我自己就很喜歡吃梅菜扣肉的，但很多店子都只是人做我又做的心態，根本就唔係那回事不好吃，但這間"泉章居的確很有水準，而且晚飯一家人去食都很便宜，他們有些幾"送" 一湯的套餐價錢十分抵食，我初次去時諗注呢間店子都時老人家多丫... 但入到去原來也有很多合家歡和年輕人去食，有時還要等位丫..喜歡食客家菜的記得要試下...^^

嗯~好味~我中意佢呀~!! <br>(上次去食見到個貌似趙學而既物体人人都話佢係趙學而原來真人都唔係太瘦不過佢由頭包到落腳我又點知呢)

去銅鑼灣點可以唔試泉章居? 佢o既鹽焗雞、梅菜扣肉、佢o既魚翅真係正到無倫!!!! 所以晚晚都要等位，是問去邊度可以食咁好味o既客家菜?? 真係「平靚正」呀!!! 加上因為某種關係，我同公司o既人去食飯特別好照顧!! 哈哈!!!

不愧為本年度十大食肆之一，D 雞重係好好味，而且而家好先進，電腦派位，唔使好似以前，上完層冇位再一層，而且連亞伯服務態度都好o 左

Salty chicken, steam fish (Kwai Fa Yu) were very good. Also try their deep fried beancurd. Yet, the service is a joke. The soup can come after the desert! The Causeway Bay shop can be very noisy at dinner time and don't go there if you want to talk. For Mongkok shop, go to level 3 which is cleaner and more spacious. Anyway, I will say it is really good food at cheap price. FYI, you can book a seat if you can arrive before 6:30. After that, expect to wait for at least 30 mins.

不過，其他既食物就一般水準。兩個人食叫金銀蛋莧菜及鹽焗雞加埋兩碗白飯都已經夠哂皮，百幾蚊落樓。平靚正！

王雞、梅菜扣肉、炸大腸等都很地度和美味，環境和招呼就一般。午飯時候在小菜廳會有較多位。

The BEST pizzas in town. Thin crust, crisp, great taste. Must try their New Orleans pizza and calamari. Lime Soda is also perfect for the food. Great restaurant, super price. They also do deliveries too. But be prepared to QUEUE UP! Always a bunch of ppl lining up..

D 雞真係好好食, 好滑. 又抵食 不過最好BOOK 定位, 唔係有排等

The waiters (Ah Bah) are friendly but all with cool face!Most their foods are cooked in old traditional way. Very oily..but delicious! Enjoy!

Not really good place for old friends because too noisy, we can even hear the friend near me.food is variety but not good at dessert. Seafood is well, but meat not delicious as other say.service: not active staff but good performance when you ask them.
