Visited there in February this year. Ordered a knife-cut noodle served with pork tripe (金錢肚) in hot and numbing sauce, the sauce is well balanced and the tripe is soft, well made. The knife-cut noodle was in a large portion with great quality – thick enough and with “al dente” texture, exciting to taste with some hot and numbing sauce added into the soup. Yet it is a bit overpriced: $38hkd (including a cup of soybean milk, which is tasteless at all).
