阿根廷扒房 紅磚環境儼如外國
呢度嘅深色木系、磚牆、吊扇打造出濃厚外國氣氛,一整排大玻璃窗更映透紅磚大館,相當浪漫。作為專業扒房,更有自家熟成櫃,每款牛扒至少熟成7-14日,牛扒特別軟嫩同重肉味㗎!扒房開店以嚟,最主打就係阿根廷肉眼扒(Rib Eye),因為當地牛扒較少肥膏,就算好厚切都完全唔韌。

阿根廷菜晌香港嚟講,相對比較冷門少少,而小弟對此亦認識唔多,其實,喺對所有南美國家嘅菜式都一樣,所知嘅甚少。今日就同晌中環返工嘅舊同學午聚,嚟到「La Parrilla Steakhouse」嚐嚐阿根廷菜,兼分享下近來生活點滴。餐廳位處雲咸街一幢商廈1樓,走進餐廳,一室都喺深色木系裝修,就連天花都做成仿木屋嘅感覺,加上好多紅色仿磚牆,再有唔少富南美色彩嘅壁畫,確實甚具地道風情。此外,近窗一排嘅「走廊位」,配以高腳枱櫈,對正就喺「大館」,景觀甚為開揚。若天氣涼爽,窗戶可以打開,變得有種「露天茶座」嘅感覺。而餐廳尾尾,就喺開放式扒爐,睇到師傅即場烤扒,不時陣陣火光,滋滋聲響,甚有氣氛。此外,餐巾、餐刀、餐碟,以及黑胡椒罌、鹽罌都睇得出餐廳嘅級數,絕對唔喺馬馬虎虎。雖然,午市如常提供所有散點菜式,但當然嗌午市套餐為划算啲。午餐分兩個價:$219、$298,同樣包咗前菜、主菜、配菜及飲品,但前者主菜會喺一啲烤雞、意粉、是日魚鮮之類,而後者主菜會喺幾款招牌牛扒,唔介紹花多啲,仲可以升級其他靚部位。此外,亦可以加錢轉其他飲品,或加配甜點。Focaccia一坐落,點好餐之後,就會送上自家製意大利香草包,呢款包喺小弟最鍾意食嘅包款之一,因為除咗落重香草,加咗唔少橄欖油之外,面頭仲會灑上鹽粒,所以食起嚟好有風味,而且,個包真喺好軟熟。Soup of the Day前菜方面,舊同學就喜歡飲個湯,是日餐湯喺南瓜忌廉湯,我就無試到,不過佢話做得相當好,一來南瓜味好濃郁,二來個質感唔會太杰身,口感非常之順滑,合晒佢口味。Empanada de Came Criolla 我就揀咗呢個比較有多啲地道風味嘅免治牛肉餡角,件餡角非常之大,有成隻手掌咁大,外皮非常之酥脆,而裡面填滿咖哩免治牛肉,香濃惹味,佐以帶辣嘅蕃茄莎莎,夾埋一齊食特別醒胃。Grilled Spatchock Chicken主菜我哋就一齊「些牙」嚟食,兩個主菜都喺同步上枱,先介紹個烤雞,因為用明火烤,烤得特別靚仔,有少少燶皮,而外皮確喺燒得幾香脆,啲雞肉亦都非常之嫩滑,沾上感覺有南美風味嘅醬料,味道酸酸香香,襯燒烤嘢食真喺好夾。Beef Ragu另一個主菜喺紅酒燴牛肉意大利麵,牛肉食落口感非常之鬆化,而且,確喺嗒得出陣陣紅酒香,好入味,份量又夠足;意大利麵用上扁意粉,煮得有咬口之餘,仲好掛汁,淨食啲麵條都一樣咁正。Field Green Salad伴菜嘅沙律份量都唔少喎,裝成一大兜,而且,絕對唔喺求其得少少沙律菜,而喺襯上好多唔同嘅蔬菜,例如櫻桃蘿蔔、青瓜、紫洋蔥、車厘茄……等等,簡簡單單淋上油醋,清新好味,正好平衡番啲主菜中嘅肉食。Potato Au Gratin呢個奶油焗薯仔正呀喂,點正法?就喺夠多奶油,口感非常香滑,啲薯仔夠軟腍,又好有薯香,不過老實講,如果一個人食,真喺會覺得好「漏」,兩個人一齊共享就好啲。清晒啲薯仔,已經食到我哋好飽。Coke、Ginger Ale今日食嘅嘢都夠濃味,配汽水就好唔錯,都唔需要加錢嘆咖啡。小弟就揀咗Ginger Ale,冰涼清爽。雖然賣到二百幾蚊一份午餐,但好足份量,用料又具質素,其實,唔太大食嘅人,嗌兩份,3個人都夠食呀。 繼續閱讀

It is the second time to come La Parrilla🥰 this time came with Japanese frd, instead of husband🤣 Window seat again! Almost full at 1900 on Tuesday!! Start with 🥖 French breadcrunchy skin and soft bread are the best with vinegar and oliver oil!! Not very sour, love in “oilier oily” taste.T-Bone 500g $578Bite de Costilla Con LomoHanger was so good in the last time. But my frd wanted to try T-bone~ Argentina steak won’t make you disappointed 🔥It is the steak of beef cut from the short loin. We chose medium rare, best to eat - for meaty flavor lover😍 One side contains the tenderloin, chewy then the other the larger shell muscle~ which it’s softer. The fat is so juicy😚 Both textures can try in the meal~Three sauces - Dried herbs with tomato Olive Oil Sauce tastes a bit sour, Mexican Tomato Sauce is the best one! So match with the beef!!! A bit oily & fruitful! and Green Chili Sauce. Another Three sauces - tomato, mustard and cream butter. Common for fries haha We added two side dishes, one is Creamed spinach $88It is so nice can hv two side dishes. Not many restaurants allowed to hv >1. We can hv both fries and veggie🤪 cheese cream matched with spinach, very soft and no flavours of cut grass.Another one is Thin cut fries $78The sauce is fresh parsley and garlic oil. 今日放工約咗一個好耐無見嘅朋友聚餐傾下計,專登係中環搵咗間餐廳試下,上網睇環境幾靚。我早到去視察下環境,入到去真係幾驚喜,裝修好有情調,充滿歐式風格,分大廳同窗口位,窗口位望到大館+街景,夜晚食飯感覺仲chill就直接揀窗口位坐la~小食係麵包,熱辣辣麵包加黑醋/橄欖油都好食,主菜未到食塊麵包望下街景傾下計幾寫意🍝Rigatoni Picante $218以阿根廷風味製成的蕃茄+微辣輕忌廉醬汁配以鮮製意大利通心粉,濃厚醬汁均勻地包著每顆意大利通粉,入口係非常惹味蕃茄味+濃濃芝士再帶出微辣味,香料配搭非常出色,推介!🦞Fresh Grilled Boston Whole Lobster $498想食海鮮~見到有龍蝦啱哂我胃口就叫la,賣相相當吸引,龍蝦面鋪滿特色香料,Creamy 龍蝦膏加上醬汁,非常鮮美!好食到「嘩」一聲!龍蝦肉煮到剛剛好,保留到鮮甜味,肉質彈牙,鍾意可以加檸檬汁/特色醬汁,特色醬汁帶輕微蒜蓉味+酸味好開胃,不過我覺得唔使點醬汁已經好夠味!🍹Del Jardin $78依杯係橙汁、蘋果汁加薑啤Mocktail,酸甜帶輕微薑味,入口清新帶點香辣🍷Familia Schroeder Saurus Pinot Noir 2021 , Neuquen $98朋友飲開Pinot,一向唔太好酒嘅我都試咗啖,都易入口,甜甜地幾香葡萄味LA PARRILLA STEAKHOUSE📍地址: 中環雲咸街77號嘉兆商業大廈1樓 繼續閱讀
