是日訂座二席,每席HK$7,000多元,是平還是貴,見仁見智,服務水平.............。1) 轉入房間用餐:當晚擬要求轉入房間,服務員查也不查就說沒有,再找來一位部長,該部長查詢我們的訂菜標準後稱沒有。其後才知道因我們的訂菜標準未達入房要求。問題是:為什麼不早說明是訂菜標準問題?或許我們因需要入房用餐而提高菜單標準。2) 硬銷紅酒及特別飲料:部長及服務員全力推介紅酒及特別飲料,當知道只要啤酒及汽水時表現有點不高興。3)有碟就收:客人未食完的食品,問也不問就收走。奇怪!奇怪!4) 結賬的笑話:負責結賬的服務員,興高采烈地說什麼銀行的信用卡有折扣九折,其後提供了一間銀行的信用卡,她還稱這張信用卡有八五折,令我們十分之高興。但一段時間後服務員回來稱,部長話訂套餐是沒有折扣的。問題是:每天來這裡吃飯的人應該不少,什麼有折扣,什麼沒有折扣都不清不楚。也許二席結賬金額共HK$17,000多元太少了!!!!註:青島啤細支價值HK$65元 / 支,紅酒開瓶費HK$300元 / 支。

星期日去飲茶,這間國金軒之前都去過幾次,裝修好靚,上次中午去叫左個套餐,樣樣都好味,其實個套餐已經好飽,不過我係為食貓,仲要加個鮑魚三疊正點心就普通la,今次去叫左個蚧肉多士,不過蚧肉冇乜味多士就夠趣,豬豚肉煙肉大蝦卷ok la,柚皮大鱔煲.

Given the price, the food quality is simply a joke. I'd been there for lunch twice and I wondered why they're charging so high on both occasions. The shrimp dumplings had their skin sticking on the plate and looked like a real mess! I think this is a crime already for a restaurant which appears to be so high-class. A lot more can be said about the food I ate there but the list can be long. SO many restaurants make better dim sums than Cuisine Cuisine. Maybe the dinner would be better, but I won'

A lot more can be said about the food I ate there but the list can be long. SO many restaurants make better dim sums than Cuisine Cuisine. I went back to Cuisine Cuisine (國金軒) tonight for a gathering with some friends. The central location was ideal, and it has been a few months since my last visit, and I wanted to give it another try.We started with deep-fried pig's intestine stuffed with glutinous rice (糯米炸釀大腸). I went back to Cuisine Cuisine (國金軒) tonight for a gathering with some friends. The central location was ideal, and it has been a few months since my last visit, and I wanted to give it another try.

We started with deep-fried pig's intestine stuffed with glutinous rice (糯米炸釀大腸). Amazingly, my fellow Taiwanese friend didn't want any. I was somewhat surprised because the intestine was actually just a thin layer on the outside, rather than the thick and chewy ones that I am used to. This version was fairly similar to the glutinous rice sausage (糯米腸) that I would find at street markets in Taiwan, except that this is deep-fried instead of grilled.

Roasted crispy duck breast served with blinis (層餅脆皮燒鴨胸) was definitely a fusion dish. The duck breast was presented like one would expect in a typical French restaurant - magret de canard - except that it was prepared with Chinese spices and served with steamed Chinese blinis. The breast was well-done like the Chinese normally do, instead of being a little pink in the center as the French would do. I like it.

The braised eel with pomelo peel (柚皮風鱔煲) came in a claypot that contained lots of veggies and tofu skin. I'm not a big fan of big eel, but the veggies with the starchy sauce were pretty good.

I really liked the braised seasonal vegetables with bamboo pith and shrimp roe sauce (蝦籽竹笙扒時蔬). The seasonal veggie now is pea shoots (豆苗) which were delicious. What really made the dish was the addition of shrimp roe in the starched sauce, which transformed the dish from something ordinary to make it stand out. Shrimp roe is one of my favorite ingredients in Cantonese cuisine, as it is so intensely flavorful. Yummy!

The stir-fried glutinous rice with assorted preserved meats (生炒臘味糯米飯) was pretty yummy. The rice grains were still a bit soft but I didn't mind too much. I think I've been having this dish quite a few times this winter...

Just when we were getting full from the rice, our final dish arrived. Pan-fried rice vermicelli with beef brisket in curry sauce (咖喱牛坑腩煎米粉) is a dish that I keep ordering here. Somehow I just really like the combination of the pan-fried vermicelli and the curry sauce. Greasy, yes, but delishhhh!

We finished the meal with some pan-fried stuffed glutinous balls. I was pretty satisfied with the meal in general, and my only minor complaint is the corkage that we were charged. I'm sure I could get it waived once I become a frequent customer...

food stilll very good. service very good. washroom very good. even the staff inside female washroom very polite. again renovation sea view. not so good. expensive food. around 1100 dollars for 3 adults for lunch. initally we want to try the michgen 3 star 4 season chinese rstaurant. but it is full. so we went here again today 12 pm. nearly full when we leave at 1 30 pm. snake soup cost 800 dollars for 4 bowl.

一月廿九日(星期四)老公仔買了國金軒的金薄瑤砫蘿蔔糕一底都要成二百元,不愧為國金軒...買的大多數都是因為其名氣有信用卡打折後百七左右...以蘿蔔糕來,真是非常貴而且份量不多究竟分別在那裡...應該是加了"金"和國金軒的名...味道比較清淡,沒有腊腸的...

一底都要成二百元,不愧為國金軒...買的大多數都是因為其名氣

有信用卡打折後百七左右...以蘿蔔糕來,真是非常貴

而且份量不多

究竟分別在那裡...應該是加了"金"和國金軒的名...

味道比較清淡,沒有腊腸的...

和媽, 妹及迅等食年初二午餐, 來了ifc.12點來到, 已訂了一房, 係落地玻璃, 可看到新天星.個景都幾靚. 今日又冇太陽, 唔晒. 好采. 如果一出猛太陽, 媽定要落窗簾, 咁就乜景都冇得睇了...等了一會便齊人, 可上菜了.第一味係乳豬, 味正常.發財好市已一連食了幾餐, 回家媽都係煮呢味....當然冇媽咁好味啦, 但其實都已很不錯了~特別係d豆苗, 好正, 又爽口!湯係花膠北菇燉菜膽清清地, 好入花膠味, 我好愛!o岩o岩分晒, 如果唔係我實要多碗!蒸魚也有水準, 生熟剛好. 肉滑; 魚本身也新鮮才得呢.炸雞略油, 預左. 炸得有少許乾, 但仍ok. 長壽麵即伊麵, 唔太熟, 味不錯, 加點醋, 正.甜品有合時煎年糕, 味一般另有燕窩, 可選杏味或椰子汁味, 又好配合好像椰味正d.服務很好, 全部職員都好有禮.在此多謝大年初二仍辛勤工作的哥哥姐姐們

人在國金,過年大時時大節要買底糕應下節,媽愛這裡的桂花糕,大少就買一底。包裝幾精美,紅色的package也很好意頭,但味道就不敢恭維了。可能我鬼妹仔不懂何謂桂花,很不習慣那種中國茶的味道,我只在於糕上那少少的燕窩碎。媽說幾好,那就夠了。

need to book table 1 night before. also someone will call to confirm that morning. book 3 adult 12 pm today 8/1/2009 thursday working day. but nearly full. food are good. service are good. but renovation sea view. not so good. washroom are very clean. we just order normal food, not expensive food. but need 740 dollars for 3 adults. but anyway. if we go to ifc shopping. we will choose this restaurant for sure. we wont choose lee garden or 4 season hotel.

原本想到利苑, 但估計應該沒位, 所以便到此一試.二人點了:1. 成都口水茄子 - 以為似口水雞, 但只是炸茄子以肉鬆墊底. 既乾亦毫不麻辣.2. 蜜餞叉燒皇 - 不錯, 肉質好.3. 桂花脆鱔球 - 本來幾好味, 但蜜芽太多, 勁黐牙.4. 米皇銀杏浸菜薳 - 絕對屬巧立名目, 還好菜薳嫩.白飯X2Diet Coke x1 (side story: 友人點了Diet Coke, 送上時已是完全沒氣. 詢問之下, 侍應堅稱乃罐裝, 但答應換上另一杯, 但同樣完全沒氣, 十足隔夜可樂. 我們也就此作罷. 但如此高檔食店, 收$40, 點解不是整罐送上?!)環境的確一流, 大玻璃窗, 面對維港景色, 十分優美. 招呼ok, 不過不失.

湯: 比味精湯更咸! (或者真係味精湯, 因為飲完之後勁口喝!)蟹肉: 沒有鮮味! 肉質是梅的~ 牛: 又係唔新鮮既! 還有點so!羊: 只用蜜糖cover整件羊! 除了過甜的蜜糖味, 什麼味道也沒有! (我已吃得很甜的, 也覺得太甜) 魚: 一個字: 腥! 不用多說! (只吃了很少)飯: 差!其他的也不用多提! 最後的燕窩, 得個多字! 沒有技術可言!什麼鐵廚!! 名過其實!整餐飯, 沒有一個人是滿意的! 沒有一道寀是滿意的! 還有... 他們的service真的不得了!有個server用他的elbow撞了我的頭一下 (有點痛的) 但他並沒有道歉! 1st time go there with my mom and uncle on 11/10/2008 satursday 11 30am. coz we want to walk ifc. we spend more then 100 dollars taxi from our home fo tan to there. when we arrive only 1 table is full. when we left around 12 45pm. only around 2/3 full. we order bbq pork , rice, some dim sum. total cost around 400 dollars. not cheap. but i think that worth with so many waiter, waitress serve u. the washroom very clean. only the sea view decoration is a bit worse as there is some construation goin

在IFC想在午市飲唐茶,選擇就只得利苑及這裡,難怪兩間也是爆到七彩,尤其是午市比晚市更爆。是日來到,發現餐檯是擺到出門口的,在外面等位也輕易的跟坐在那裡的客人打招呼,以這個收費來算,這樣子的位置也有人肯坐,一定程度上也反映了一些事實。預早訂位,也可以坐到比較開揚的位置。落地大玻璃窗,加上高樓面,在中環的核心地帶,這裡的環境又真的是不錯的。想吃點心,不是剔紙,也不是叫點心車,而是直接向侍應落單。各式點心30蚊三件起,如果要三件樓上也可以逐件算。總括來說,這裡的點心是有水準,但卻不是十分的商質數。幾款傳統點心做得似模似樣,燒賣是大大粒的,肉多蝦爽口,上面還有蟹籽及松子仁,看起上來豪華一點。芋角炸得出色,看起來是蜂巢樣子的,吃起來也很鬆脆,芋頭味香,必吃。炸春卷是長長的一條,用心拿來吃比用筷子吃還方便,也是肉多蝦爽口的,似是不用形狀,不用製法的燒賣。鹹薄撐粉多又煎得略厚,很飽肚,但就不是煎得有水準的薄撐。叉燒包不錯,略嫌吃起來較為立口一點。而另一款叉燒餐包就真的是很普通,跟平常港式餅舖的叉燒餐包沒有兩樣,分別只是加了點百里香。叉燒腸皮厚厚的,看起來不夠晶瑩,吃上來也不夠嫩滑的。另外牛肉、鳳爪

服務當然周到,不過也有掛萬漏一的地方,如不記得給我們小吃,又不理客人是否在進食,不停的換碟,很煩。

吃了一大堆點心,埋單每人二百三,不便宜,有需要才再來。

We'd been to Lumiere and quite liked the atmosphere there and decided to try Cuisine Cuisine.First, the main room of the restaurant is like a dining hall so it was very noisy and has no atmosphere. Second, the service is not great. After ordering a martini from their bar, the waiter actually spilled some of the martini on his tray but still gave it to me. First, the main room of the restaurant is like a dining hall so it was very noisy and has no atmosphere.

Second, the service is not great. After ordering a martini from their bar, the waiter actually spilled some of the martini on his tray but still gave it to me. I was more unhappy about having a sticky glass than drinking less martini. The service is all over the place, there are lots of waiters with different levels: high, medium and low (only collect dishes) and they spend their time scuttering around but not really doing much. I hate seeing waiters stand around and chat.

Third, food. It's not great, you might try it once and that's about it. It doesn't make you want to go back again.

I suppose if you want to take someone to have some Chinese food and want a view, this is an impressive place.
