Seorae is a fairly popular Korean BBQ restaurant with several locations around Hong Kong with their original location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Recently, they have opened a new location in Causeway Bay's Tang Lung Street and as I was having a catch up dinner with a friend, I suggested we eat here.Seating is actually on the second floor and pretty spacious. Seating is actually on the second floor and pretty spacious. We arrived early to beat the crowd so didn't have to wait long for a table. Menu is in English, Chinese and Korean. The meat is mostly different parts of the pig, some beef and only one type of chicken. Obviously, they are focused on pork. They also have a few other Korean dishes other than BBQ items. Ordering is by pushing a button on the table so there is no need to wave your hands around.
We were given side dishes when we sat down. This included a daikon soup, bean sprouts with hot bean sauce, kimchi and onions in soy sauce. They also provide lettuce for wrapping your grilled meat. Side dishes were ok. Nothing really spectacular.
