🔸蟹肉帶子千層麵配鮮海膽及海膽醬
呢個係比較失望嘅前菜,食到好多一絲絲嘅蟹肉,不過就食唔出有帶子🤔總體嘅味道亦都比較淡口,千層麵就只有兩片,不過海膽都算鮮甜,而底下面嘅海膽汁亦好濃郁。

Been here twice already and quite impressed both times! This time I went with my dad and we had crab and scallops lasagna and French bean and watercress salad for starters. The crab and scallops lasagna was a new dish, and it really wasn't anything like a lasagna but was rather crab & scallop pate sandwiched between thin sheets of pasta, topped with sea urchin and dressed with sea urchin sauce. It was very rich in umami, quite interesting in texture but definitely delicious! For mains we ordered

Been here twice already and quite impressed both times! This time I went with my dad and we had crab and scallops lasagna and French bean and watercress salad for starters. The crab and scallops lasagna was a new dish, and it really wasn't anything like a lasagna but was rather crab & scallop pate sandwiched between thin sheets of pasta, topped with sea urchin and dressed with sea urchin sauce. It was very rich in umami, quite interesting in texture but definitely delicious! For mains we ordered the chicken & truffle ballotine with seared foie gras and the dry-aged UK beef fillet. I couldn't quite taste the truffle in the chicken ballotine and it was just alright, I liked the foie gras better. We actually chose the UK beef fillet over USDA sirloin or ribeye because UK beef is much less common here in Hong Kong and we wanted to give it a try. As we all know the fillet or tenderloin is a lean cut so it's not about the marbling, but contrary to popular perception of fillet being "mild" this one was actually very flavourful. In terms of texture it was tender but of course not as soft as say wagyu. Both of us were really satisfied with the beef and were please we made this less popular choice. Finally for dessert we had the buttermilk basil pana cotta with strawberry jelly, which was very creamy, simple yet good. Highly recommend this place whether for dates or gathering with friends or family. Will probably be back!

Came across this place on social media quite often and have bookmarked it for sometime.  The COVID situation has gotten slightly better and it's been a while since my last decent meal hence decided to pick up the phone and made a reservation. A super nice place for celebration🎉 I love sea view so much so I just blindly chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration a few days ago. A super nice place for celebration🎉

I love sea view so much so I just blindly chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration a few days ago. Highly recommend this restaurant as the food is super good.

1. Sea bass with crushed potatoes and lobster bisque ✨
The skin of the fish is quite crispy and the fish is so fresh. The taste of the mix of the lobster bisque with the potatoes is just unforgettable. They simply absorbed the essence of the lobster. I’m gonna drink the bisque up.

2. Scottish smoked salmon
This appetiser is quite special and looks fancy. The smoked salmon wraps some cream cheese inside ( I think), which is delicious. There is also a crab salad aside. SUPER FRESH as well!

3. Wet-aged sirloin
I pick the Bordelaise sauce, which is recommended by the waiter. It does taste with the soul of some red wine inside, as the waiter mentioned. The meat is super juicy as well!! Seriously I enjoy it so much!!

係OTE食飯其中一個特色就係食環境所以book枱嗰陣記得book窗邊今日同朋友去咗試呢一間餐廳本來以為我價日同平日lunch menu 會一樣點知weekend 貴啲 同重點係無weekday咁吸引不過假日嘅lunch menu 就有出名嘅蘋果批前菜 我同朋友分別叫左Tuna Tartare同 cured meat Cured meat 佢有三款應該都放左一陣 有少少乾身 朋友話佢個個正常味道主菜 我哋叫咗avocado poached egg 同 roasted chicken Avocado poached egg 係用有機蛋煮嘅熟到亦岩岩好有蛋汁但好可惜個麵包太硬Cheese platter三款唔同嘅芝士配三款唔同嘅嘅Cracker 算係己有誠意嘅一個platter 終於到主角蘋果批唔知係唔係唔係叫一整個嘅關係佢個皮已經淋晒但佢啲蘋果就煮得好好食淋得嚟又有咬口總括 個brunch 我哋食咗三個鐘服務環境都係一流但食物就好一般我哋兩個人都食咗$1000多啲呢個價錢會有更加多唔同嘅選擇

I chose Harbourside Grill to spend Christmas lunch this year! With all the dining restrictions in place, lunch was the best we could do. It was a great choice, the dining room is surrounded by windows so it was lovely to eat with so much natural lighting. For Christmas, they had a set lunch for $448 per person. I love bread baskets! This one had 2 brioche and a baguette, served with butter. Nothing too special but complimentary bread always makes me happy!

To start was this smoked salmon dish. The smoked salmon was filled with cream cheese and placed on top of the beetroots. Also accompanying was a soft boiled quail egg with caviar on top. The elements were pretty good, but because everything was so separated, it was hard to eat together (I'm not even sure it was supposed to be eaten together?). The quail egg was perfectly soft-boiled but I wish there was a bit more caviar on the plate because I couldn't really taste it. Smoked salmon is always such a strong flavour such that it often overpowers the more subtle flavours.

The next starter to come was the foie gras and quince dish. The piece of foie gras was cooked perfectly and really yummy! I didn't have the duck leg but it was wrapped inside a pastry and fried, my bf enjoyed it but said it was a little dry. Quince isn't something I've ever had before but I felt like it went with the foie gras really well.

This is also my first time trying Jerusalem artichokes but I don't think I am a fan (it's a unique taste that I haven't gotten accustomed to). Overall the veggies and quinoa were quite nice, all cooked nicely. I think it could have a dressing to go with it as it ate a bit dry and was lacking an underlying flavour.

Then came the mains, I got this seabass dish. I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed this! The foamy bisque had a punchy lobster flavour and went really well with the potatoes (which is sitting under the fish). The fish was cooked quite nicely too and there was also a tiny piece of lobster tail on top (if only it was bigger!).

The other main we got was the vegetarian quiche dish. Definitely quite far off the kinds of quiches I'm normally used to, but I really enjoyed how delicate this tart was. The tart shell was thin and crisp, and the medley of vegetables on top complimented the tart really nicely. Overall, really well constructed but I wish I could taste the Comte Cheese! I couldn't tell it was even in there to be honest, and I LOVE Comte.

This was probably the highlight of the meal -- dessert! As their signature dish, I had really high expectations for this and it absolutely didn't disappoint. It definitely tastes as good as it looks. The apples were perfectly tender but still holding together, the caramel wasn't too sweet and the tart pastry was really delicious (esp after it had absorbed all that caramel!). I would honestly just come back to eat the apple tart, but would just order a whole one for myself. 10/10 would recommend 💯💯💯

Again, I had a problem with locating the ingredient listed on the menu, I really didn't know where the chestnut was. But nevertheless, this was also a super tasty dessert! I especially loved the salted caramel ice cream, which had a deep caramel flavour with just the right amount of salt. The chocolate delice was also really great, it was rich, creamy and really chocolatey, it was a hefty sized portion too!😍

We also ordered 2 lattes to accompany the dessert and to round off the meal, it came with 2 pieces of fudge with smoked salt -- love! 💕

Overall, a really great meal at Harbourside Grill. I liked that the dining room felt really open due to the windows (even though the blinds were down as it was quite sunny!). My personal take is that the desserts stole the show -- I am obsessed with that apple tart tatin, I can't wait to eat it again! The salted caramel ice cream on that chocolate delice was pretty unforgettable too. As for the savoury food, I think because I don't eat meat, I can't really enjoy the 'grill' element of this restaurant, so I can't make a fair judgement. This place is worth a try for a nice meal, but definitely don't skip dessert! 😌

I booked this restaurant for Sunday lunch owing to its location (easy to park), excellent harbour view and not too busy. We ordered the weekend lunch $488 per set and the quality are out of my expectations. The rolls are warm and the tuna tartare starter is as good as the fine dining in hotel. The main dish is chicken with peas sauce, it’s ok, above average. Then they served the cheese platter, dessert and drinks. I would say the service is excellent and the waiters are attentive. 因為海港城coupon就快過期,咁打算去這家grill house諗住用左佢,點知坐低才講set lunch唔用得優惠喎,是但啦既來之則安之照食好了。咁其實這裡午餐又唔算貴,3 course都係$248,house wine就$68一杯;頭盤我選左吞拿魚,魚冇問題但配菜有幾粒chili就over power囉好辣呀,然後主菜是烤豬腩肉,肉質唔算好軟淋不過有油脂搭救,倒是外層烤到好堅硬餐刀唔太切得到;整餐最滿意係甜品,焦糖和朱古力本來就係絕配,慕絲蛋糕好滑好濃郁。講真這裡環境係唔錯既,不過overall食物水準就真係好一般,海港城咁多選擇都應該冇下次。

這裡只有西餐的氣氛,食物味道唔錯,但份量就是比正常較細,主菜與前菜份量差唔多,飲品只有賣相沒什麼味道而已🥱

整體來說,我個人覺得在尖沙咀想食高級餐廳又有想取回同等價值,要靠彩數🤔
