I would say it’s A bar more than a restaurant. The location, the view, the design, I would give it 9 out of 10, For food, the star dish - deep fried chicken, nothing special at all. Service, just okay, need a bit more training tho. Price, $398 per head just for food, I’d better go for sushi instead. So probably I’ll go back for a drink after work instead of a weekend brunch..

中環 H Code 地點比較隱蔽，但其實大廈入面藏有好幾間食肆，比較多人認識嘅NOJO就係喺呢座大廈嘅地下位置喇。今次係我第4次去H Code搵食，揀嘅餐廳位於係26樓嘅Carbon。26樓係H Code最高嘅樓層，去到先發覺原來係有條樓梯可以直接上天台㗎喎。天台以飲酒為主，食weekend brunch 嘅話就只能於室內地方用膳。餐廳室內用餐區空間感十足，枱與枱之間距離唔會太近，幾適合同朋友去眾餐及傾計。樓底高之餘全間餐廳採用落地玻璃，一邊食飯飲酒同時可以欣賞中環嘅樓景。只在weekend及公眾假期提供嘅brunch，每位收費HKD398 (需另加一)，有前菜、主菜及甜品。除咗主菜要揀之外前菜及甜品都已經係set 定。個brunch唔包飲品，想飲嘢嘅話可以另外加錢要free flow。我哋就覺得冇需要所以每人叫咗杯飲品。前菜以蔬菜為主，份量就為二人份量，我哋食晒三款之後都已經半飽😂😂初初對”Chicken liver pate“ 呢款前菜有所保留(因為我對雞肝醬真係麻麻地)，點知將雞肝醬搽上薯片後先食又幾好味喎。”Spinach & Artichoke Dip“ 係熱盤類食物，菠菜巴

在疫情放緩的4月後旬，終於蠢蠢欲動，給以後的飯腳放了口風，成功即興約人外出吃午飯。那時候隨便搜搜，發掘了這間當時在openrice連電話號碼也欠奉的新餐廳(是本人太久沒外出的原因罷了)。小試牛刀，當然要嘗嘗lunch set。Onion & Parmesen Soup、Roasted Salmon (with hash brobrown)、Apple cinnamon bun  ，味道全部到位。雖然不是甚麼新奇菜式，但execution分很高。洋葱芝士湯濃厚醇滑，麵包糠香脆；三文魚生熟得宜，皮脆肉滑，薯餅香口無可挑剔；最後心癢追加的肉桂蘋果卷，份量大得驚人(不過大概太多人吃剩，現在好像已縮少了到較正常的size)，一上桌時我二人對望一眼，心裏只慶幸只叫了一份甜品，加上雪糕，好吃邪惡的配搭還是讓人接著吃不停，吃完撐得不行，那天最後連晚餐也省下了。服務殷勤，上菜加水爽快俐落，唯一的扣分位大概是最後第一張單錯送了跟餐送的飲料的價錢，但我向侍應指出後亦已馬上更改。當然，餐廳高樓底、坐擁頂樓境致、雍容裝修及寛敝的座位間隔亦絕對是大大的加分位。價錢亦十分合理，離開之際我可以肯定自己午市一定會再來，

The portions here are truly massive! I actually laughed out loud when our brunch boards arrived. The staff here must be ripped - or at least they will be after working here - since those brunch boards are seriously heavy and they have to carry them around all day! Had a lunch gathering at this restaurant with my colleagues. Booked a table in advance. Credit card authorisation was required for our table of 6, which was not so convenient. 之前上網睇過人哋分享 呢度勁澎湃嘅Brunch之後一直好想試，上個月尾我同朋友2個女仔終於嚟挑戰下呢個份量十足嘅Weekend Brunch ($398pp)🙌🏻 所有菜式都係sharing style，真係會食到飽到捧住個肚走🤰🏻率先上場嘅前菜有Asian Zesty Salad、Classic Caesar Salad同3 Cheese Fondue。雖然有2款沙律，但啲dressing都幾多所以食落有啲膩，然後個cheese都幾油🫣 我同朋友淨係食starters都飽咗一大半🤣 主菜我哋就揀咗IG上最多人post嘅Fried Chicken & Waffle🍗🧇 呢個sharing platter有4件炸雞、4件Waffle、Mac & Cheese、Corn Bread、粟米、雜菜、雜莓同醬汁等。當我見到咁大盤嗰陣時真係嘩咗出聲，心諗我哋2個女仔最多食到1/3，如果4個女仔淨係食呢個應該都夠飽🤣 炸雞外脆內juicy，反而啲Waffle就有啲太淋，其他配菜都中規中矩，唔算好有驚喜～食咗兩舊雞同waffle其實我哋已經飽到上心口，甜品Chocolate Brownie Sunda
