揀左個Tasting menu $788 咩都可以試下🤤🔸法國芬迪加蠔配醃青瓜及氈酒冰沙肉質屬於爽口,加上醃青瓜同冰沙,入口非常清新,一人一隻真係唔夠喉😣🔸西瓜羊奶芝士沙律配番茄及九層塔味道最出既係西瓜😂超級甜又多汁,羊奶芝士既份量相對矜貴,可能因為本身味道較濃郁,但都唔介意可以多小小嘅😆就如相中所見嘅兩三粒,質感好滑溜!值得一提嘅係佢用左Heritage Tomatoes 🍅 顏色多啲嘅蕃茄,皮薄鮮甜。🔸鱸魚配薯蓉及法式龍蝦湯待應上菜時話呢道菜係餐廳既招牌菜😏 老實講魚質唔鞋但未算好滑,食落淡口...不過,底下既龍蝦湯好濃郁又Creamy ,龍蝦尾爽口,救左呢道菜😛🔸安格斯牛柳配燉牛臉頰、千層焗薯及紅酒醬 😋第一啖試既係千層焗薯,有驚喜,外層脆口,入口唔會融化成一舊,層次感十足。牛柳煎得幾香,五成熟啱啱好。牛臉頰炆到好腍,好入味!🔸朱古力慕絲配榛子海綿蛋糕,紅苺及乳酪雪糕由於我地係一份Tasting menu再加其他食物share,餐廳好細心幫我哋切開一半。朱古力慕絲比較厚實濃郁,加埋乳酪味既雪糕平衡返甜膩感。*想飲酒嘅話加$288有Wine paring 姐係每道菜配杯酒,散叫menu每杯都百零蚊黎講,幾抵既😎Tasting Menu之外我想分享埋其他散叫既食物同一啲細節。我哋就5:30入座,呢個時間唔錯,可以睇到日落直至食完飯天到黑晒,睇埋個靚靚夜景☺️ 咁啱今晚唔算多客,我地5:30坐到8:30😆店員全部都係外籍人士,記得要講英文啊😛💯特別欣賞佢哋既服務,上完一道菜先到下一道菜,完全唔會令你有趕急嘅感覺,仲要每道菜都係即時整既👍🏻呢樣野好多餐廳都做唔到。🔸牛肉他他配酸種麵包必點菜式☺️店員即席係你面前撈唔同既配料同醬汁,好有儀式感。生牛肉好嫩滑,麵包烤過,未食已經聞到好香,配埋一齊食一流!🥖🔸蟹肉帶子千層麵配鮮海膽及海膽醬呢個係比較失望嘅前菜,食到好多一絲絲嘅蟹肉,不過就食唔出有帶子🤔總體嘅味道亦都比較淡口,千層麵就只有兩片,不過海膽都算鮮甜,而底下面嘅海膽汁亦好濃郁。🍹Cocktails🍸🔸Love in Paris🍹(Vodka, passion fruit, lemon, mint, prosecco) 最近睇完Emily in Paris,一見到呢個名諗都唔使諗叫番杯先😆 呢杯係最好飲嘅🍹面頭有新鮮既熱情果,我將佢畢晒落去,甜甜酸酸既感覺,三杯之中酒味比較重🍹🔸Sherry Cobbler🍸 (Sherry,fresh grapefruit juice, St Germaine, fresh pineapple juice, honey water) 味道都幾甜下 酒味好淡 適合想飲下酒但又受唔到酒味嘅女仔 好易入口😏🔸Rosy(Dry gin, Calvados, triple sec, lemon)🍸Gin味重 微甜,整體普通無咩特別,個人黎講唔會encore呢杯😂最後送上維港夜景🌃☺️香港夜晚真係好靚!行出餐廳露台就可以一覽無遺喇😎餐廳食物質素有水準,加埋每張枱都睇到維港靚景,呢個價錢十分合理,CP值唔錯,推薦😎 繼續閱讀

Been here twice already and quite impressed both times! This time I went with my dad and we had crab and scallops lasagna and French bean and watercress salad for starters. The crab and scallops lasagna was a new dish, and it really wasn't anything like a lasagna but was rather crab & scallop pate sandwiched between thin sheets of pasta, topped with sea urchin and dressed with sea urchin sauce. It was very rich in umami, quite interesting in texture but definitely delicious! For mains we ordered the chicken & truffle ballotine with seared foie gras and the dry-aged UK beef fillet. I couldn't quite taste the truffle in the chicken ballotine and it was just alright, I liked the foie gras better. We actually chose the UK beef fillet over USDA sirloin or ribeye because UK beef is much less common here in Hong Kong and we wanted to give it a try. As we all know the fillet or tenderloin is a lean cut so it's not about the marbling, but contrary to popular perception of fillet being "mild" this one was actually very flavourful. In terms of texture it was tender but of course not as soft as say wagyu. Both of us were really satisfied with the beef and were please we made this less popular choice. Finally for dessert we had the buttermilk basil pana cotta with strawberry jelly, which was very creamy, simple yet good. Highly recommend this place whether for dates or gathering with friends or family. Will probably be back! 繼續閱讀

Came across this place on social media quite often and have bookmarked it for sometime.  The COVID situation has gotten slightly better and it's been a while since my last decent meal hence decided to pick up the phone and made a reservation. I came with my wife on a week day and was fortunate enough to be seated with the awesome harbor view.The 2-course to 4-course lunch sets are reasonably priced and I've enjoyed every bits of the meal from starter to dessert.• Beef carpaccio - the thinly sliced beef was packed with meaty flavor, along with the parmesan, rocket and truffle aioli made a spectacularly tasty combo.• Seared salmon - I'm not a fan of pea but the pea purée went surprisingly well with the salmon, especially with the heavenly crispy skin which I can't forget how good it was.• Pork belly - the mustard sauce brings out the the flavor of the pork and with the mash potato, it was a fulfilling dish• Milk chocolate delice - a vaguely sweet dessert that brought a perfect end to the meal 繼續閱讀
