如果是牛馬,可以來吃。把這裡當飯堂只為填飽肚子。如果是來享受美美的晚餐,我勸你揀個第二間餐廳。19:01在被帶入位時,就被告知20點前要交台。從來沒吃過那麼離譜的餐廳,一般都是說75分鐘交台,這個直接是幾點前,請問是有那麼嚴苛的標準嗎?隔離台那個講普通話的人從我們進去前就在用餐,一直到我們離開都還在餐廳坐著。是區別對待每位顧客是吧?20:02準時過來催埋單,只是在吃甜品前去上了個廁所,回來剛坐下還沒開始吃甜品,就被要求埋單,剛買完單是20:03:32,然後開始食甜品,過了2分鐘(20:05)服務員過來催交台。嘴臉不要太難看!顧客在用餐期間去廁所的時間都是擠出來的,你們不要太過分!本身order嘅就係set套餐,很多道,食用完立即又上下一道菜,牛馬都冇食得咁窘迫。只不過是在食完最後一道菜後(甜品上之前去了個5分鐘嘅廁所)回來就立刻讓埋單,然後埋完單2分鐘後就被要求交台。換言之顧客要在2分鐘內食完甜品,你們自己聽聽合理咩?

短說:事隔唔夠一年,呢間餐廳嘅服務水準竟然由昔日嘅高質,直落無水花,變到同茶記不相伯仲。而依家嘅質素根本配唔上呢個價位,出面有更多更好既選擇。未嚟過嘅人:不建議。再想嚟嘅人:做好心理準備價錢與服務水平不相稱。TLDR;In less than a year, the service level at this restaurant has shockingly dropped from its former high standard to one that barely beats that of a local no-service diner. The current quality simply does not justify its price range, you don’t get what you pay for in here and there are plenty of far better alternatives out there.For newcomers: avoid this place.For those thinking of returning: brace yourself for an experience where the cost and service are completely out of sync.(Main content in English at the bottom)長話:尋日即興想食燒肉,因為之前嚟過依間餐廳嘅兩次體驗都唔錯——服務貼心、食物美味,所以決定碰下運氣睇下即日有冇位可以嚟多次回味下。當日中午打電話預約五人晚餐,餐廳亦貼心安排咗特別嘅用餐時間同有兩個燒個嘅座位,確保我哋可以坐得舒服同一齊享受燒肉嘅樂趣。然而,入座落單後侍應先告知我地兩個爐中,靠內側嘅喺壞嘅,只可以用最靠外面嗰部爐。即刻同侍應反映兩個問題:* 如果想坐得寬動啲,就要兩個人負責燒晒所有人嘅食材;* 如果想每個人都可以參與燒肉,則必須將五人擠埋一齊,空間就顯得好狹窄。侍應同經理諮詢完後供一個替代方案,可以安排更換到四人座位,但就會坐位好迫。無奈之下,我哋選擇咗保持原位,全程只有兩人燒,其他三位坐喺到等食,豪無燒肉體驗。除咗以上不便,用餐時嘅體驗更加突顯出依間餐廳嘅服務水平與餐廳收費嚴重不匹配相比過往嘅高質體驗,情況真喺天壤之別,不知所謂,具體問題包括:* 當我哋同侍應反映壞爐問題,侍應諮詢經理後只喺匆匆傳話。經理未馬上親自解釋或提供解決方案,不禁令人懷疑經理是否稱職,狠心將侍應當做擋箭牌敷衍應付客人。作為顧客得番兩個選擇,而我地係選擇咗後者: * 為難個侍應,要求經理出現再次提出豪無幫助既解決方案,繼而離場另覓餐廳 * 無奈接受繼續用餐,可能結果冇想像中咁差* 侍應一直備待命在旁但卻未能留意我地嘅醬汁已用完,用完都好一斷時間需我哋提醒先識換* 侍應主動提醒準備更換烤網,但提醒完後唔見咗人,令我地停低乾等幾分鐘,最後忍唔住只好搵另一位侍應幫手換更令人氣憤嘅喺,其實個爐早已故障,餐廳亦一直知情。當初接聽電話時完全可以如實告知顧客,若早知情況,我早已另作安排而不會強求。或者入座前如實告知顧客,若早知情況,我唔會因為已經落單,有所顧忌選擇離場。可惜經理(同為電話接聽者)由頭到尾選擇刻意隱瞞,等到問題暴露後經理卻無能力提供合理處理方案,呢種為了當晚生意額而置聲譽於不顧嘅做法,唔單止反映出目光短淺嘅心態,更因徹頭徹尾缺乏誠信而令我極度反感同失望。依一間不知所謂嘅餐廳根本唔配喺香港繼續生存。其實原本打算多叫幾輪,結果第一輪未完就已埋單轉場再食過,由預算既人頭過千變埋單人頭六百。但食得唔過癮又唔飽,成肚裝既只有一肚不滿與失望。恭喜尋晚成功賺到我地嘅錢,同時幫我哋落定決心以後絕對唔會再返嚟。Main content:Yesterday, on a whim, I decided to revisit because my previous two experiences had been pleasant—with attentive service and high quality food. I thought I’d try my luck and see if there was a table available that day to relive that experience. At noon, I called to book a dinner for five, and the restaurant even kindly arranged a special dining time along with a table featuring two grills, ensuring that we could all sit comfortably and enjoy the barbecue together.However, after seating and placing our order, the server informed us that out of the two grills, the one on the inner side was broken—leaving us with only the outer grill. We immediately raised two concerns:- If we wanted to have be seated comfortably with enough arm rooms, then only two people could handle grilling and for everyone.- If we wanted every person to participate in the grilling, then all five of us would need to cram together in a very confined space.After consulting with the manager, the server offered an alternative: switch to a table for four. However, that option meant even less space. Reluctantly, we chose to stick with our original seating arrangement. As a result, only two of us got any grilling time while the other three simply sat around waiting for food, missing out on the barbecue experience entirely.On top of these inconveniences, the dining experience made it even more apparent that the restaurant’s service level is grossly mismatched with its pricing.Compared to the high-quality experiences in the past, the difference is night and day—and utterly baffling.Specific issues included:- When we reported the malfunctioning grill, the server, after consulting with the manager, only passed along a hurried message. The manager did not even consider taking the initiative to come over personally to explain or offer a workable solution, which made us question his competence. It appeared he was coldly using the server as a scapegoat to brush off our concerns. We were left with only two options as customers: - Inconveniencing the server further—demanding the manager provide the known but unhelpful solution and then leaving to seek another restaurant. - Reluctantly continue dining, hoping that the outcome might not be as bad as anticipated.- The server, who was supposedly on standby, failed to notice that our sauce had run out—requiring us to remind him after a noticeable period.- Although the waitress proactively reminded us the need to change the grill net, she disappeared for several minutes after her reminder, leaving us waiting idly until we eventually had to seek assistance from another server.What was even more infuriating is that the grill had been faulty all along, and the restaurant was well aware of it.They could had frankly informed us when taking our reservation on the phone. Had we known the truth earlier, I would have arranged to dine elsewhere rather than insist on coming here, and maybe revisit in another time.They could had frankly informing us before seating, of which would had prevented the awkward predicament of the customer choosing between remaining or leaving after placing our order.Instead, the manager, the very same person who took our reservation over the phone, chose to conceal the problem deliberately from the beginning.By the time the issue was exposed, the manager was incapable of providing a reasonable solution.This blatant prioritization on that night’s sales over reputation is utterly indefensible, this approach not only shows a short-sighted mentality, their lack of integrity disgusts me and leaves me extremely disappointed.Originally, we planned to order several rounds, but we ended up paying the bill and moving on to another establishment upon finishing the first round. What was meant to be a well over a thousand per person budget ended up being a mere six hundred each. Not only was the meal unsatisfying and leaving us hungry, but it also filled us solely with a deep sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Congratulations on successfully pocketing our money last night—and inadvertently sealing our decision of never to return.

生日當然要食好啲,我地揀左最貴既餐,有專人幫我地燒肉,餐廳有準備圍身,著白色衫都唔怕整污糟👍🏻套餐有10道菜,食哂都真係幾飽🤩牛肉選用日山和牛,口感果然一流有入口即溶既感覺,配菜有些酸汁或漬物可以解膩,配合得很好!服務都非常好🥰光頭哥哥幫我地細心介紹每道食物,又推薦我哋加埋啲咩配料去食👍🏻幫我地燒既肉都燒得岩岩好!仲每道菜都幫我地換碟,超級細心🫶🏻最後食甜品時更耐心幫我地影相,體驗很好!下次一定會再返嚟食😊

野食同價格都可以接受 服務態度差 特別係前面個位姐姐 一副睇唔起人嘅樣 打電話黎催 把聲好似我爭佢幾百萬咁 完全理解唔到。 單點唔係好貴 味道都其實中等以上,但係食飯有時講嘅係feel,呢間真係冇。
