sadly hk doesnt have any good viet place. so if u want good pho in hk, dont bother...(side note, when people goto sydney, i actually recommend to eat pho)anyways, if u are craving for pho and dont be asked to get a viet visa to goto vietnam....try this. its, relatively speaking, one of the best in hk

環境唔錯，有啲情調唔太嘈😎特別推介 個米卷~好好味，口感非常豐富入面啲餡料夠細粒好夾~變左每一啖都食齊哂所有料馬拉盞炒通菜又係好好味，料足又入味~唔hea,唔會話得丁屎馬拉盞比你嗰種以馬拉盞炒菜黎講亦算平無骨鳳爪堅無骨但味道酸過頭招牌火車頭湯河夠大碗~，味道唔錯，可以一食心太軟舊雪糕好好味，好香濃，另外嗰舊就凍左...唔知點解

Went for dinner and the food was okay but the 2 of us couldn't finish the 1 starter and 2 mains we shared. Food was nice though.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday at around 12, got a table right away without waiting. 其實真係唔抵食，等碗粉勁耐不特止，仲要連芽菜都無比！隔離檯係鬼佬，碗粉就勁快黎，仲要有大大碟芽菜，教埋佢點食！以後都唔會再幫襯！行多兩步去天后越南仔仲好，又抵又好味！

food was really bad, we ordered beef noodle and they didnt serve the lemon, chilly n bean shoot until we asked for it. service was very bad, attitude of waiter and waitress were worse than those in chaa chaang tang. very disappointed, we dont recommend anyone to come.

Nothing to say about the food, this review is about hygiene. When the first dishes arrived, a cockroach fell from the table onto my foot. After we complained to the staff, they proceeded to move some furniture away so that they could sweep away two dead cockroaches from behind the sofa. This place is really dirty....

今個父親節，帶左爸爸媽媽黎食越南菜。小時候，媽媽經常帶我同哥哥食香茅豬扒飯同扎肉檬！不說這麼多，先看看我們order左什麼！前菜是青木瓜沙律，陪著的小碟 我都沒有碰過 因為不知道是什麼！青木瓜沙律幾爽口 但自己覺得不夠酸同辣第二前菜是酸辣鳳爪 媽媽的最愛 同樣覺得不夠酸不夠辣 但夠凍來火車頭 肯定要點個火車頭吧！湯夠熱夠味 牛丸生牛肉牛百頁都好味其實我們重order了 蔗蝦 同 扎肉湯檬 不過真係掛著食 不記得影相啦！！這餐飯最後賣單300幾！整體覺得不錯喔！就是下次不叫前菜了

約了朋友在大坑搬貨，自然在大坑覓食，朋友胃口不佳，想食粉面，就選擇了火車頭越南餐室。 火車頭湯河碗非常之大，份量也大，湯底非常濃厚，牛味十分重，偏甜並帶有一股甘香味(似肉骨茶)，未必合適普通人口味(不太適合我哈)。河粉量多，不會太淋。牛肉不會太瘦帶有一點肥油，不太差，牛丸不夠香，口感尚算彈牙，牛柏葉及牛筋也沒甚特別。 雞絲湯河份量比火車頭湯河細，但都算足料，湯底跟火車頭的不同，相對比較清淡，易入口，接近一些平常食的豬骨湯。雞絲就不過不失。環境方面:台與台之間有一定空間，不會太逼，餐廳樓底甚高，感覺舒適。一碗普通的也要60元起(不連飲品)，火車頭要成90元碗，價錢太貴。而且除了湯底特別之外(不是好食，是特別XD)，大坑絕對有比他更好的選擇(其他種類的)。總結評分味道:6/10 價錢:5/10 (70)環境:7/10服務:6/10推介食品:火車頭湯河

Locomotive offers a great variety of fancier Vietnamese foods.  I have been to Locomotive in Wanchai and Tai Hang quite a few times. We were in the tai hang area and went to locomotive for Vietnamese noodles. I ordered the locomotive special beef noodle. It didn't taste anything special or authentic. There was a lot of beef, beef balls, some stomach lining, and cartilage in the soup. It seemed like they wanted to put everything in the soup To make it seem like a good deal. 专门从马鞍山赶到大坑，本想吃肉骨茶结果没开门，那么就转头吃了下火车头粉，五个人点了，两个菜，四碗粉。总体评价，火车头粉大大份，味道好量大抵吃。番茄汤粉就好一般了…有股生油味道不够浓香。其他都基本满意。不过不失。也许会考虑再去…

三人坐在最內的卡位，不錯，相當寬敞。調味料盡在桌上。但限時交桌的確還是煩人的，朋友聚會，想談久點都不得，又要找個別處去坐下聊天。酸牛肉鍋但英文叫shabu shabu一鍋湯，其實只見洋荵，乾荵，但喝一口已覺頗酸，以生菜吸湯更酸，就像酸辣湯米線的湯底，我不喝了。牛肉掛起來，就像俏江南的“蒜泥白肉”的擺設，但以兩塊圓厚蘿蔔作墊子，實在浪費又不好看。牛油雞翼，一碟四大隻。熱吃香口，冷掉就吃有點肥膩。與其碗子同樣長的大型雞翼，內裏肉汁豐富，牛油及蒜粒味香，很久沒吃過內裏這樣濕、這樣多汁的雞翼了！加上蒜粒配合，香味倍添，再用來送炒粉絲亦得。蟹肉炒粉絲以砂鍋呈上，還有點兒鑊氣般，後來沒那麽熱，但不太有甚麼肉。幸好粉絲碎碎的，夠乾，還好。青木瓜牛肉沙律青木瓜爽，沒甚麼辣味，卻帶點青香的沙律，不錯。旁邊小碟的牛肉乾，又乾又硬，幾乎咬不開。火車頭牛丸，牛栢葉，牛筋，肥牛湯河。某些牛筋太小，以致有點像送頭送尾般的位置，難登大雅之堂。河粉不特別軟特別韌。火車頭的肥牛與牛肉鍋的牛肉分別不大，肥瘦參半，絕無特別，斗膽說句，用吉野家的肥牛來充當，也分別甚少。店員沒明言閣下快要交桌，但不時會走過來關心一下，每次收兩
