#海南雞飯 (限量)✨,友人的餐點,應該是蠻好吃的啦!不過這份餐本來的配菜是小黃瓜,有請店家不要加, 我吃得很滿足😂

#雲南大薄片 ✨,友人沒吃過大薄片,我介紹如下:「就是把肥肉切得很薄很薄讓你感覺不出來是肥肉的肉片」😂
#涼拌皮蛋 ✨,跟大薄片是一樣的醬汁,底下還有鋪高麗菜絲,配著吃好好吃😋
#雲隱甩餅 ✨,共有白糖、煉乳、巧克力三種口味,就像是烙餅再淋上醬汁,因為我選擇障礙,老闆還幫我做了半半口味😋我覺得巧克力>煉乳

【炭烤虾配沙嗲酱】虾的品质还可以更好,吃到的时候已经有点冷了,缺少炭烤的香气。

【炒泰国芦笋及蘑菇】看似简单但蛮考验火候的素菜,食材够新鲜,带着stir-fry十足的镬气,鲜甜滋味在脆爽的口感中愉快游走。

【香辣罗望子脆鲈鱼块】全场最佳,鲈鱼裹上酸甜的罗望子酱油炸,外皮又脆又黏,完美锁住汁水,柔嫩的肉质在咬开瞬间被轻轻拉扯出来。罗勒叶薄而脆,好像是经过油炸后才能有的挺立骨架,蘸上多出来的酱汁,一点都舍不得浪费。

【红咖喱鹌鹑肉碎配蛇豆】辣度很猛的一道菜,比香辣脆鲈鱼辣得多,不过多吃两口也能适应。鹌鹑肉碎瘦而不柴,入味极佳,红咖喱并不是想象中浓稠的咖喱酱,而是汤汁 —— 感觉质地浓稠点会更好吧。

【芒果糯米饭】【蒸棕榈糖椰蓉汤圆】吃到这里已经完全是强行在塞,两款甜品还都是淀粉类,但是好吃,还是硬塞完了😂

鲜甜的芒果搭配咸味糯米饭,汤圆包裹着莲蓉一般甜蜜的棕榈糖馅,表面的咸味椰奶卡仕达酱是点睛之笔。
·
环境雅致,但跟我想象中泰国菜餐厅的风格有很大不同,像在一间灯光幽暗的gallery里吃饭,坐在露台倒是很东南亚,但是中午太晒。

— Really enjoyed this refreshing appetiser which really got my appetite going for the rest of the dishes! Loved the acidity this dish had to offer as well as the sweet and salty flavours which really got my tastebuds tingling. The pork and prawn filling were well seasoned and went really well with the crunchiness of the betel leaves. Definitely recommend trying this out!


Pic 2️⃣: Steamed Red Curry of Scallops with Thai basil - $158 hkd 🐚
— Another very flavourful dish! The scallops were super fresh and steamed to perfection, leaving the meat still really tender and juicy. The red curry was very interesting, initially thinking this would be a sauce, the red curry was actually cooked into a much more solid texture, much like the texture of the scallop itself. Not to mention, this dish definitely has a kick to it and is great for all spice lovers.


Pic 3️⃣: Grilled Prawn Satay with Southern-style sauce - $158 hkd 🍤
— Was quite disappointed with this despite how good it sounded 🥲 The prawn was way too dry and had a slightly stringy texture. However, the sauce was quite delicious, though extremely spicy as it was made from a blend of different spices.


Pic 4️⃣: Aromatic curry of chicken with ratte potato served with cucumber relish - $238 hkd 🐔
— The curry was slightly underwhelming in my opinion. It had a rather watery consistency and lacked richness and savouriness to it. The chicken was also quite bland, didn’t seem seasoned and it wasn’t able to absorb any of the flavours in the curry. The potatoes might’ve been the best part as they had the most flavour and had a pretty soft, buttery texture.


Pic 5️⃣: Mango with Sticky Rice - $118 hkd 🥭
— Pretty average, the mangoes were really sweet and fresh but other than that the dish didn’t really wow me in any way.


Pic 6️⃣: Amuse-bouche
— Good way to start off the meal, the sweetness and acidity from the pineapple was contrasted with the savoury shredded pork topping.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad Thai food, but it simply didn’t live up to its 1-Michelin starred rating in my opinion.

⭐️Would visit again?: Hmmm 🤔 Probably not, but some dishes are ok to try!

冒名而來嘗試位於中環大館的泰國菜,餐廳氛圍不錯,適合晚上小酌怡情,但對於午膳來說,燈光略暗!一行五人,選擇了Tasting Menu,根據服務員描述,將會是家庭菜的體驗。綜合各道頭盤來說,味道偏重,香料的味道差異不大,湯較為不錯,能清新一下味蕾。主菜虎蝦最好,肉質不錯;香口的魚所配合的醬汁也很惹味;其他兩款包括咖哩和蘑菇蘆筍略為普通。甜點為敗筆,糯米飯部分為生米;湯圓吃進去,與友人不約而同覺得像燒元寶蠟燭的味道,或許是獨特的香薰味?整體菜式的水平只能說平庸,服務員非常殷勤,經常過來倒水和詢問味道如何,卻偶爾打斷我們了的交談,能感受到服務員想做好服務,可惜過猶不及了。

鱸魚塊🐟炸得非常香脆,配上甜甜稠稠的秘制醬同吃,有既香脆卻有啲黐口既口感,而味道有點像糖醋松子魚,但有過之而無不及😙另外配上香脆的紫菜同吃,有畫龍點睛之效,係今餐中最出色的一道主菜😋😋

My first review without trying the food. In view the email chain has my own personal information, I didn't post it here but I will send it to Openrice to prove my claim. I have booked this restaurant more than a  month ago and that time the maximum person per table was 4. In view we needed to book for 5 person, I emailed them to see how they will arrange the seats. I have booked this restaurant more than a  month ago and that time the maximum person per table was 4. In view we needed to book for 5 person, I emailed them to see how they will arrange the seats. They sent me the photos of the table arrangements and asked whether I would choose indoors or outdoors. I replied accordingly.
On the day of the meal, we were surprised they missed our booking. I understand mistakes happen even for Michelin restaurants. I showed them all the emails but the front desk staff kept on saying that I didn't confirm my booking despite the emails. Making a mistake is one thing, blaming the customer is another. They said they still have some outdoor tables but the mood was ruined and it was very hot and humid that day and we left.
I subsequently sent an email to their restaurant regarding this but up till now(31/5/2022 6pm) they did not even bother to reply. Therefore, I can only say their service is definitely not Michelin standards.
題外話/補充資料: For environment and hygeine, I marked 3 stars(the middle) as I honestly don't know as I didn't even get in.

不知所謂的米芝蓮餐廳,居然食物中帶有鐵釘,服務態度超差甚至乎用言語去恐嚇這次失誤,多次大聲恐嚇迫使客人低調處理,甚至想毁滅證據!見到他們的處理手法實在太過不知所謂,很想了這餐廳何得何能成為米芝蓮餐廳?我見到旁邊兩位女士進餐時在口中食出鐵釘, 10分驚訝,簡直難以置信,但見到餐廳裏的服務員馬上把鐵釘收走,似乎想毁滅證據,跟着一位堪稱係老闆的外國人走來恐嚇兩位女士,甚至迫使佢們低調處理,完全沒有悔意,他們對待客人的態度令我無法忍受,實在太過過分,沒有想到香港所謂的米芝蓮餐廳今時今日的服務態度是如此惡劣,懇請相關部門需中肯定評估

究竟米芝蓮一星嘅泰國菜係咩味?好奇心驅使我去咗呢間餐廳。嗰日其實我想book早啲,但只有下晝2:00嘅時段比我book到。餐廳位置私隱度高,在上樓梯嘅途中泰國菜嘅味道已經撲面而來,環境相當之好,燈光唔會話太光猛頗有情調,整體簡潔大方得體,私隱度高。我哋叫咗2個lunch tasting menu, 兩個蒸餾水任飲& iced milk tea. 人均消費hkd$600左右。食物整體:前菜有驚喜,主菜平穩一般,甜品方面個芒果糯米飯都好食嘅。

Extremely terrible restaurant with zero service!!!The staff and the manager are just TOXIC!!!There was a nail in their food! I almost swallowed it! The worst part was that they totally denied it and wouldn’t return the nail to me. I was shocked and scared the time I spit out the nail, and was too naive to let the waiter take the nail to the manager without taking a photo. There was a nail in their food! I almost swallowed it! The worst part was that they totally denied it and wouldn’t return the nail to me. I was shocked and scared the time I spit out the nail, and was too naive to let the waiter take the nail to the manager without taking a photo. When I asked them for the nail, they told me it’s already been disposed. The manager even threatened us with the intent to scare us and to end this incident quietly. We had no choice but calling the police. After the police arrived and investigated the whole thing, they finally handed out the nail for me to take a photo. This restaurant has zero respect to its customers and does not care about food safety and customers’ health and safety!!!! Not qualified to be a Michelin-starred restaurant! This place should be SHUT DOWN!

I returned here for a second time for lunch because I had a good experience one year ago. To my disbelieve the service has deteriorated so much and far from a so-called Michelin star restaurant. The waitress serving our table was average. The others were rude when I asked for bathroom direction. And upon leaving, we walked the wrong direction and she yelled “where are you going?”. The staff in general did not seem like professional restaurant staff but some girlie bar hostess. The food is good

芒果糯米飯 $118
唯一既甜品, 椰汁糯米飯夠香軟, 芒果雖然唔係最甜最多汁個種, 係比較偏清香, 我反而覺得更好食。

3) Betel leave with lobster 🦞, lemongrass, fresh shredded coconut 🥥. 龍蝦,香茅及鮮椰絲佐檳榔葉. Enjoyed the exotic combination so much, betel leaves with seafood 👍🏻
4) Salad of grilled duck breast with cucumber and mint 炭烤鴨胸沙律配青瓜及薄荷葉. Very well prepared dish , I’m not a duck salad fan but this dish changed my mind .
6) Steamed fillet of perch with lime, Chinese celery 青檸唐芹蒸鱸魚. As compared to other dishes, there’s no surprise on this . Average steamed fish dish.
7) coconut 🥥 and turmeric curry of snow crab 🦀 椰香薑黃咖喱雪蟹. I had 3 scoop of rices, partly due to this dish! I can eat this anytime 👍🏻 . Super great curry, tasty, delicious, must order dish!
8) Hot and sour soup of tiger prawn 🦐 with charred tomatoes 🍅 and shallot 老虎蝦配烤蕃茄及青蔥酸辣湯. Love this clear spicy 🌶 soup.
9) Pandan noodles w sticky rice and sweet corn on smoked coconut milk 班蘭粉配煙燻椰奶,黑糯米及粟米。one of the best Thai dessert I had, love the smoked taste of coconut, it still lingers in my mind now 🤤
