Just tried it last night. Both of us chose the set dinner with lobster HK$950 per person, 7 courses plus coffee and delicious chocolate at the end. Bresse chicken terrine with duck liver, lamb lettuce salad and yellow muchsrooms came as a second course and it was so good. And all the others are good too. The waiters served us in very good manner. The dessert is crispy feuillantine filled with creme brulee ice cream with fresh raspberries. It's extremely good. Bill came to $2300 but I thin

減肥期間係無啖好食
日日都係菜, 飯, 烚肉, 冇哂人生樂趣
不過我都偷雞食了幾餐好好地
趁而家得閒補返d食評.
依時序, 最好的一?就是1個月前
在Island Shangri-la "Petrus" 的Lunch.
環境一流, 位於56樓, 可惜果日比較大霧,
裝潢方面都係水晶燈及宮廷式,
但不會好似Ritz Carlton般太多及太求其油d金漆就算,
感覺很舒服, 寬敞, 都拜當日招待的公司安排得事事完美.
上菜方面比Grand Hyatt高十幾班!
上次在Grand Hyatt Banquet Room d菜來到Banquet Room時係全部凍哂, 然而凍哂都食
得出煮得唔好食, 只得個甜品Mixed Berries Creme Brulee稍為入得口.
(以下d菜名大部分係斷估, 我冇用心記d名)
第一道菜是Ravioli filled with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach in Pesto Sauce.
Ricotta Cheese加波菜濃淡剛好, 最緊要上菜時夠熱, 芝士是半溶狀態, 令我感動得即
場跟同事們說要創造"意大利雲吞麵"試試看.
湯是Pesto in Beef Consumme
Beef Consumme清清地, 味道可以, 但有味精!
我未戒鹽前食幾鹹都冇事, 而家一食到味精就即時頭痛及口渴,
所以邊間食肆夠真材實料一食就知!
主菜是Sea Bass?
已忘記了, 不過配菜三色Bell Pepper煮到入哂味, 色香味俱全,
總之大家都係一道魚, 都係比Grand Hyatt果道勝10倍!
甜品是減肥大忌Tiramisu
整個都是全脂Mascarpone芝士加好多雞蛋及好多糖製成
基本上有齊我唔食得的元素.
但美食當前, 我願意搵命搏! 食就食!
雖然Tiramisu個presentation完全唔得
(因為本身係做左一大盤, 每碟上有一大"羹", 又唔係一人一小杯, 又唔係有魚膠粉企
得硬果種)
但味道200%得!
最主要係因為夠新鮮, mixture應該係1小時之前撈埋,即製即serve!

申請匯豐信用咭送o左$800 Shangri-La cash coupon;Cafe Too已經去過,唔覺得值得再去。知道Petrus有個Sunday brunch,承為每位$360;o既然咁大個女都未試過食成$400一餐lunch,見有cash coupon就即管去豪一豪啦!環境方面,位於Shangri-La 56樓,自然有無敵o既大海景。D裝修唔算好grand,只係幾棧chandelier加少少油畫,反而俾人幾簡單而舒服o既感覺。座位方面都幾寬倘,可惜當日有檯C奶傾謁傾得幾大聲,有D殺風景咁lor。講番個brunch,裡面包o左:1). Champagne or fruit juice2). Appetizer buffet:食物選擇唔多,除o左沙律之外,仲有煙三文魚、生蠔、法式三文治、凍鵝肝、各式芝士等等。初頭見D生蠔鬼咁肥仔,段估唔方好食,點知一食之下,鮮甜到o丫,忍唔住食o左成六隻。至於個鵝肝,雖然係冷盤,唔及煎咁香,不過一樣入口即溶,好味!3). 湯:是日餐湯係洋蔥湯,湯底濃味之餘,上面塊芝士麵包都好味,正!4). 主菜:有好多選擇,包括羊架,roasted prime r

5). Dessert buffet:以為會有souffle同crepe,點知冇,非常失望。有o既係tiramisu,chocolate cake,fruit in syrup,creme brulee,pudding,甚至成塊朱古力呢D比較甜同creamy o既鬼佬口味;仲有D homemade o既雪糕,有椰子、vanilla,同strawberry sherbet,但味道偏甜。
6). Tea or coffee
Service方面,D waiter都好友善同helpful,滿意。埋單三個人差唔多千二蚊,用埋coupon其實只係俾o左三百幾蚊,仲有三個鐘免費泊車,抵!其實若果用HSBC platinum原價都有七五折,大概每人二百幾三百蚊,抵唔抵食見仁見智啦。
p.s. 相中係部份appetizer,prime rib同dessert table。

今日我去o左呢間o野食星期日o既精選自助餐,我睇見佢o的冷盤小食好小選擇,不過都幾好味!食完個半鐘o既頭盤之後飲完湯就上主菜我叫o左個牛排要o左(7成熟)佢造得個牛排好好食!之後食甜品,最好食o個樣是石榴撻仲有蘋果批,大家去的話一定要試^o^

睇到有人勁踩PETRUS,唔明點解.因為我成日去都好好,無論日夜都係.新o黎大廚宋伯諾雖然後生,但廚藝好.至於WAITER 方面,真係訓練有素,SERVICE 好之餘對WINE o既認識亦好豐富.所以PETRUS o既美名真係當之無愧

個月媽咪生日,專登揀呢間被美國雜誌《HOTELS》選為世界五大酒店餐廳o既餐聽慶祝!o的雜誌講到呢間餐聽點正、點正,我就覺得好名不副實喇..論裝修唔算好華麗,同一般酒店西餐聽差唔多,論氣氛亦都無想像中咁formal…Services更差,o的waiter一點都唔helpful,求其敷衍下就算(仲要冇乜客人),等呢間餐聽仲標明話有咩問題即管問,o的waiter會好樂意為我地解釋…唉.. 不過環境都尚算唔錯,話哂有咁上下高(56樓)、可以望到香港咁靚o既夜景。食物方面亦都強差人意。講真貴唔緊要呀!你都要比番咁上下水準人丫。唔係淨係得一、兩款菜式出名就得o架..要全面o的o架嘛!果日頭盤我地分別點o左個黑菌湯、蟹肉沙律、同埋煎鵝肝配芝麻及罌粟子。然後再開o左支紅酒同o左支Perrie。餐前食o左o的麵包仔…唔好味..又凍又硬..個“菌湯”味道好難令人接受(仲要二百幾三百蚊),有o的似藥材味。“蟹肉沙律”係一舊仔好似凍糕o既物體,冇乜味。而我個煎鵝肝就幾特別,鵝肝一客有兩件面層鋪滿芝麻和罌粟子煎香,外脆內軟,鵝肝一口即溶,配鮮提子紅酒汁,酸酸地中和o左本身o既油膩感。主菜方面我同媽咪要o左兩客

講到最正都係Book檯時訂o既Chocolate Truffle Cake,一o的都唔漏,朱古力味香濃,中間仲夾有o的好crispy o既脆餅!真係好正!
我覺得呢間唔算係一間好正宗o既法國餐聽,人地一餐閒閒o地食三四個鐘,我果日兩個鐘鬆d就食完。同Hugo或Amigo 相比,簡直相差十萬八千哩!以埋單四千幾五千蚊o既價錢,我真係感到非常之失望…

Excellent envionment(harbourview), tasty dishes,professional service--this is Petrus.Though enjoying meal here is expensive ,you can try its two-course luncheon ($278).One more thing is that their bread is really very very fantastic. Remember to try the bread if you go to Petrus.
