@Harbour-side grill朋友加國回來相聚,想食港女tea,又想食靚景,我就諗到海港城呢間,睇完openrice食評覺得唔錯,即管嚟試試1.鹹點#雞肝鴨肝芭菲配無花果醬估唔到肝x無花果醬係咁夾,吾腥#松露雞肉酥皮盒滿滿松露味,酥皮鬆脆#牛肉他他配酸種麵包吾腥,似食緊拖羅#三文魚醬配香蔥小圓餅,味道ok,但可惜餅乾淋咗2.甜點#黑朱古力mousse爆炸糖,朱古力未夠濃,唔太苦,有層次,大人小朋友都愛吃3.飲品套餐包咖啡茶或冷萃氣泡茶,我哋揀咗氣泡茶,三十幾度高溫,感覺超爽,因為小朋友唔啱飲,侍應叔叔送咗三杯可樂畀小朋友總括嚟講, 呢間餐廳環境食物吾錯,又有靚景,不過可能天氣太熱,感覺冷氣唔夠,食物方面,鹹點比甜點做得出色,值得再嚟食

推介。lunch 好地方。1) lunch set 多choice 2) 唔多人3) 好坐4)靚景。一邊睇住維港景一邊享受住落地玻璃照入嚟嘅陽光享用美味午餐。5)食物質素高。6)頭盤唔使特登加錢已經有好高質素嘅選擇,我揀咗鯛魚他他。正!7)主菜,我揀咗最平嘅意大利燉飯,一樣係正!好濃嘅芝士同菇菌香,啲飯煮得啱啱好。8)餐包都好好食。9)唔使揀甜品都已經好夠。10) 冇包餐茶係有啲可惜,不過就正好有機會俾你出去再飲過杯真正好飲嘅咖啡。

位於尖沙咀海港城海運大廈的Harbourside Grill,憑180度維港海景和精緻西餐吸引食客,因此我為慶祝生日到訪,享用晚餐後印象深刻。點選USDA西冷牛扒,烤至五分熟,肉質嫩滑多汁,油脂香氣濃郁,配紅酒汁和薯條,味道層次豐富。甜品反烤蘋果撻,外酥內軟,肉桂香氣迷人,配焦糖雪糕完美收尾。餐廳環境典雅,落地窗外維港夜景令人陶醉,戶外露台更添浪漫氛圍。當天還有拍攝團隊在拍攝。平均消費約HK$400,性價比合理。整體而言,美食和無敵海景配合能打造難忘晚餐體驗,絕對是慶祝場合的理想選擇!

朋友同我慶祝生日,平日夜晚8:30pm到,早一晚已經book咗枱同埋講咗係慶祝生日飯,亦有要求坐window seat。有幾張半圓枱係望住海景去食嘢嘅,見到有張枱冇人坐,我問職員我可唔可以坐過去,佢話唔可以,嗰張枱係有人book咗,係for四人坐既。但係隔籬嗰幾張枱都係兩個人坐緊喎。(我食到餐廳11點關門,都唔見呢張所謂有人book咗嘅枱有人坐低食嘢)之後我見到有一枱走咗,我好禮貌問職員可唔可以調過去坐(嗰刻我都係啱啱坐低,連水都未有,無整亂過自己張枱),佢話有人book咗,之後我見到係有人坐,但佢哋都係兩個人咋喎,點解大家都係book咗位,但係佢哋兩個人可以坐望海景嘅位,但係我哋唔可以?我哋仲要早到過佢!重點係根本有吉枱,但係又唔俾我哋坐。完全唔明白職員係咩心理,咩安排?係唔係客人坐低咗就唔想煩唔想俾佢掉位?而其他嘅半圓枱係陸續好快就有人走咗,全部都冇人坐,如果係識安排嘅就會問我哋係咪想調過去坐,但係職員冇。成餐飯我就望住我哋好想坐嘅位,重點是冇人坐,但係又唔俾我哋坐咁樣去食飯。其實我哋都係因為個景所以先嚟食飯啫。好好的生日飯,因為職員不合理安排座位,完全扣晒分!

A chill weekend brunch🥖BREAD BASKET: Loved the soft and fluffy bread rolls🥗STARTER 🐟Smoked Salmon Roulade, Crab Mayonnaise, Avocado Purée: Interesting to present the smoked salmon in a form of sausage. The different flavours matched well🦆Confit duck leg, watercress, French beans, truffle vinaigrette salad: Interesting to shred the confit duck leg, a refreshing salad 🥘MAIN 🌾Butternut Squash Risotto, Rocket, Aged Parmesan, Olive Oil: Arborio rice had the right texture and the sauce hung onto the rice well. Nice butternut squash flavours🐔Roasted Baby Chicken, Parsnip Purée, Braised Red Cabbage, Chicken Jus: Chicken was very tender and juicy, was meat off the bone. Parsnip purée was very creamy and flavourful🍬DESSERT 🥧Slice of Apple Tarte Tatin, Crème Fraîche, Salted Caramel Sauce: Personal favourite, a nice warm tart with a slight crisp that wasn’t overly heavy with the crème A chill brunch by the harbour 🌊
