Red berry compote, Vanilla pudding清新雜莓 · 雲呢拿布丁甜甜的香草奶凍配雜莓compote,加入點點酸度•Banana cake (Complimentary)當我還在想:明明寫了備註是來慶祝,為什麼在甜品上一支蠟燭或一點裝飾都沒有呢?的時候!侍應就把這盤美美的贈送甜品捧了上來!蛋糕用「Gugelhupf」模具烤製,打橫切了一半,中間放上香蕉片,再擠上奶油,超好吃!放上兩顆德國小熊糖果作裝飾,也太可愛了吧!-〔 Follow me! ♥︎ 〕 繼續閱讀

Meaning "homeland” in German and stepping into this cozy setting transports you straight to Chef Peter Find's homeland. Chef applies his refined touch to traditional dishes, serving up so much beyond our stereotypical German fare like pork knuckle and sauerkraut. From Bavarian to Berlin bites, Chef puts seasonal ingredients front and centre. And their gummy bear trolley is a must! 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧 - 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘉𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 (8/10) A dish of creativity and refined technique. Lobster was prepared to achieve perfect tenderness. It was complemented with a refreshing sweet corn broth and delicate crispy Tuille garnish that added visual appeal and texture contrast, heightening the dish through balanced flavour and artful presentation. 𝙂𝙚𝙧ä𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙨 𝙏ö𝙧𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙣 - 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘚𝘮𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘮𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘵 (7.5/10) A perfect balance of smoked salmon and earthy beetroot in a buttery shortcrust, delighting both eyes and tastebuds. Flavors were vibrant yet well-matched, beet was not too earthy or grassy. A satisfying appertiser. 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙠𝙤𝙝𝙡 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙚 - 𝘊𝘢𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘱 (8/10) An ingenious presentation was revealed as cauliflower and prawns were artfully plated before the server poured the soup over top. The silky-smooth soup had flavours that were subtle and mild yet very aromatic and balanced. Mutiple types of cauliflower swam amid, providing intriguing textures.  𝙒𝙤𝙡𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙝 - 𝘚𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘞𝘰𝘭𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘩 (6.5/10) While wolffish lacked luster alone, the hearty goulash jus enlivens its flakes, redeeming any fish tastelessness through refined technique and balance. Thin fries atop also presented an intriguing textural play.  𝙍𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙧ü𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 - 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘚𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘰𝘪𝘯 (7.5/10) A cut of perfectly cooked sirloin boasted a rosy, tender center, its savory essence expertly paired in a robust yet balanced garlic-parsley jus. Perfect execution. 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙣𝙚 𝙃é𝙡è𝙣𝙚 (7/10) Conference pear crafted the refreshing center of this dessert, complimented by vanilla ice cream's richness and chocolate's bittersweet notes. Service: the waitress is not that active to serve us. We are holding a backpack and a handbag, but she wont help us actively until we called her to give us two baskets. The waitress didnt clean our table after every dishes until i asked her to come to clean. The female washroom is not clean enough as well.Food: taste normal for all the dishes that tastes like a normal price range $500 per head western food restaurant in HK. I hope the chef should go to try different fine dining in hk and learn what fine dining in this $ range look and taste like. Finally. Wine. We ordered 6 glasses wine pairing, and almost all the glasses or wine taste very similar , not really professional and rich enough in this field. 繼續閱讀
