Didn't have enough time to cook due to water suspension at home, my family and I visited this resto for dinner. .I got Mushroom Eggplant and Beef Ribs Curry with Mixed Rice. The dish got an abundant amount of mushrooms, and the eggplant became juicy after soaking the curry. The beef ribs were soft and succulent. The mixed rice consisted of sweet potato, pumpkin and corn rice, creating a healthy combination. My sis ordered Slow Cooked Pork Cartilage and Vege Curry with Mixed Rice. It offered a wide range of vege, including broccoli, courgettes, cauliflower, carrots, beans. Normally, she was not a big fan of vegetables. However, the curry sauce covered the bitterness of the vege. The pork cartilage was tender too. My dad had Beef Ribs and Vege Black Sesame Curry with Mixed Rice. The colour of the curry looked really dark with the black sesame, and the black sesame fit in the curry nicely. My mom got Slow Cooked Pork Cartilage Rice Set. It was served with lots of salad vegetables, and the pork cartilage was savoury and tender. The dish came with a small bowl of soup as well. .The resto claimed that it didn't add any MSG and food additives to their dishes. Plus, all sauce and dressing were homemade, so they offered healthy options for the customers. .The resto was quite popular, one might need to go there earlier to line up. 繼續閱讀

鰂魚涌嘅打工仔相信對坐忘一啲都唔陌生,今日仍然係全場滿座🥳餐廳一眼望晒,坐得迫,有啲唔舒服😩-⭐️豬軟骨咖喱烏冬 $79豬軟骨份量都幾多,而且煮得好夠腍同埋入味,咖喱湯底帶啲辣,超超超濃味,第一啖幾好食呀,可惜越食越鹹🥺🌟黑芝麻牛肋野菜咖喱飯 $72同樣係牛肋同野菜嘅份量好多,飯係番薯南瓜粟米生薑飯,食落帶甜甜地❤️飯、牛、菜嘅比例係1:1:1,其實都幾營養均衡🥰-牛肋煮到好腍就算有筋位都好熱咬開,食到有好多黑芝麻粉,但因為個咖喱底味好重,所以就算黑芝麻呢種濃味嘅食才都冇搶味,同樣帶辣,唔食辣嘅人要留意番啦🤏🏻野菜有西蘭花、椰菜花、甘筍、薯仔,種類多而且都好新鮮👍🏻-整體好明顯呢間餐廳係以味道取勝😽適合重口味人士,不過感覺係退步咗😿雖然店員講嘢嘅態度都好好,但係每次經過都會望吓你食完未,感覺好有壓迫感🥵見證住隔籬枱食完嘢之後店員1分鐘內已經清好張枱,再加多句:唔好意思,繁忙時間😵不過都帶返個頭盔,我哋食緊嘅時段都Keep住有人排隊👥 繼續閱讀

屋企人之前喺鰂魚涌呢邊返工,今次嚟開呢頭就嚟試下呢間屋企人推介嘅咖喱豬軟骨飯。接近傍晚嘅繁忙時間,舖頭都算好多人,不過坐得都唔算好逼。本身唔算係好鐘意食咖喱,不過一上菜嘅香味已經係同平時食嘅咖喱係兩個世界。咖喱係偏日式風格,香、甜、唔辣。豬軟骨超級稔,無論係肉定係軟骨嘅部份都係用匙羹輕輕一撥就可以分開倒。配菜嘅薯仔、西蘭花、紅蘿蔔一樣係好稔!豬軟骨、配菜、飯連埋咖喱食,係好食到令人念念不忘,值得推介! 繼續閱讀

在附近工作多年,間中都會來開餐,但我的首選並非最具人氣的「豬軟骨咖喱野菜飯」,因為之前試過覺得香料味比較重,同一般日式咖喱有些分別,不是自己最喜歡的口味。不過今晚又想再order一次,再加半隻糖心蛋,發覺d咖喱比起以前好似好味左,咖喱味好有層次,有種越食越上癮嘅感覺,豬軟骨好多好大舊夠稔又入味,十分之滿足,只係可能太多汁略咸。糖心蛋蔬菜都好唔錯。整體而言係好抵食好回味。講番坐我隔離枱位C兄就好識食,因為佢叫左我平時最中意嘅「蘿葡牛肋白味噌定食」。這款晚飯先有得供應的定食好似冇人介紹過,不過真係好有日本家庭風味,白味噌咸中帶甜,加埋蘿葡同柔軟入味的牛肋肉,令人食落好舒服。我很珍惜這款風味因為响香港唔係咁易食到。座忘環境本身不錯,只係空間較窄,感覺員工工作有時企都冇定企會有d壓力,不過今次幾位員工都好有禮,而且唔收加一,所以要讚一下。另外晚餐價錢同Lunch基本係一樣,還有更多價錢接近嘅食品選擇,所以更喜歡收工後來進餐。在這裏體驗到一種日本人的做生意精神,對出品有要求又唔會賺到盡,因此唔少人稱之為良心小店。 繼續閱讀

聽說這間的豬軟骨很好吃,經過沒有人排隊,便進去試試看🙂‍↕️💫溏心蛋肥牛烏冬 $74就是一般好吃的烏冬,能想像到的味道。💫豬軟骨7小時煮野菜咖喱飯 $75豬軟骨是招牌,煮得很入味很軟,接近入口即溶,很好吃!咖喱的味道很特別,不是平常想像到的咖喱的味道,有點不習慣,但是味道不錯。蔬菜的份量算很多,好像沒有特別的調味。飯、豬軟骨和蔬菜份量剛剛好,感覺吃了營養均衡的一餐🤣確實是味道不錯的小店,不用排隊的話可以試試~推薦:🌟🌟🌟地址:坐忘 (鰂魚涌)鰂魚涌濱海街13號中興大廈地舖 繼續閱讀
