The greatest thing about this resraurant is the variety of cheese fondue they offer - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We order the non-alcoholic one with garlic. My companion loved it, he was literally scooping out the cheese with a spoon, but for those who are not addicted with cheese, the fondue could be a little heavy. I have never been a great fan of cheese fondue.
We also ordered a sausage and potato salad. It reminds me of salad I bought in Switzerland before I board the train to leave the country. I don't usually like sausages that much, but I liked this dish.
For mains, we ordered a chichen and mushroom dish with potato. The chicken was good, but the potato could be made better. We also order a veal dish. It was too dry from what I remember. I took one bite of it only.
The highlight of the evening was the Toblerone chocolate fondue. They give us a plate of fruits, mashmellows and cakes for dipping. I only ate the fruits because the chocolate itself was already really sweet. It came out a little thick I thought, but it was tasty. I think I will ask them to give me just fruits next time.
Their drinks were a little pricey for what it was.
Overall, I thought it was a nice place. The atmosphere was nice, staff were okay, food was good but not excellent, location is very convenient.. so I guess I will revisit one day.
