It was really tasty packed with beetroot and more beetroot with a touch of cumin spice mixed with creamy cheesy goats cheese.
For drinks, I didn’t feel like a heavy milkshake so went for the lemon tea, which turned out to be amazing because the tea base is Earl Grey tea.

最愛就係食burger,朋友話我知呢度出左個新burger即刻二話不說,放工就一齊去食Sweet Baby Cheesus中間有兩塊厚厚既牛肉,煎得非常好牛肉中間仲係粉嫩而多汁,唔會乾身而另一賣點係有3重芝士(Parmesan, brie, blue cheese)以blue cheese最突出三隻芝士互不搶味,亦不會過咸加埋cranberry jam,洋蔥同煙肉,同最頂層既青瓜就算有三重芝士食落都唔覺膩飲品方面叫左支ginger beer薑味幾重,但因為杯內有片檸檬,可以中和番薑本身既辣味岩哂用黎解burger既膩

We booked a table for 3 at Beef and Liberty for 12.15. We ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of sparkling water as soon as we sat down. We then ordered our food at about 12.30 - two orders of corn cobbler and 3 burgers, the restaurant was not busy at this time. We waited a long time for the water and wine. A waitress then told us that we would still need to pay for the burgers. The burgers then appeared and were then put on the table. We complained to the waitress that the we had been waiting for a long time for our food. She responded by offering two excuses. First, we had ordered starters and secondly, the restaurant was busy. We responded that the corn cobbler would have needed minimal preparation time, being just a bowl of sweetcorn and, in addition, when we ordered our food the restaurant was not busy.
When they eventually arrived, the burgers tasted good. However, we had to rush them as, like most working people, we only have a one hour lunch break.
Would I go back? Perhaps, but unlikely as life is too short.

讀大學時認識了一班搞笑又愛吃的朋友, 每次聚會都盡量試不同的餐廳, 這次就一行八人到了Beef & Liberty 吃漢堡~星期天的下午三點多都爆場, 好誇張, 店員讓我們先在吧枱旁等待, 也順便拍拍照很喜歡餐廳的招牌, 簡潔又搶眼; 另一邊放滿一瓶瓶的啤酒和醬汁, 很有型裡面樓底高, 很有空間感, 讓人坐得很舒服; 裝潢簡單得來也蠻有藝術感的等了二十多分鍾後可以就坐了~ 茄汁, 鹽和黑椒早已放在枱上, 還有一個介紹豬肉漢堡的小牌子第一次來以基本步開始, 選了芝士漢堡配薯條; 大部份人都選了芝士漢堡和脆炸雞肉漢堡 (坐得很開, 拍不到那麼多)芝士漢堡 ($108) 跟薯條 ($28), 酸瓜和 Cajun aioli 一起上桌, 白色的碟子和漱口杯有點監獄風雲的感覺, 但出奇地沒有違和感; 半溶的芝士很吸引, 牛肉有做到 medium rare, 但仍有點乾及牛味不夠濃; 麵包有先烤過, 鬆軟又帶點微甜, 是我喜歡的口感; 酸瓜爽脆開胃, 雖然不夠酸, 但我還是密密吃; 超欣賞厚切薯條, 炸得外脆內鬆化, 中間還有啖啖薯肉, 配上香濃 creamy 的 cajun aioli 超好吃!

最近周圍尋覓素食,看見餐廳的評分不禁約朋友週日光顧。我們三個女生點了一份柚子火煎菜沙律,三式迷你漢堡,甜薯條。沙律口味清新,最令人驚喜是合桃的甜味中和了火箭菜的微苦,令整個搭配很妥。素漢堡口味不錯,用薯仔、菜跟豆炸成脆片,加入香料令其有印度菜的風味。甜薯條超好吃。店內樓底很高,空間感不俗。加上難得週日不用等位也沒限時用餐的壓力,實在是跟朋友相聚的好地方。最後朋友點了熱咖啡,容器極為精緻,為我們女孩子的午餐加添了喜悅。

It's been more than a year since my last visit to Beef & Liberty and while the people eating with me have changed, the food (and the quality of it) hasn't - the restaurant is still obsessed with serving the best burgers using Tasmanian grass-fed beef but it doesn't limit itself to just burgers though! They have specials everyday and we ended up trying them all starting with this Scotch Eggs ($68)! It was made with quail eggs instead and it was like eating a miniature scotch eggs - though I would prefer a bigger egg and bigger version in general.

Of course we had to indulge ourselves with the regular staple of appetizers - Corn Cobbler ($42), Crispy Chicken Wings ($83) and Sticky Rib Fingers ($88) - in addition to the Goat's Cheese & Beets ($58). I loved the spicy corn cobbler (always have!) but wasn't a fan of the goat cheese to be honest. The beets were good but not cohesive with the cheese either.

I've tried a few burgers here before but it was my first time trying the Chili Burger ($118) with jalapeno slices, caramelized onion, raclette cheese, mayo and harissa yogurt which came with an actual jalapeno pepper on top! The actual pepper was crazy spicy though (just ask my friend who took a bite of that!) and while the burger itself was also spicy, it was well-balanced by the thick layer of sweet caramelized onion.

The Chicken Burger ($92) with fried breaded chicken breast with cabbage slaw, spinach and canjun aioli was recommended by our friend, and it was moist and tender while crunchy at the same time which is a great alternative for those who don't eat beef.

Even though we were stuffed after all that food, we couldn't resist ordering desserts. This Eton Mess ($63) with meringue, Chantilly cream, strawberry and berry coulis was nothing but a mess with its airy texture and luscious flavors! So if this was a light dessert...

...then this was the heavy hitter with Warm Skillet Cookie & Cream ($59)! Cookie and cream just go together hand in hand like that and words can't describe how satisfying it was to get a bit of the melting chocolate, cookie and cream altogether in one bite!

食一個burger 素食者究竟要考慮幾多野? 前幾日同朋友去左呢間專買BURGER既餐廳地方都幾易搵 地面個層係PIZZE EXPRESS 2樓就係Beef & Liberty上到去地方都幾大 同埋D staff好helpful同熱情!今次就試左新推出既burger  "Mo' Quinoa" 意思就係"mother of all grains" 個burger未黎之前仲叫左個beer同朋友啤啤佢呢杯係young master 係made from HONGKONG!過左AROUND 7-8MINS BURGER就黎啦!呢個burger 完全係為素食者而設burger主要成份係當然係"Quinoa"(藜麥) 其實唔講真係唔覺得中間個舊唔係肉 因為佢煎到出面個層好香口同脆脆地另外 仲有red onion, cheddar cheese同埋 jalapeno個burger加左jalapeno之後 辣辣幾開胃!

burger主要成份係當然係"Quinoa"(藜麥) 
其實唔講真係唔覺得中間個舊唔係肉 
因為佢煎到出面個層好香口同脆脆地
另外 仲有red onion, cheddar cheese同埋 jalapeno
個burger加左jalapeno之後 辣辣幾開胃!

This is just the burger for me because I love the crispiness of the Quinoa coating and inside it is fluffy but tasty with a strong cumin and spicy jalapeno flavour.

For drinks I had the ginger and vanilla milkshake which had so much vanilla seeds at the bottom.

I love the desserts at Beef and Liberty because they always have a British dessert on the menu and a while ago they had scotch egg on the food menu too.
The dessert was good because I was craving for strawberries and cream but this was thick cream with pieces of meringue to balance the sourness of the strawberries.

太座介口做檢查,完事後第一時間找上這店來一餐美食,這是一家米芝蓮推薦的漢堡包餐廳,位置雖然略為偏僻,但也不算太吊腳,餐廳位於二樓,但地下有升降機上到,也算方便,內裏坐位寬敞,坐在窗邊位還有街景,十分開洋。坐下後侍應送上餐牌,中英並重,以漢堡店來說,款式也不算太少,我和太座分別點了兩個套餐,分別是我選的2號餐,羊肩肉漢堡配香脆炸薯條加飲品升級的紅酒及太座要的3號餐,黑椒香濃漢堡配菜沙律加薄荷茶。基本上這店的漢堡肉煎得十分有心,火喉掌握得十分到家,我的羊肩肉要偏熟,出來就是比半生談要熟一兩成,但又不會全熟,而太座的黑椒牛肉要半生熟,就真是中間還是粉紅的嫩肉,絕不馬虎,功夫細心,烹調認真。羊肩肉漢堡,漢堡口感鬆軟中略帶一點噬口,味道微羶,羊味香濃,加入少許芥辣,味道更覺出色。香脆炸薯條,薯條較粗壯,剛上檯時進食要小心,因為是即炸即上檯,入口熱呼呼的,外脆內軟,薯味香甜,口感香脆。紅酒,這店另一主打是賣酒的吧,所以他們的店內本家酒(House wine) 也不差,西班牙酒,果味較重,入口順滑。黑椒香濃漢堡,雖然混入了點椒作為調味,但牛味仍然香濃,漢堡肉口感鬆軟中略帶半點煙韌,口感十足,味道微辛

黑椒香濃漢堡,雖然混入了點椒作為調味,但牛味仍然香濃,漢堡肉口感鬆軟中略帶半點煙韌,口感十足,味道微辛,肉汁豐富,入口芳香濃郁。
菜沙律,菜蔬新鮮,簡單地混入了檻欖油和淡淡的沙律汁,入口清淡,味道清香。

忽然看到牆上的 Today Special ,就點了這個熱溶芝士薯條
