因為在附近工作，所以一有時間便會逛逛茶具文物館，順道到樂茶軒喝一口茶。恰巧今天星期六要上班，卻又不是太忙，便到樂茶軒坐一坐。在茶具博物館旁開設茶軒是一個很好的意念。人們參觀過博物館，由茶葉的種類到沖泡的技巧都了解過後，再往茶軒品嚐一口甘香的茶，的確會令茶變得更好喝。 食物今天我們點了浙江龍井和月季白茶，佐以小吃。首先來的是浙江龍井，侍應替我們沖茶之餘，也會略略講解一下。龍井是中國有名的綠茶，出產於浙江杭州西湖一帶。高品質的龍井茶葉，色澤翠綠，扁平帶光澤。樂茶軒替我們奉上的龍井茶，色澤略嫌不夠翠綠，雖不是上品，但也是高質量的。首先把熱水倒進以茶碗盛著的茶葉，蓋上蓋焗一會後，便倒掉第一泡茶，以去除影響味道和健康的雜質。 跟著再把一點溫水加進熱水，以80度的水沖泡綠茶。蓋上蓋焗大約十秒後，便可以倒進茶杯。龍井茶味道香醇得來帶點甘甜，很喜歡她的餘韻。 再來的是月季白茶，是用月季花沖的茶，雖然英語叫作 Chinese Rose，味道也帶玫瑰味，但和玫瑰並不一樣。不知怎的，我們在只看到茶葉，並沒有花冧。喝下去有淡淡的玫瑰味，卻又比不上一般花茶好喝。 跟著是佐茶小吃﹣糯米糍和香煎素盒子。香煎素盒子較

相約知己到位於香港公園內附於茶具文物館的樂茶軒嘆中式下午茶。我們各人點了不同茶，我因怕胃寒，點了普洱茶，香味濃郁，醇厚。此餐廳以賞茶為主，食物則以素食，健康為宗旨。另外，點了三個點心 :窩貼，粉果，紅豆榚，全都十分精巧，美味。窩貼煎得恰好，少油。粉果皮薄，餡料鮮嫩，還加了有點羌，十分醒胃。紅豆榚滑漏鮮甜。

Lock Cha Tea Shop is a nice place for Chinese tea and vegetarian dim sums.I have always wanted to try their tea and dim sums but whenever I came it was closed.They change their dim sum menu daily so if there is something particular you want to eat you have to call them to find out because their website is not update.You would think they would be kind enough to email or fax you the daily menu but they do not have a fax machine or computer to facilitate this.There were a few items I wanted to try

很久前跟媽媽到樂茶軒品茗，兼品嚐美味、精緻的素食點心。原來午飯時段的食物選擇會多一點。而每位食客的茶價最低消費為$25，比下午茶時段的$35為少。因茶葉是不宜浸在水中太久，所以，茶店用一隻杯放進很多茶葉，用熱水泡一會，再倒進另一隻沒有蓋子的杯中飲用。每人也有一套茶具，因此，我們可以各自選擇不同的茶葉飲用。我選了烏龍，很清香解渴，不自覺飲了多杯。至於食物，多以點心為主，全都很精緻。（也可以說是小巧，哈哈……）梅菜煎餅。未曾吃過的點心，很特別。梅菜味濃且甜，但不會太乾，很可口。煎薯仔餅。不會很油膩。薯仔的份量不少，不會被粟粉蓋過。但同伴略嫌它普通。蘿蔔絲酥餅。雖然與平常吃到的外型不同，不是一絲絲的酥皮，但這個以叉燒酥皮的製法也很好吃。酥皮很鬆脆，蘿蔔很爽甜。生煎包。麵包皮厚度適中，不會黏口，也煎得略脆。是出乎我意料之外的美味。炒菠菜麵。這也是第一次吃的，通常菠菜麵都是以湯煮的多。很乾爽，不油膩，但我較喜歡伴湯的吃法。荷葉糯米包。糯米其實很難煮的，很多時也會有少許不夠熟，但這個完全沒有。我們點了兩籠也沒有吃到生的糯米。迷你的關係，1人吃一整個也不會有飽膩感。紅油抄手。竟然不辣！只有少許酸和甜

I found this place via open rice because i was looking for a lunch spot to take a vegetarian buddy to near work. 今天和太太到金鐘辦事，十二時十五分午飯前到達walk in。一問之下，告之只剩下兩張四人枱未有人訂下，可能要和人家搭枱。只有馬上有枱，無所謂啦。茶是不錯的，地方也很精緻。不過食物的選擇算是少，份量也小，而且午市才開始，有幾樣點心也沒有供應了。星洲炒米(很普通，超少)，龍華寺素卷(好味)津菜包(普通，一籠兩只)，菠菜餃(普通，一籠兩只)腰果花生糯米糍(普通，一碟兩只，沒有任何果仁香味，算是失敗之作)全體合照裝糯米糍的小碟倒是很可愛的

聖誕前夕跟媽到這兒歎午飯.首先,這兒是法定古蹟,白色的殖民地建築,入面的裝修桌椅也古色古香,感覺很好.他們的茶是真的不錯,雖然要$25一位,不便宜,但真的好.他們是用碗蓋茶而上,還有一壺滾水.我絲要的是雲南正山普洱茶,很濃很香,顏色很黑.我要了白茶,有玫瑰香味, 贊!至於素菜點心,真的份量很少,初時也有搵笨的感覺,但吃著吃著的,卻覺得很可口,很健康.炆米: 這個其實是似炒面,是用幼面而不是粉絲做的,味道不錯,香口而不油膩.素餃:樣子真的似餃子,入面有番茄,好味.粉果: 味道普通,不過不失.糯米卷:味道似糯米雞,也是味道普通,不過不失,勝在夠飩肚.南瓜包:這個超贊!它們不是包,而是很精緻的南瓜點心,橙色的糯米皮,上面連瓜蒂也有,太可愛了!花生馅很可口,好味道!糯米糍:普普通通,但太細粒了.紅豆糕:好清甜.有淡淡的紅豆和椰子香味.飯後不用上班,跟媽逛街,感覺很幸福!

farewell 美女同事黃小姐,所以book左樂茶軒,係openrice見到環境唔錯一放lunch即克打的上去~坐低先知原來係食素,=_=選擇又少,都係得十幾款點心,份最又超小小小小,唔知係咪因為係素菜既關係所有野都好似冇乜味咁...如果唔係因為環境怡人,我會俾喊....

樂茶軒茶藝館位於香港公園內,令人有身在世外桃源的感覺這裡的點心以素菜為主,點心一般只得兩件,好啱情侶一起去;茶有多款選擇,值得一提是侍應很用心地教我們怎樣以茶盅去沖茶今天共叫了四款點心及一款春螺翠茗的花茶(1)迷你荷葉糯米包 - 充滿荷葉香,內裡一點肉也沒有,但味道濃沃(2)蘿卜絲酥 - 估不到又是非常好味的點心,外面鬆脆,內面蘿卜絲味道豐富,非常有層次感(3)龍華寺素卷 - 比一般酒樓的腐皮卷好味,濃烈的醬油味,令人回味(4)燈籠餃 - 雖然樣子精美,但唯一失望的點心,敗處是餃子皮大厚及大硬了如有時間的話,能於這裡慢慢嘆茶真是樂而忘返呀^ ^

Lok Cha Hin is a rare find in HK given the quality of food, decor, service and really their approach in running the restaurant. First of all it is hard to find decent Chinese vegetarian food for lunch in the Central/Admiralty area not to mention vegetarian dim sum (there's another one on McDonald Road but I personally like Lok Cha Hin a lot better). Full of expectations after reading all the reviews posted here but .....We went with two expatriate friends for lunch. I really enjoy the dim sum at Lock Cha Tea Shop.Went here again with my family and ordered the usual tea I like, which is Green Tea. I like the fact that they give you the traditional utensils for you to enjoy the tea. We also went for the turnip cake, which was as delicious as usual and ordered the pan-fried vegetarian noodles. Tasted pretty good, but not as good as the plain noodles!Anyway, the soup tasted good as well. Would definitely come here again if I'd like to try out some vegetarian

Went here to try out the vegetarian dim sum again yesterday.Ordered various dim sum.The turnip cake tasted good as always. Sometimes I find it a bit too oily. The vegetarian buns were horrible. Outside was warm, but the filling inside was cold. The dessert - coconut mochi was delicious. It was hot and not too sweet. I liked the pan-fried noodles the most. They were just soooo good! And not too oily.
