呢間餐廳非常好食~~我果日同我女朋友去食左個牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋,呢個係必食, 如果唔係就唔似食瑞士菜,侍應又好禮貌, 向我地提供意見, 推薦特別食品.香港人接受到o既口味.

要正宗瑞士菜佢呢度有,但未必0岩你口味瑞士菜味穠,多用奶油,味道好古樸0下以火鍋為例,傳統食法加酒,好"哽"0架,唔食慣真係唔好叫.我自已就几鐘意,你呢?

都係公司飯局，有同事推薦呢間餐廳，一行九人，可以座全餐廳唯一的private room，好似好貴賓。呢個high class感覺維持半小時就俾呢間餐廳D waiter and waitree 完完全全打翻。首先，我0地全部都係第一次到呢度，所以對餐牌內容唔係好了解，問個waiter，佢俾你0既感覺係very unhelpful。D waitress 好似係尼泊爾人，但係全部都好似唔知你講乜，no proper reaction。(no matter Chinese or English)芝士火鍋好臭同好苦，不過0的牛肉同朱古力火鍋就幾好。

昨日係聖誕假期最後一天,同女友講今晚同你去食火窩,好嘛?),(去邊先?)(去老尖,食瑞士芝士火鍋)..香港食瑞士不外乎半島的Chaser 同老尖赫德道的"Swiss Chalet" , 而我地去o左後者..~ 聖誕呢個黃金檔期,係各餐廳的搶錢時機,酒店推出的聖誕大餐,包斬你一頸血~在平安夜,聖誕節兩日內,曾試圖幫朋友book buffet 位~但係十間有九間都full晒! 收五六百一個buffet dinner 都手收旺場,唔通香港經濟不景係假像? 定係d 人平時唔出街食飯,儲埋儲埋在大時大節"晒冷" ? 對我o黎講真係無咩感覺, 平日都唔會待薄自己的我,在呢D 節日中亦都唔例外,但絕對唔會做"羊牯" 。 Boxing Day 氣氛點都無平安夜同正日熱鬧,其實又唔係一件壞事,起碼唔會有咁多人,同你爭食爭路~又唔會要成日避開在街上玩到失去常性的牛群。 間餐廳屹立在劈場林立的赫德道, 有點格格不入,都算幾隔涉。 餐廳環境個感覺好warm 好舒服,好有歐陸風情~畢竟話晒呢度係食瑞士菜呢~無乜可能好像間居酒屋??女友話驚食食o下會訓著。 雖然我大慨都知瑞士菜係有乜野食

淨係order o左兩個頭盤---「三式三文魚眼多士」($85)「磨菇、牛仔肉忌廉酥盒」($65)加一個「傳統特式芝士火鍋」(with French bread only )同埋一支瑞士特飲($39) <br>以前未食過芝士火鍋，以為傳統o既就一定正宗。點知‧‧‧換來o既係一客太多酒味、又苦、又無芝土味o既火鍋。點菜o個時，個waiter都提醒過我o地o架喇，唉‧‧‧怪都只怪自已無知啦！ <br>「三式三文魚眼多士」有六塊三種唔同整法o既生Salmon 加四塊toasts 比你夾o黎食；味道普通啦~ 可能對smoked o既o野冇乜研究！ <br>至於個「磨菇、牛仔肉忌廉酥盒」我就覺得幾好喎~ 外型吸引不特止，個酥皮仲好正添boo！入面餡料豐富，可惜個汁唔夠creamy~ <br>個waiter介紹果支瑞士特飲都唔錯，帶有小量酒精又有o的Apple Juice o向入面，一支大約有四杯左右，都幾抵飲~ <br>

First of all, don't order the "Traditional Cheese Foudue". Because it's very bad taste. I would like to suggest to order "Red Deer Medallion". Moreover, the atmosphere in this restaurant is perfect and the services of this restaurant is nice. Especially the waitress is very "friendly". It's a very nice place to date your parter.

The Swiss Chalet is a restaurant with atmosphere. You could find Swiss decoration and obviously Swiss people in the restaurant, but most of all the Cheese Fondue is tasty and as well fun! Chocolate Fondue is definitely a great dessert!

The Swiss Chalet is one of the two Swiss restaurants in Hong Kong. It offers the Cheese Fondue (hotpot) with originality which can hardly be found elsewhere. You just dip the bread cubes into the melted cheese mixture and you will find the delicious sensation in this cool weather unparallelled. The chef has re-established this nice and cozy restaurant from the closed-down one in the Royal Pacific Hotel.
