Carne's is a restaurant in Sheung Wan specialised in Argentinian steak. Warm welcome by the staff, we sat down in the modern bistro with Argentinian inspired decoration. The staff first introduced us their menu, they were very friendly and never made us feel like we had to rush. As a meat-lovers, their Argentinian beef is very tempting to try. [Veggie ceviche]
The famous veggie ceviche salad is worth digging into before the meal as it tantalise my taste buds and boost my appetite. It is made of sweet corn, red onion, coriander and tiger milk dressing.

I personally enjoy the Sirloin steak the best as this is a fatty, thick beef cut that is literally dripping with flavour. The steaks are paired with their chimichurri sauce made with parsley, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. The crispy golden Skinny fries comes to the table with the steak.

I paired my steak with a glass of Malbec red wine from Argentine, since the fattier cuts pair up with high tannin wines can cut through the fat. This make my dinning experience more sophisticated.

The chocolate coated cookies with fillings in between are served with vanilla ice cream. The melt-in-your- mouth cookies are definitely the perfect ending to the meal.
