早兩日天氣凍,咁我就帶咗父親大人去打個邊爐🫕,餐廳已舊式宮廷嘅裝飾為主,今次我哋叫咗個花膠雞湯鍋😛,雞湯好濃郁,未打邊爐之前,我哋都飲咗一大碗,飲完之後,成個身都暖曬,花膠真材實料好大嚿,好多骨膠原😝,我哋每人都食咗三大嚿,另外仲有半隻雞添,隻雞嗰啲肉都好嫩滑😜打邊爐梗係要叫牛肉,我哋叫咗個手切本地牛肉,碌兩碌就食得啦,牛肉肉質都好靚之後仲叫咗個餃子拼盤,拼盤裏面有四款各兩隻(韭菜豬肉餃,黑松露蟹肉餃,蟹黃餃,鳳尾鮮蝦雲吞),佢依四款餃子都好足料,而且唔會容易散開,平時去打邊爐啲餃子啊雲吞成日打打下都散晒,但係依一間就唔會啦,兩個人食剛剛好👍🏻最後當然要叫黃金響鈴,超多鹹蛋黃喺個響鈴裏面,小編超鍾意呢款響鈴,所以每次叫依一款響鈴,我仲要唔擺落個湯度,就咁夾上來食,怕啲鹹蛋跌晒落個湯度😆😆😆最後,我哋叫咗一咋竹蔗茅根水,佢用咗個好古色古香嘅器皿去裝,我哋每人平均都飲咗三杯左右🤗
