Carbone一直係我喺香港最喜歡嘅意大利餐廳之一。見有Black Series，就去食個lunch set，除咗招牌菜Spicy Rigatoni Vodka香辣伏特加醬長通粉，仲揀咗Chicken Parmesan巴馬臣芝士雞扒。第一次食Carbone嘅Spicy Rigatoni Vodka真係可以用驚艷嚟形容，今次可能係Black Series嘅關係，食落退步咗唔少，雖然都好食，但係食落係一大兜咁煮出嚟，仲要唔係好熱。不過好彩Chicken Parmesan好味、肉質嫩滑，整體成餐都有Carbone水準嘅！Carbone has always been one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Hong Kong. Carbone is probably one of those Italian restaurants that kept their standard on both food and service at all time ! Also a great spot for celebrations ! It was my first time at this restaurant. The welcome dish was a cheese which is quite special. Don’t have time to finish big lunch since I have to run to another lunch meeting, I ordered a carbonara and a white wine instead. It’s a bit salty and big in my standard, taste is okay though.

Carbone is one of my go to places for good pasta, chill 1950s New York vibes, and a nice glass of wine. I enjoy the vibe here, friendly service, warm colors deco with comfortable sofas, family style tablecloth, music, and chatters. yes. i have always seen and heard lots of good comments about carbone. but sometimes that makes me even more scared to try. as larger the hope. the larger the disappointment.BUT. to my surprise. i LOVED it here. i was highly impressed with the service of the manager and the waiter who served us. trying to entertain/make jokes when we were waiting for our frd to arrive. (he was 45 mins late). but for some others. service could highly improve. eg. placing the food onto our table loud & rudely. oh.
