之前同朋友去過厘間餐, 一食就知最啱媽咪食, 因為阿媽係好鐘意食芝士既人, 所以尋晚就同佢一齊去食啦!阿媽連個牛油都話好正, 好香, 好有以前既牛油感覺.我地又叫左個風乾火腿煙肉併盤, 令到媽咪話好有早年去歐洲玩時食過那頓自助餐的煙肉火腿, 非常有歐洲風味. 雖然那客併盤都要成港幣九十五元. 但內裏有4款煙肉火腿, 每款都起碼有4到8片,就算人多食都應該足夠每人每款食一片呀!又叫左一個波菜燒雞芝士火鍋, 我地兩個人叫左一客港幣一百九十五元, 其實都相當唔錯, 只是我就覺得咸左少少, 阿媽就覺得車打芝士味太濃, 不過配已法包, 蔬菜或者雞肉, 味道恰到好處啦! 媽咪都就得係非常滿足既一餐呀!

又叫左一個波菜燒雞芝士火鍋, 我地兩個人叫左一客港幣一百九十五元, 其實都相當唔錯, 只是我就覺得咸左少少, 阿媽就覺得車打芝士味太濃, 不過配已法包, 蔬菜或者雞肉, 味道恰到好處啦! 媽咪都就得係非常滿足既一餐呀!

The first thing I noticed when I entered this restaurant was not the strong smell of cheese, it was the interior decor. It reminded me somewhat of a traditional Alpine Ski Cottage with its wooden tables and chairs together with those old-school windows. (where is the fireplace!?) The first thing I noticed when I entered this restaurant was not the strong smell of cheese, it was the interior decor. The unique Swiss styled wall fixtures gave me a very homely and cozy feeling. What this place also reminded me was my so-called ski trip a decade ago. I don't how to ski back then (or now for that matter) but I picked snowboarding to try because I was a young and restless teenage, plus it was the "hit" thing to do back then. As a result, I hurt myself pretty badly. I am all good now but I doubt I would try it ever again (both skiing and snowboarding). Maybe I can try snowmobile instead. Looks cool and fun as well! I am still young and restless by the way!!!!

My friend and I arrived at 8pm but the place was pretty empty. I guess it was because it was 1st October and there was a PRC National Day fireworks which started at 8pm as well. (More diners started to arrive around 8:45pm after the fireworks) We enjoyed the quiet environment and we took our time to check out the menu because it was rather difficult to read. Just take a look at the drinks menu (see picture below), it consisted of rainbow colors and different font sizes within the same line! The food menu was slightly better because the items were more spaced out. I ordered a Appenzeller Weizenbier (a Wheat Beer) to start with. It has a very strong yeasty taste but it was not cold enough in my opinion.

Soon after we ordered, bread was served and there were several kinds to pick from. I picked the brown one which I were not sure what kind it was; and I also picked the sourdough which I loved! It is very difficult to find sourdough in Hong Kong; Union J is another place where it serves great sourdough. It was not bad at all (both kinds)! [We asked for more bread (several rounds actually) throughout the meal because we did not want the savory cream sauce from the black mussels dish to go to waste!]

(1) Black Mussels in Cream sauce
It was good! Not just the cream sauce but the mussels were fresh as well. The mussels were cooked just right with a slight chewy texture to it. Did I mention we ordered more bread to clean up the sauce? Well, we did! The cream sauce was not overly thick or creamy but with some minced onion, the flavor was very rich and deep. Leave no creamy sauce behind !!

(2) Swiss air-dried meat specialties of ham, beef, bacon and salami, complimented with pickles
A wide selection of cold meats indeed and among them I preferred the beef because it was not something I would order usually as part of a cold meats platter. Flavors for most of them were alright, not too salty except for the salami which I had to eat with some pickles to level out the sodium content.

(3) Grilled veal sausage with onion sauce and hash brown potatoes
Swiss Rosti (Swiss Hash Brown) is one of my all time favorite dishes but not many places offer this dish in Hong Kong nowadays, maybe Chelsea? I still remember having great Rosti back in Toronto @ Le Marche - Movenpick. The presentation of the Rosti here was alright but texture wise, it was a bit loose in my opinion. Flavor wise it was fair with strong enough potato taste. The veal sausage was a delight, the meat was very soft but still got the slightly elastic / bouncy sensation to it. You can get some Swiss mustard to go with this dish to give it a different combination of flavors as well.

(4) Cheese mixture melted in dry white wine, flavored with Kirsch and herbs garnished with tomatoes and veal dumplings served with bread cubes and new potatoes
This dish was one of the key reasons for coming here on this day. The staff suggested us to go for the "medium white wine" level instead of the "full portion white wine" level because it can be quite strong and it would be easier to add more in if not enough. We picked the med level as recommended but I think a bit more would not hurt. The cheese was very well flavored and it was rich and deep especially with the addition of Kirsch. The veal dumplings were the same kind as the veal sausage we had but it was a different experience to eat with the cheese of course. I particularly loved the new potato with cheese, very nice indeed. Same with the cream sauce, we cleaned the cheese out with all the bread cubes, leave no cheese behind!

Likes:

* Black Mussels - fresh mussels and wonderful cream sauce!
* Cheese Fondue - the cheese flavor was rich and deep especially with the Kirsch
* Sourdough! - a bit warmer would be nice

Dislikes:

* Rosti - relatively loose, I like it more packed and firm
* Menu - overly colorful (makes it a bit confusing to read)

Avg. Spending: HKD 300 - 500 per person

香港食瑞士菜, 要好緊係去半島酒店啦~~不過好似HIGH CLASS過頭~~咁次一級既就應該係呢間喇~~環境好有特色~~先叫個APPLE CIDER~~ ALCOHOL都有4%架~~幾好飲~~好大舊牛油~~頭盤叫左個生鹿肉片~~鹿肉D味唔算好特出~~好似都係意大利果D生牛肉片好食D~~洋蔥湯: 好濃~~湯上面有一舊微微燒過既芝士~~好香喎~~一次食瑞士菜緊係要試下個芝士火鍋啦~~咁就叫左個牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋~~D肉丸就麻麻地喇~~潮州肉丸好食過佢十倍~~不過D芝士就超正~~又濃又香~~D芝士最後俾我食晒~~埋單好貴呀~~不過算啦~~人生有幾多個十年吖~~

凱撒沙律>> 菜新鮮,加埋個醬好味.可能係第一度菜,大家都餓得太久,好快清晒.
菠菜芝士鍋>> 配有兩碗面包,雞肉,蔬菜,如果4個人以上就唔會太漏喇.芝士唔會被菠菜蓋住.
燴牛尾意大利飯>> 本身唔中意食意大利飯,好硬.不過牛膝夠軟,入味.
羊架菠菜口味螺絲粉>> 羊架叫了最保險七成熟,嫩口有羊味但又唔"so".只得4件又真係唔夠分既~~d螺絲粉完全伴碟feel可以不吃!
瑞士特飲red rivella>> 要55蚊一枝,3個人分~飲完都唔知咩味,得個甜字.
tiramisu>> 甜品唔係間間都做得咁好,呢間算唔錯.tiramisu酒味唔重,d cream軟滑,食到唔停得口!
香蕉船>> 可自選2~3球,想點開心果已經賣晒,最後要了桃+杏, strawberry, chocolate.兩個水果味偏酸,味道清新!choco入面有朱古力碎,唔錯~

唔知道係冇叫waiter俾水還是本身不供應水,總之我坐了3個小時都冇飲過一杯水,waiter們都冇意思要俾你.而且態度唔算有善,可能係local卦~

知道香港吃傳統瑞士菜的地方不多,除了Chesa外,瑞士餐廳亦是頗多朋友推介的地方。今次是七公第一次吃正宗的瑞士菜。一進入餐廳,彷彿進入了時空隧道,因為這裡客人七成是外國人,三成香港人,連招呼的侍應生亦以英語和我們溝通,可見這裡十分地道。雖然這裡的Set Dinner菜單也不錯,但一場來到,總想叫一些Signature Dish。首先來的是煎芝士,芝士味重而不膩,可惜點菜時忘記提醒侍應把它燒得焦一點,否則更好吃。之後是焗蝸牛,蝸牛肉質柔軟,配以蒜香味的牛油和薯蓉,這種味道和質感的配搭,叫我一吃愛上。到芝士火鍋出場了,雖然廚師強調酒味重,但吃傳統的芝士火鍋,又怎少得了這種強烈的酒香呢!把乾癟的麵包黏上香濃的芝士,回味無窮。之後再來Risotto配燴牛膝,Risotto充滿野菌的香味,做得亦夠濕潤,牛膝雖不及金雀般精彩,但肉質亦能做到又軟又香,再吃骨頭裡的骨髓,亦是一絕。甜品又怎會放過受歡迎的朱古力慕絲瑞士屋,可惜比想像中「迷你」,好吃得來有些意猶未盡。這裡裝修平實,用餐氣氛舒適,食物味道跟價錢亦算合理,值得一試。

今日賀自己生日同屋企去左呢度食dinner~ 食物質素幾好, 尤其個芝士火鍋同牛尾, 正...但服務就認真麻麻, 睇番之前d食評, 都一致認同呢度d waiter招待外國客人比較nice....對住我地呢d logo反而淨係識叫你等等等.....話晒3個人食左成千蚊比番少少態度好喎=.=

菠菜芝士火鍋配雞肉粒跟法包:真是有菠菜味的,除了法包及雞肉粒,原來還有薯仔及雜菜。食到最後,鍋底黑左...

飲品差不多飲完,再叫了half apple juice and apple cider (one bottle)。

三文魚配香草汁跟牛油飯:飯的份量少,但好味;三文魚不會太乾配上微酸的香草汁,開胃。
蘋果餡餅配開心果雪糕:餅底好薄好, 蘋果肉好新鮮有口感,開心果雪糕好香口好好味。

Cheese Salad 的汁很特別,有別于普通的Salad dressing,而瑞士芝士分量很多,很多片,朋友都說D芝士好味道。

再來是雞肉芝士火鍋,因我不愛酒味,便點了這個,第一口麵包沾上芝士,很香,有芝士味,但吃下去,發覺雞肉D汁掩蓋了芝士的味道,越吃越覺得芝士味不算濃。但仍然是很美味,吃芝士同時又可吃到雞肉,很滿足~整盆芝士火鍋都給我們吃下肚! 這時已很飽,但還有一碟主菜未上!

主菜是瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅,見到它時,我們都沒有食慾。吃一口后,便愛上它了。
牛仔肉很嫩滑,點上磨菇忌廉汁很美味,忌廉汁本身很傑很香,真的會令人流口水。瑞士薯餅跟平時吃的hash brown 有D不同,它是一絲絲的,比較有薯仔味,及有薯香!煎炸得幾脆口!跟磨菇忌廉汁也很配~但由於太飽了,這一碟菜吃了很久,最后只剩下少少!!

哈哈我還是要叫甜品,太飽之下叫了一球pistachio movenpick 雪糕share食~ 但味道有D怪,只有少少開心果味,creamy得來不太配合,雪糕雖然滑,但不太合我們口味。

這餐吃得很開心,連平時很少說飽的人都話好飽好飽,哈哈,有機會一定會再來的!

Our anniversary this year is on Thursday, and we booked the table at 1930...the restaurant was not full house, and they even let us chose a seat where more private


First of all, i want to say that their service is quite ok wor, not as bad as said in the forum, they have designated a waitress to serve our table, but on and off, the manager would come over and check if we are ok, do appreciated about that...the gril (waitress) is very cheerful and helpful, we initially planned to order 3 dishes of entrees (before the fondue and main dishes), and she adviced us to cut down to 2 dishes..


For the drinks - we asked for recommendation for choices of wine, the girl recommended us to try the swiss white wine...and we took her recommendation, it's not too expensive and easy to drink


For the food:
- to start off, they would serve us with bread and home made butter (the butter is soooo creamy and delicious), i've picked two pieces of bread (you may ask for more if needed)
- Pan fried goose liver with rasberry sauce: this is one of my favourite dishes, the rasberry sauce is very tasty with rise up the taste of goose liver;
- Raclette: I think this is a MUST TRY item if you are a 'cheesey' person;
- Fondue: they are a varieties of different fondue in the menu, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic with different ingredients. We have no idea of what to get, we picked 2 kinds, and the girl adviced us to get the mushroom ones (with white wine) if we like cheese, where the red wine one is less cheesey....we ordered the mushroom ones, and we both enjoyed the fondue very much (we even asked them to re-fill the bread for us)
- Lamb chop: by this time, we were already fulled...but still, we have finished up the lamb chop, they were very tendered and cooked just right...
- Lastly, dessert time: Tiramisu, not too sweet, and it's a very good dessert to finish up the wonderful dinner...


I'm sure that we will visit this restaurant again~~~

The greatest thing about this resraurant is the variety of cheese fondue they offer - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We order the non-alcoholic one with garlic. My companion loved it, he was literally scooping out the cheese with a spoon, but for those who are not addicted with cheese, the fondue could be a little heavy. We also ordered a sausage and potato salad. It reminds me of salad I bought in Switzerland before I board the train to leave the country. I don't usually like sausages that much, but I liked this dish.

For mains, we ordered a chichen and mushroom dish with potato. The chicken was good, but the potato could be made better. We also order a veal dish. It was too dry from what I remember. I took one bite of it only.

The highlight of the evening was the Toblerone chocolate fondue. They give us a plate of fruits, mashmellows and cakes for dipping. I only ate the fruits because the chocolate itself was already really sweet. It came out a little thick I thought, but it was tasty. I think I will ask them to give me just fruits next time.

Their drinks were a little pricey for what it was.

Overall, I thought it was a nice place. The atmosphere was nice, staff were okay, food was good but not excellent, location is very convenient.. so I guess I will revisit one day.

麵包算係唔錯嘅.....如果係佢地自己焗嘅,牛油都有兩種,熱辣辣嘅,頗軟熟,可以refill添....見啲女仔食麵包已經飽咗七成。

1. 瑞士風乾雜肉拼盤 Swiss air-dried meat pscialities of ham, beef, bacon and salils
> 一般嘅cold cut...亳無技巧可言,勝在算易入口,不似意大利頭盤咁...未必人人接受,不過不失。

2. 炒磨菇沙律配紅酒汁 Warm mixed Mushrooms in assorted lettuce topped with red wine sauce
> 只是一個比平時多一點溫暖嘅沙律,好在沒有吃草的感覺。

3. 牛仔肉+磨菇+忌廉汁酥皮盒 Puff pastry shell filled with veal cubes, onions, xxxxxx and champignon mushroom in a white wine cream sauce
> 諗起酥皮真係肥死人....要用豬油搓嘛,但係又好好食,不過因為我地係share黎食嘅關係,切開後,酥皮已經由原本的原桶型變為好似餅碎了。

4. 瑞士芝士、腸仔沙律跟新薯 Cervelat sausage and cheese salad served with new potatoes
> dressing 唔錯,可能加了cheese,似french dressing...稀杰度適中, 大家都認為腸仔...yummy。

5. 燴牛仔膝配意大利粉 Stewed veal served with fine noodles
> 牛仔膝煮得唔夠腍,意粉實在太少了,就算一人份量都嫌少,何況我地咁多人呢!

6. 瑞士炒雞肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅 Thinly sliced chicken with white mushroom in a creamy sauce served with hash brown potatoes and vegetables
> 可能返了香港太耐,我同妹妹都好懷念嗰邊嘅hash brown,口感實在太好了。

7. 傳統瑞士芝士火鍋配法包 The traditional cheese fondue, Cheese mixture melted in dry white wine flavored with Klesch and served with French bread
> 有酒嘅,雖然我認為唔夠酒味,但大家都覺得酒味太濃....唔好味,蓋過的芝士味。

8. 牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋配蔬菜、新薯及法包 Cheese mixture melted in dry white wine, slavoured with tomatoes and veal served with bread cubes and potatoes
> 我地一早同老闆落單時講定唔好落酒,如果唔係大家可能覺得唔啱食,呢個比之前嗰個只係多咗肉丸同埋蕃茄碎,芝士一樣係唔夠香。

9. 菠菜芝士火鍋配雞肉蔬菜法包 Minced spinach melted with a cheese mixture seasoned to perfection served with vegetables, santeed chicken and bread cubes
> 呢個嘅樣太似Cream of Brocolli,事關西蘭花忌廉湯係我同妹妹嘅至愛。

整體而言:以食物味道來說,只可以算是不過不失,與我在瑞士當地食嘅比真係差好遠,okay...(可以一食)。但係如果計埋service方面,就唔合格了,事關當個老闆同waitresses問我地要唔要dessert, coffee or tea嘅時候,我地冇叫到....佢地就面黑了,試問邊會有一間餐廳會這樣待客,而且水又要錢,又規定每檯客人一定最少要叫返相同數目嘅餸....以我地為例,九個人就最少叫九個餸,不足嘅話係要另加一個餸嘅費用,呢樣算做不合理嘅收費。每人平均$170。

為迎接2009年的來臨,早就籌備和女朋友慶祝的事宜了。平安夜請女朋友吃過雪糕火鍋,Boxing Day請女朋友吃了とん吉,(其實也有想過選擇北京道一號的火間土的,因為訂個室可以看到夜景,但營業時間只到11:00左右,卻沒能欣賞到IFC的一刻,似乎有點不值。因此最終打消了這個念頭)而且感覺上除夕夜和女朋友吃西餐會比較搭調(我腦中閃過僅有的西餐食肆......但仍茫無頭緒!忽然間記起女朋友提及過想吃芝士火鍋,我就即時聯想到瑞士菜,進而聯想到赫德道的瑞士餐廳)於是便致電訂位了(其實當時已臨近聖誕,幸好仍能訂到位呢!)那天女朋友和我都可以早放工一點,於是大家便約好在尖沙咀會合。(怎料女朋友在中午時吃了咖哩牛腩後肚子不舒服,我心裡一涼,心想今晚縱然吃龍肉也無味了吧!)訂枱時間為八時四十五分,於時我們便在尖沙咀閒逛了一陣,怎料女朋友行了一會兒後,精神似乎回復過來了。(女朋友得知今晚到瑞士餐廳用膳,更是躍躍欲試呢!似乎已把難吃的咖哩牛腩忘得一乾二淨)我們準時到了餐廳,不一會便安排入座了。我們坐在門口旁的位置(感覺相當不錯,較闊落之餘亦比較靜,不過坐久了就......)店東給了我們當晚的餐牌(其實只有

那天女朋友和我都可以早放工一點,於是大家便約好在尖沙咀會合。(怎料女朋友在中午時吃了咖哩牛腩後肚子不舒服,我心裡一涼,心想今晚縱然吃龍肉也無味了吧!)訂枱時間為八時四十五分,於時我們便在尖沙咀閒逛了一陣,怎料女朋友行了一會兒後,精神似乎回復過來了。(女朋友得知今晚到瑞士餐廳用膳,更是躍躍欲試呢!似乎已把難吃的咖哩牛腩忘得一乾二淨)

我們準時到了餐廳,不一會便安排入座了。我們坐在門口旁的位置(感覺相當不錯,較闊落之餘亦比較靜,不過坐久了就......)店東給了我們當晚的餐牌(其實只有主菜可以選擇,其他的都已經定了)我們原本想叫兩個芝士火鍋的,可店東先生說兩個人叫一個就好,如果叫兩個會太Heavy了,於是我們的選擇如下:

Green Pea and Mock Turtle Soup with Fresh Cream

Pork Medallions with a fine Morel and Herb Cream Sauce
Pea Shoots, Baby Carrots and Linguine Noodles with Chives

Non-alcoholic Fondues:
Minced chicken meat “Bolognaise” melted with a mixture of cheese
Served with bread cubes, new potatoes and vegetables

A Surprise with Toblerone Chocolate
Garnished with Griotte Cherries

頭盤來之前,侍應會先奉上牛油及麵包,我和女朋友選了幾片麵包及法包,重點是牛油的賣相相當精緻(是印了The Chalet的字樣的,瑞士餐廳的全名是The Swiss Chalet)麵包的質素不錯,鬆軟而有麥香,牛油真的很香,很滑,可卻不嗆喉,不會覺得太油膩(連一向怕肥膩的女朋友都忍不住一吃再吃。)

第一道菜是女朋友最愛吃的鵝肝,鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,吃著甘香豐腴(坦白說,我不是)配合酸酸甜甜的Raspberry Sauce,非常開胃,加上一些清新的沙律菜,與鵝肝形成一濃一清的配搭。以頭盤來說,不會太油膩,反倒刺激了食慾呢!

Green Pea and Mock Turtle Soup with Fresh Cream

這個湯有說源自十八世紀的英國,亦有說來自英吉利海峽對岸的法蘭西(實情如何,真的未及考究!)不過Mock Turtle Soup應該是用小牛肉,內臟以及一系列香料,模仿真正的Turtle Soup。說回這個Green Pea and Mock Turtle Soup,我未嚐過真正的Turtle Soup,只覺得這個湯做的很香濃很滑,但那種濃沒帶一點油膩,只是味覺上的濃厚;湯喝起來很滑,相信與廚子的事後工夫有莫大關係。而那個Fresh Cream真的很香,帶起了整個湯的味道,令湯喝起來味道更有層次及香滑,有畫龍點睛之效。

Pea Shoots, Baby Carrots and Linguine Noodles with Chives

Pork Medallions切得頗厚,可又出奇的香軟鬆化,有很濃的豬肉味。Baby Carrots既腍且甜,相當好。Pea Shoots應該用橄欖油焯過,吃起來仍很嫩,食味不俗。配上我最愛的扁意粉,扁意粉軟硬度適中,外軟內硬,很有嚼勁。配上淡淡的香草忌廉汁,汁本身淡而香,配上濃味的Pork Medallions,濃淡有緻,味道配合得很好。

我和女朋友最期待的莫過於這個Cheese Fondue了。女朋友對酒精比較敏感,因此我們就選了一個Non-alcoholic Fondue(我個人認為Alcoholic Fondue應該會較香及別有一番風味的,不過最重要係女朋友吃得開心)說回芝士火鍋本身吧,芝士汁混入了碎雞肉,芝士汁味道調配得非常好,很鹹香,吃著味道吸引而不算膩滯。火鍋本身有麵包粒,新薯及少量紅蘿蔔及西蘭花跟上。所有都跟芝士汁的味道很配合,尤以麵包粉為佳,加上芝士汁混入了碎雞肉,吃著很有嚼勁。而且芝士汁的份量恰到好處,當我們吃掉所有配菜時,芝士汁亦所餘無幾了(可能我和女朋友沾芝士汁比較多的緣故吧)總括而言,我和女朋友都覺得這個芝士火鍋非常美味呢!

A Surprise with Toblerone Chocolate

甜品是呍呢嗱雪糕配榛子Mousse伴幾夥醉酒櫻桃。呍呢嗱雪糕確實非常味美,雪糕軟滑之餘,亦有很香濃的呍呢嗱味,相信與雪糕內的呍呢嗱籽不無關係,除了吃起來更有質感外亦更香濃(坦白說,我覺得雪糕可能是用上瑞士出產的Movenpick,因為不論食味,賣相都非常相似,而且雪糕內亦同樣有呍呢嗱籽的,女朋友經常買給我吃的!)榛子Mousse非常香滑,味道濃郁,就像在吃原粒的榛子一樣。配合一樣酒味濃郁的櫻桃來吃,甜中帶甘,食味非常豐富。

Coffee or Tea & Friandises

我叫了一杯Ice Coffee,女朋友叫了一杯Ice Lemon Tea。另外侍應亦送上了一小碟Friandises。一碟六件的Friandises,味道偏甜,但味道仍算不錯。可能我的咖啡沒加糖,咖啡很香濃,一邊吃著小點心,一邊喝著咖啡,一甜一苦的,可能兩者很有效的中和了。反而女朋友則覺得Friandises太甜了一點,因為她的檸茶已預先加糖了(女朋友平時喝什麼都走甜的......)可不得不提這個Ice Lemon Tea,雖然是預先加了糖漿,但喝著味道很清甜,不似加了一般糖漿的檸茶,味道帶一點花果茶的清新,很是特別(就連一向忌甜的女朋友都覺得很好喝呢!)

我們花了約三小時的時間完成了這頓豐富的晚餐,因為這裡貫徹了歐洲的飲食文化習慣,每道菜的上菜時間都有相當的間隔,好讓客人可以慢慢品嚐美食,一邊和致愛親朋談天說地。(與香港酒家的急促壓迫,上菜速度如趕著打烊似的,餸菜放到一枱都是有著天壤之別)(我和女朋友都覺得這樣慢慢享用一頓晚餐其實是相當寫意的)餐廳的環境很有歐陸的色彩,坐位與坐之間亦有足夠的空位,坐得非常舒適,唯一時空調有點不足(女朋友坐得久了覺得有點焗了)食物亦非常有水準,每一個菜都很有特色及誠意(女朋友對芝士火鍋相當滿意呢!)餐廳本身亦預計客人或會留在店內倒數迎接2009,因此每人一枱亦派發了一盒派對用品(帽,哨子之類)可女朋友覺得店內太焗,因此我們沒等倒數就離開了。

整體來說,我對這個除夕晚餐是相當滿意了,希望女朋友會喜歡這個除夕夜的安排並且同女朋友說一句:Happy New Year!!

很久沒有幫襯,感覺是香港化了。烘芝士還是不錯,只叫這個,食完可以走了忌廉湯OK芝士火鍋失了以往的濃郁和酒香,和超級市場賣的分別不大,大可在家DIYdessert平平無奇又少了一個有特色的食肆,真可惜。
