有一陣沒來Carbone了，很想念，今天爬完山突然想要來吃。進電梯的時候兩個人還念叨要吃減肥餐，不能點牛排，電梯門都沒開，便又改了主意，牛排還是得點！Carbone這種餐廳，來了不吃多離開幾乎是不可能的，減肥這個詞在這裡是不存在的！之前來Carbone都是喝到盡興，往往是最後離開的一桌，今天不能喝酒，但是光影之中的氣氛還是如此美好，讓人陶醉。Caprese，這裡做很重口味，橄欖油和salsa verde都放的量很足。Octopus Pizzaiolo，今天的octopus肉質有點老了，不太好嚼，算是今晚唯一的小問題，但是味道絕對在線。最喜歡裡面的烤紅椒，甜甜的，很juicy，搭配octopus或者土豆都好吃。Spicy rigatoni vodka每此必點，一盤兩個人吃真的不夠，感覺自己消滅一盤分分鐘就可以。不知道這裡如何做的這麼creamy、這麼入味，酸酸甜甜裡面有一絲絲辣。NY bone in strip，傳統的牛排，沒什麼花哨，肉質很好，烤的恰到好處，5分熟也不覺得老，肉筋交錯搭配，口感和味道都太棒了！

第一次嚟食呢間餐廳，之前聽幾個朋友介紹過，話依度食意大利菜好正宗又有氣氛，彷彿有去咗米蘭嘅感覺。餐廳不停播放着意大利歌曲，裝修都好有歐洲風格。今次我哋叫咗一份Carprese蕃茄沙律、兩碟意大利粉（Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and lobster ravioli) 、一份牛扒(Ribeye Diana)同一個lemon cheesecake 。每樣野都唔錯，特別推介Carprese 同 spicy rigatoni vodka，呢兩樣係佢哋嘅signature，Carprese 入面嘅蕃茄好新鮮，同上面嘅芝土好match。而Spicy rigatoni vodka既辣度到啱啱好，唔會太濕所以好好食。但Ribeye Diana就比較失望，肉質麻麻，太smokey。Lemon cheesecake 就average，no surprise 。食物份量都算大，三個人已經食到好飽。

They replaced promptly but the sommelier came around to tell me it was not unusual in Italy to eat on chipped plates, which is an experience I have never countered at every price level the many years I have travelled to Italy.
