好耐之前同一大班朋友食過，梗係掛住傾計，冇乜印象食咗啲咩。突然好想食意粉，朋友話想再嚟呢度認真食多次我哋叫咗set lunch 嘅 Spicy Rigatoni Vodka & fettuccine al Ragu, 兩個都有特別嘅地方。Vodka 個汁 creamy 得來唔會滯口，辣味適中唔搶喉，蕃茄味唔會太酸，食完之後有個口有少少vodka嘅味，整體感覺味道有層次，令到會想繼續食。Ragu 個汁老實唔係太特別，但係fettuccine 質地好好，al detnte 得來又好又蛋香，感覺好似係手製意大利麵...唔知係咪呢？For Protein, 我哋叫咗Chicken Parmesan，黎到先知原來係一個Pizza🤪！Waiter 介紹話美式意大利餐廳通常冇Pizza，避免客人好想食又冇得食，所以就整咗呢個用雞做嘅Pizza啦！味道方面都幾好嘅，不過不失啦，賣相比味道吸引。最後去到甜品，New York Cheesecake & Carrot Cake，味道都到位嘅，Carrot cake 驚喜大啲，蛋糕夠moist同夠nutty taste，係甜咗少少🤏，分量亦都非常大，雖然好味

趁2人限聚令生效前，趕快和家人去試新餐廳 Carbone，食晚飯一入去，好似入左另一個世界，可以暫時忘記現實中嘅煩心事，nice裝修行懷舊風，完全係我嘅取向一坐低，俾你送麵包果舊cheese已經係由一大舊圓碌碌嘅cheese攞出黎，麵包也好吃唔可以食太多啦，留肚食嘢！嘢飲要左free flow water and 2 cups of red wine (由waitress推薦），d酒其實都好適合go with 我地叫左嘅嘢Antipasta 要左beef carpaccio and octopus pizzaiolo, 調味好好，唔會太鹹，剛剛好Pasta 就叫左vongole and carbonara,意粉就真係Al dente如果食得下辣就vongole 好d，d蜆都可以carbonara就比想像中濃味，但個bacon真係好香口同行兩位男士都好鍾意主菜要左個lamb tomahawk and NY bone in strip豬嘅 tomahawk 就食得多，羊嘅tomahawk 就真係第一次試，如果鍾意食肥嘅就真係值得一試😊真係好香，但就未必啖啖肉NY bone in strip

今次呢嚟到中環蘭桂坊附近嘅一間意大利餐廳食嘢。咁呢間都係黑羊集團旗下嘅餐廳，我就覺得信心有保證啦。咁依相片左邊去右邊介紹食物先。最左邊係馬里奧肉丸 Mario’s Meatballs. 每人加$78呢就可以享用到，係非常juicy,好香嘅蕃茄汁味，又有意大利屋企嘅感覺。前面啦你見到係有個包同埋芝士，同埋後面既一啲火腿呢其實都係一開始就比你嘅。咁右邊呢就係呢個第一道菜，香辣伏特加醬長通粉 Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. 入面有蕃茄、洋蔥、長通粉。咁就會加咗伏特加去令到佢更加有香味啦。然之後就到你覺得巴馬臣芝士雞扒 Chicken Parmesan. 香脆嘅雞扒呢，加上佢嘅芝士呢係非常之夾。肉質就鬆軟，皮就夠脆。芝士嘅香味，富豐富蛋白質嘅雞扒。口感味道氣味都一流。真係無論係韓國，香港定意大利，芝士同雞都係咁夾㗎。Ciao👋🏻👋🏻 Special Menu
