Carbone Hong Kong is located in Central area, which is a quite nice location. We went there for lunch. We received a fine service.A must try is called “Spicy Rigatoni Vodka”If you love spicy food this is a fine choice. The taste is filled with cheese and spicy but in a balanced way.”NY lemon cheesecake” is not too sweet. Fresh taste.

Their welcoming garlic bread and NY Lemon Cheese Cake are also 👌🏻!Go for lunch for a cheaper option as they do include their signature dish in their lunch set! 整體來講相對氣氛都好好,裝修靚、服務好、坐得舒服。食物嘅份量就唔係好多,兩個人一份前菜、主菜同甜品,人均400幾,價錢就比較進取🤔最可惜嘅係塊牛扒,其他食物都唔錯,芝士蛋糕就一定要Encore😍

It was our 1000 day anniversary. The carpaccio was very fresh and rich in seasoning. The truffle oil added was just the right amount, bringing out a rich scent and taste without eliminating the carpaccio’s natural taste. The portion was just enough to be shared among two.

Spicy Rigatoni Vodka

This dish was what i keep hearing my friends talk about, and finally had the chance to give it a try. For starts, IT WAS SOOO GOOD! The rigatoni texture gave abit of chewiness without being too hard and chewy, yet not soft. For this dish its not that spicy, yet it does sting a tiny bit after each bite. You can literally taste the vodka in it. The portion was an enjoyable portion. Definitely recommend you try it out if you plan on going to Carbone.

Sirloin Diana

The Sirloin Diana i had was done as medium rare. The steak itself was juicy and rich in flavor. Supposedly the sauce was somewhat a more chinese twist of oyster sauce, not my most favourable sauce but yet still okay. The shrooms on the top yet soaks too much of the sauce and gets a bit too salty. Overall, its a good dish.

NY Lemon Cheesecake

The Lemon Cheesecake was what i longed for. Its super delicious. The portions of the lemon sauce, cheesecake and its crust are at the best ratio it can be in. Each bite starts off with a sweet and sour kind of taste from the lemon sauce, followed by the NY cheesecake flavor. The lemon sauce helps open up more of your appetite to fill in yet one more bite. The cheesecake is rich yet not too heavy, mixes well with the lemon flavor. The crust is one i need to comment on. Usually when i come across a cheesecake crust its either really hard where u have to use bit of force to break it with ur fork, or its really soggy and its just everywhere. But the chrust for this bad-boy, was insanely perfect. I could slide my fork from top to bottom and cut out a piece without putting in effort, yet the crust remains really crispy and tender. A definite recommend.

Carbone had excellent customer service and the environment was really good. Although you would possibly hear like 6-7 times of the staff singing happy birthday to different tables, but its a happy experience.

Definitely give it a try for your next occasion to celebrate

The ambience and environment of this restaurant definitely gave off New York vibes 🤍 Our favourite dish had to be the Vodka Rigatoni which literally tastes like pizza in pasta form 🤫 The clam pasta wasn’t too special and they did a little show mixing the Caesar salad which was cute… except we didn’t like the sardines on it 😅

Another highlight was the dessert, especially the chocolate cake! Need to go back and try the lemon cheesecake after hearing raving reviews about it 🤩

氣氛搭救的casual fun dinning 的意大利餐廳。這是一家我在五六年前也經常去的餐廳,已很久沒有回來,便和兩位好友來吃我其中一餐的生日飯。氣氛及服務也保持得很好,是我很喜歡的裝修就像在意大利傳統餐廳一樣。前菜八爪魚味道及醬汁也配合得很好,可惜其他食物有一點令人失望,carbonara意粉及spicy rigatoni Vodka 長通粉是我們都在期待的dishes, 可是味道卻偏淡,我們也不好意思叫了Tabasco 。主菜叫了short ribs,偏乾,最後叫了我最喜愛的Carrot cake , 是我會推介必叫的甜品。希望他們能把食物質素做得更好。

The food quality in this restaurant is fair, however, the management and routine is a hot mess. We made a reservation at 8:30 however we wait for a long time and got our table at around 9( I don’t understand why they had this reservation system if customers had to wait 30 minutes for a table). Not only that, the MOST disappointing thing was that I called them two days in advance and asked to pre-order a cake with a candle. However, they forgot about it and I had to gently whisper in the servers’

Guess what happened next? They just serve us the regular cake😅 and I had to remind them again by asking them to please give us a candle on the cake(surprise ruined). The worst is about to come….. they brought a new cake to the wrong table…😂😅 they served the cake and sing the song to the table right next to us🙄🙄

I do understand mistakes could happen, but for a valuable birthday celebration, this is the worse that could happen. We pay the money not only for the food but also for the experience. This is indeed the worse celebration dinner I have ever had. I felt like what I paid is not worth it at all! I could go to another less expensive Italian restaurant and get a higher quality experience than this🤬

仲有最失望係特登食飯兩日前打電話去提前預約同朋友慶祝生日 ,希望蛋糕加個蠟燭 當時佢哋員工仲話冇問題已經幫你寫低咗, 點知去到最後佢哋完全唔記得咗 直接推甜品車。我細細聲提醒佢 我提前訂咗蛋糕 咁都唔緊要啦 點知直接上普通蛋糕! 我再三提醒 問佢地可以俾個蠟燭我 再等多陣先有位員工走埋嚟問係唔係兩日前打電話嚟要加蠟燭嗰位 😅

驚喜都冇咗 勁掃興 最離譜係 送新蛋糕嘅時候仲要送錯蛋糕去隔離枱 諗住影低唱生日歌嗰一刻啦 點知走咗去隔離枱 真係好turn off! 收費咁貴嘅餐廳影然可以咁甩樓⋯⋯⋯⋯ 我&我朋友嗰一刻好失望

我第一次幫襯Carbone 呢間來自紐約米芝蓮嘅餐廳就係食生日飯。餐廳裝潢充滿意式風情,未食飯前已經俾咗個半個👍🏻俾我男朋友(另一半👍🏻要食埋餐飯先知😬😬),個環境確實係唔錯。坐低後侍應先送上一籃麵包(裡面有2-3款麵包)、一碟Salami同埋芝士。麵包真係好好味😂食到停唔到口,夾埋salami同埋香濃芝士一齊食更加正😂😂 我哋兩個人叫咗一份意粉、一個主菜及一份甜品。好似叫咗唔係好多嘢咁。但因為主菜份量都幾大,而之前食咗啲麵包+salami+芝士,加埋件蛋糕我哋食到真係好飽。我哋對嗰晚選擇嘅食物都好滿意。Lobster Ravioli 份量唔大,一隻隻意大利雲吞餡料塞到滿滿的。個白汁好creamy又惹味,有人話個醬汁好味道要用麵包點嚟食😆😆至於個主菜呢,份量明顯比意大利雲吞大好多啊。每一條豬肋骨色澤吸引,厚身得嚟肉質軟嫩。仲有有一大堆羽衣甘藍墊喺豬肋骨底做拌菜,唔錯👍🏻▫️Cherry Pepper Ribs (HKD538)▫️Lobster Ravioli (HKD348) 飯後甜品就係一件New York Lemon Cheese Cake (HKD228) 。落order時預先通知

飯後甜品就係一件New York Lemon Cheese Cake (HKD228) 。落order時預先通知餐廳嘅話,佢哋會安排侍應去你哋張枱度唱生日歌😝(嗰晚我聽咗兩次侍應們唱英文+意大利文生日歌)。我哋就覺得冇必要喇😬😬,所以叫店員安排插支蠟燭上件蛋糕就算。吹蠟燭前侍應會主動提出幫我哋影相,仲會幫我哋寶麗來,然後放入一張寫上Happy Birthday同埋有所有店員簽名嘅卡🥰


如果想搵間餐廳慶祝特別節日嘅話,可以考慮一下呢間。我唯一一樣唔鍾意嘅係音樂開到有啲大聲。

We are having dinner for our anniversary in Carbone and make such a remark during reservation.We are arranged to a noisy corner which is next to the bar table and a corridor. It is a nice place for a couple who would like to share some private moment ?! We ordered an apetitzer which is good with spanish favourite sauce, but then our nightmare came...We ordered a dish of sirloin....the sirloin indeed was not good and the sauce is super salty.The most funny part is the manager suggested us we add

The most funny part is the manager suggested us we add some cabbage to 'neutralize' the sauce...i am regretting that i did not give him a try.
Overall, the place is not really comfortable, the food is over-priced and the food is disappointing
We have to go to another restuarant for dinner....i dont think i would recommend any black sheep restuarant in the near future.

Apart from the nice decor, this place is nothing good to mentioned. The music was far too loud to have a good conversation. The space is very cramped. The steak was tough. The fish was decent. The service was good. Octopus salad was good. Sorry guess experience, I didn’t follow your advice and came again. Your advice was good and we should not have come to a Black Sheep group restaurant again.

Last night, we were offered complimentary canapés, cheese, desserts, port wine and lemoncello! Haha.. It reminds me of a restaurant that my ex colleagues and I always go to whenever we flew to Milan. Complimentary foods and drinks were generously delivered over and above what we had ordered. 😍😍😍❤️ Love it! ❤️

We ordered lobster ravioli to share, grilled snapper oreganata and lamb tomahawk as main, plus a side dish of broccoli. I requested for my fish dish to be well done. It was cooked to perfection to how I like it! We also asked if the broccoli to be slightly undercooked because we liked our vegetable crunchy. We were really happy when a restaurant is able to accommodate all the little customers requests when dining. It's a big plus for the F&B industry. Thank you for a great night! Excellent job to all the front line servers! Even bartenders were really friendly! They greeted the walk in guests and thank them when they were leaving!👍👍👍❤️
