一鼎開到將軍澳啦!想放肆食一波就約朋友去食個晚餐放題。揀咗90分鐘嘅澳洲200日穀飼牛套餐,食物選擇超級多,滷水小食、炸物、甜品,最重點係同時仲有幾款茶飲可以任飲呢!火鍋湯底可以每人揀一款,一人一鍋真係好方便,我揀咗麻痺鴨,香辣仲有鴨血係入面。朋友揀咗蕃客為主,番茄味都幾出呢。澳洲200日穀飼牛同丹麥梅花肉都好正。牛肉好大片又唔會好薄,食落好飽嘴,滿足到我想食肉嘅心。仲有啲串串可以點,豚肉蘆筍、芫荽和牛等,連埋蔬菜食平衡了。茶飲推芝士琥珀,奶蓋及茶香嘅組合,好邪惡又輕盈,矛盾啊!喜歡啤酒嘅朋友更爽呢,可以任飲神泡生啤。仲點咗啲炸物,好鍾意榴連炸波波、紫米魔方小麻糬。最後去唧埋雪糕食~超滿足嘅一晚,下次要嚟食埋澳洲M8個個套餐先。…Read More

The Pantry係葵芳開咗新店,最近終於有機會與朋友嚟到一試。餐廳空間好大所以座位都唔會好逼,好適合同朋友聚會,傾計都唔怕侷促。先點咗一個海膽帶子意粉,帶子保持到爽彈,蟹肉海膽忌廉汁掛滿意粉,食落幾濃郁。Salami pizza好有驚喜,芝士同salami嘅咸香再有番茄嘅酸甜平衡返,亦都好欣賞佢嘅批底有嚼勁,愈嚼愈香。甜品點咗Pistachio American Pancake,開心果醬幾濃郁,美式班戟都做得好好,仲配以莓果點綴減膩。有別於佢地signature嘅梳乎厘班戟,依款係截然不同但卻頗有特色。飲品我揀咗Mint Chocolate Milkshake,薄朱味幾出,好似飲緊溶溶地嘅雪糕咁,不過就會較甜啲。…Read More

最近同朋友探索銅鑼灣美食,發現亨利中心開咗間新餐廳,主打日本火鍋同各式新鮮料理。我哋就book枱放工去試吓,餐廳環境好光猛座位舒服,都好啱同朋友聚會傾計。見好多客人都有點佢地嘅鍋物,我地都點咗飛驒牛A4 肩胛肉嘅鮮濃鱲魚湯鍋。魚湯好濃郁且鮮味,配上牛肉都唔會違和,煮嘅蔬菜都附有魚鮮味,食落更甜。飛驒牛A4 肩胛肉油脂幾香,但又未至於入口即溶個種,肉質仲有少少咬口,口感都係我地喜歡嘅。主食可以揀烏冬/粥,烏冬會先煮過所以我地擺入鍋都好快就食得,仲吸曬魚湯嘅精華。串燒都好出色,特別喜歡鹽燒雞心,燒得剛剛好再加入適量調味,咬落爆汁爽彈。汁燒免治雞肉棒味道好香,雞肉棒軟中帶軟骨,食落夾雜脆脆口感,好過癮。鹽燒雞皮香脆中保有雞皮些微彈性,好適合送酒啊!最後再嚟多碟鐵板豆腐,豆腐淋上肉碎同醬汁,有啲似擔擔風味,加上滑嫩嘅豆腐,味道平衡得嚟又惹味!飲品我地點咗清爽嘅巨峰梳打。點鍋物會附送一款甜品,我地額外再點了一款。開心果雪糕奶滑有堅果香,咖啡味雪糕咖啡味都好出,咖啡控要一試。另外奶凍好滑溜,值得試。整體食物質素都高,不過位於銅鑼灣難免價錢稍高。…Read More

朋友好鍾意食傳統粵式菜又鍾意西式有靚靚擺盤嘅餐廳,今次我就搵到呢間位於上環嘅fusion菜比佢嘆。頭盤首先嚟三樣中式小食,一見到芝麻蝦多士,賣相好吸引。唔單止係金黃色,佢做到酥脆,蝦肉亦都有彈牙嘅感覺,食落唔會好重油分嘅感覺。另外陳醋蜜汁排骨味道酸酸甜甜,排骨腍滑,細細舊唔會太Heavy。仲有脆皮素春卷,都係炸到金黃色,睇到都食慾大增。之後就上湖區海鮮羹。話到明粵式菜又點可以冇湯呢?呢個湯用料十足,有唔同嘅菌類同海鮮,味道清甜,用嚟過一過頭先食嘅頭盤,再期待嚟緊嘅精彩主食。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝一上枱嘅時候,我同朋友都不禁咁嘩咗一聲,份量好大,而且面頭鋪滿咗蒜蓉,店員仲好熱心咁提我哋要盡快食。成粒扇貝連埋蒜蓉粉絲擺落口嗰種感覺好滿足,既有蒜蓉嘅香,帶子嘅甜味,粉絲更加係吸滿晒所有食材嘅精華。之後就係棒棒吉列蝦掛包,睇落同一般掛包唔同,佢裏面係脆脆嘅蝦餅,配埋軟熟嘅包,口感好好。乾燒薑汁鱈魚擺盤似係食緊西餐嘅煎鱈魚,但係個味道同煮法都係中式嘅。佢嘅魚好滑 ,充滿油香又吾會食到膩。甜品試到佢地嘅芝士蛋糕同檸檬撻,喜歡後者酸酸甜甜,幾啱我。今次仲飲到鍾意嘅Riesling,配埋啲美食都好夾。…Read More

好耐無食廚師發辦,聽朋友推介依間好對佢味,我就特意來試下。恰巧餐廳做緊優惠$1580就嚐到18道菜,入座後侍應更同我哋講兩人同行有清酒優惠,邊吃日料邊飲清酒真係特別加分。前菜係水雲醋同埋三文魚籽菠菜,兩款都幾清新。前者甜酸平衡,後者食到菠菜原味嘅清甜同埋雜菌嘅脆感、多汁。打頭炮嘅刺身係鱈魚白子,睇落好滑嫩,入口嘅感覺都一樣,調味剛好亦令整體更加分。鰤魚配上芥末、芝麻碎及山桃漬,魚肉帶少少爽口之餘幾油潤,芥末及芝麻碎幾脆配搭得宜。金目鯛幾厚身,加埋大蔥碎同埋洋蔥汁都幾夾,仲配咗可以清清口腔嘅柑橘啫喱。之後有生蠔嘅部分,來自岩手縣,一口塞好滿足,上面加咗醋味嘅foam及新鮮紫菜,鮮味噴發啊!笠貝一片片鮮味好突出,柚子汁襯托亦好適合。不嬲鍾意魚油感重嘅銀鱈魚,炙燒到魚油出晒嚟,配上一小撮松露醬,再撒上金箔外觀更昇華。鮟鱇魚肝配搭香脆最中餅,就好似小點心咁,魚肝香滑幾濃郁。依家季節仲食到香箱蟹真係好幸運,蟹肉混入蟹膏同脆卜卜嘅蟹籽,加埋清爽嘅醋茨好豐富層次。磯煮鮑魚好爽彈,有埋肝醬更加分。完左刺身部分,師傅上了一道和食。吞拿魚下巴燒得好香,肉保持到鮮嫩度,魚脂位幾多,係滿滿膠質好滑。赤貝壽司有柚子皮點綴,新鮮嘅貝類爽度特別高。甜蝦壽司用上蝦頭膏醬油調味, 入口食得到好新鮮,而蝦身甜度充斥住口腔。黑鯥魚壽司同其他魚肉不太一樣,肉身口感有彈性,魚皮有嚼勁。期待以久嘅海膽,師傅選用馬糞海膽,鮮甜度滿分,入口好順滑。兩款拖羅疊埋一齊,漬過嘅拖羅加上燒過嘅大拖,有柚子胡椒調味中和,口感同味道都讓人好滿足。食完一系列刺身同壽司,來一碗魚湯暖暖身,濃郁又好重魚味。最後一道係甜品環節,係Tiramisu味嘅千層蛋糕呢!平時超愛食Tiramisu,今次形態以千層蛋糕咁present好特別,味道都唔錯。…Read More

Pentola開到去觀塘啦!之前去過大埔店比較偏遠,依家開咗分店就可以就腳啲啦~一入座即刻奉上餐包,蘸吓醋同橄欖油開個胃。睇睇餐牌發現觀塘店無咗主食嘅選擇,之前大埔店食過封門柳係幾推介的。黑松露薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬一嚟就點個小食試吓啦!薯條好香脆又熱辣辣炸起,黑松露蛋黃醬好creamy又香濃,仲有啲黑松露碎更加分。意大利燉海鮮湯滿滿嘅海鮮啊~兩人分享剛剛好呢!燉湯幾重茴香味,朋友咁啱唔太喜歡依隻香料味同埋訂價比較高,下次會想試其他湯或前菜多啲。慢煮牛面頰番紅花意大利飯牛面頰好軟腍份量又多,唔洗用刀切,用羹一壓都可以分開到啲肉。依個部位仲含有豐富骨膠原,最鍾意就係個啲少少黏口、漿漿地嘅位。意大利香草醬大蝦闊扁麵香草醬好多,掛滿麵條的~手工麵條有誠意,仲有好多蝦,鍾意青醬嘅朋友要一食。Tiramisu咖啡味好突出,連mascarpone都有輕微咖啡味呢!lady finger都算濕潤,整體再輕盈啲就更正啦!Oolong Breeze係gin base嘅cocktail,酒味同果味都幾平衡,整體幾清爽。Sunshine柚子味好出嘅mocktail,唔飲酒嘅朋友好推介飲依杯呢!…Read More

最近同朋友去左間質素相當唔錯嘅omakase。我哋選咗江戶橋廚師發辦午餐,師傅好貼心,坐低時候會問我地有啲咩唔食。首先上嘅係前菜,跟住師傅嘅次序去試-高糖蕃茄,本身好鮮甜,平時唔鍾意食蕃茄嘅我都改觀了。之後再試風乾火腿,火腿嘅鹹香味同剛剛嘅蕃茄好夾,最後再跟埋水芋絲,調味撈咗啲芥末籽、芝麻,口感爽脆,食完好開胃。接續係刺身-天然野生中拖羅,肉身非常腍滑,油脂感好重,魚味都突出。牡丹蝦甘甜軟糯。最特別係活八爪魚,已經落咗啲醬汁,食落去酸酸甜甜,非常嫩口,口感潺潺的又非常鮮甜,令人回味。茶碗蒸同平時食嘅有少少,佢係用咗蟹肉、紫菜打左芡汁,中間有白果,每一樣食材都係好夾。之後就開始上主菜壽司。赤貝肉質厚身,再配上青檸汁,爽口鮮甜,唔會有貝類嘅腥味。師傅喺金目鯛表面磨上新鮮柚子皮,有一陣清淡嘅柚子香氣,魚肉口感滑身,魚味都濃郁。間八平時比較少食,師傅今次配上漬左嘅坂本菊,魚皮有少少爽韌,油脂感都好濃,跟埋菊花食就啱啱好。鮫鰈屬於右口科嘅一種,同平時食嘅左口魚些微不一樣。師傅配咗炙燒過嘅鮫鰈邊同紫蘇,油香十足。芝麻鯖,光紋魚嘅一種,面頭配上白昆布,味道酸酸地,配合本來魚味好濃嘅鯖魚,食落去好夾,肉質腍滑。喜知次不嬲都係油份重,而師傅輕微咁火炙過令到佢油份更突出,好適合香港人鍾意食濃味、油脂感嘅口味。天然野生大拖羅仍有魚肉細嫩感且唔會入口即溶咁誇張,口感實在啲。最後係北海道根室海膽,海膽好鮮甜,食完更有種回甘留喺個口,令人滿足。卷物係干瓢卷,係用漬左嘅冬瓜,切成一片片之後再整成卷,味道酸酸甜甜,仲冇咗冬瓜本來嘅質地呢。師傅仲有比玉子燒我地試,甜甜地又綿密,傳統又簡單嘅美味。湯品係蜆湯超鮮味,仲有啲蜆肉、滑溜豆腐等。最後仲有甜品-抹茶奶凍同泡芙,呢一餐我同朋友都好滿足。…Read More

成日係旺角唔知食咩好,又唔想去樓上cafe咁hea,就試下今次呢間餐廳,地點夠方便,同時環境又闊落,好適合一大班人一齊去食野吹下水。餐廳仲有一幅由BEARBRICK砌成嘅feature wall,好有特色。呢到主打西餐食物,我地先叫左2款小食。炸魷魚圈食得出係新鮮炸起,香脆同裏面好軟滑,唔會好鹹。另一款係香煎西班牙辣肉腸,食落去有啲嚼口,味道香濃,兩樣小食都係好送酒。食完啲咁濃味,要食啲fresh啲去配返,我地就叫左個牛油果蟹肉沙律塔。牛油果本來就好健康,加上蟹肉做點綴,可以解小食嘅油膩感。開始到主食啦,先食明太子忌廉汁蝦球意粉,意粉係自家制手工幼麵,蝦球都算幾彈牙,醬汁個份量剛剛好,唔會太少又或太稀。我覺得呢到最出色係佢地嘅意大利薄餅,我地今次就叫左個classic嘅Margherita,批底個厚度啱啱好,脆口但裏面係軟熟。傳統Margherita係唔會有肉,只係用上簡單嘅番茄醬、mozzarella cheese同basil就已經好好食,而呢間餐廳都能夠呈現到出黎。最後我地仲叫左個香煎美國特選封門柳,味道唔會話唔夠,可以加埋少少鹽會更加突出個肉味,份量一定夠3-4人食。…Read More

最近安排了一日同朋友去大埔一日遊,吃貨們最重視就係吃好西,當然要同朋友發掘一下大埔的餐廳。記憶中有間討論度好高,座落於大埔藝術中心入面嘅餐廳,就同朋友前往一試。前身係大埔官立中學,翻新後真係比人煥然一新嘅感覺。佢地有好多款創意雞尾酒,我就揀咗無酒精嘅Mystical Rosa,杯中有一朵玫瑰冰係洛神花汁製成,果汁以熱帶果味為主,仲有漸層效果,整體好清爽又好啱打卡。朋友揀咗Modern Irish Coffee,面層奶泡甜甜地中和咗下面香濃咖啡,令我唔愛咖啡嘅我都呷咗兩口。小食點咗意大利生牛肉薄切,鮮嫩生牛肉配上火箭菜、芝士、橄欖油等調味,剛好突出了香濃嘅肉味。手工意粉係佢地嘅招牌,款式都幾多,最後選擇咗新鮮波士頓龍蝦意粉,有半隻波士頓龍蝦當然係賣點,而佢地嘅手製意粉都好特別。濃郁醬汁掛滿意粉,亦保持到彈牙口感。炭燒安格斯封門柳配燒汁薯條份量恰到好處,封門柳炭香十足又十分腍嫩,薯條香脆唔油膩。甜品都係我地bookmark咗想試嘅item,就點晒兩款試晒佢。Tiramisu軟滑且幾重咖啡香氣,手指餅都唔會太濕呢!另一款甜品係奶凍配百香果醬,奶凍奶香好出又滑溜,百香果醬酸甜味道同奶凍本體截然不同,咁樣配搭一齊都係第一次試,好新奇呢!…Read More

大愛星馬泰菜式,早前聽到朋友推介依間粉嶺馬來西亞菜,當然就要去一探究竟啦!食物選擇超多,我地都揀到眼花撩亂啊!最後就點咗啲小食、麵同湯。好愛肉骨茶嘅我發現佢地有款白胡椒肉骨油條,相較平時深色嘅肉骨茶,佢嘅湯頭睇落係奶白的,飲落白胡椒味好突出,冬天享用更暖胃。肉嘅部分都幾厚肉又唔會好柴,而吸晒湯嘅豆卜同油條我更愛啊!再試埋佢地嘅咖哩叻沙湯蝦肉魷魚摻摻,一上枱就見到份量好足海鮮都好多,下面嘅油麵同米粉仲吸晒叻沙嘅香味。下午茶時段,點依碗麵同朋友一齊分享都好足夠。小食少不了招牌嘅自家製班蘭咖央多士,焗得超香脆,中間嘅醬同牛油十分邪惡,同多士配合得天衣無縫呢!另外一口馬拉盞蝦多士都好吸引,香脆多士配上彈牙蝦滑,一口size超方便。好多人都介紹嘅焦香榴槤芝士蛋糕果然名不虛傳,榴槤味撲鼻芝士蛋糕亦軟滑,面頭焦香位焗得剛剛好,但整體如果少甜啲會更正。飲品點咗必試嘅凍馬來白咖啡同清爽嘅芒果冰茶。…Read More

終於一試依間超高質又邪惡嘅和牛放題。最近佢地仲推出左冬日限定餐單同埋升級至150分鐘放題,有幾款冬日美食超吸引我,包括北海道白子、燒仙台生蠔同埋博多和牛牛腸鍋。當然唔少得宮崎 A5 櫻花牛拼盤,內容物都換上矜貴的牛柳、上後腰脊肉兩款稀有部位,推介大家節日大餐嚟食餐好嘅!北海道白子幾creamy夾埋酸汁蘿蔔蓉蔥花好對味!燒仙台生蠔幾厚肉仲有牛油香包覆住而博多和牛牛腸鍋清甜又暖胃。冬日限定item不設追加,轉戰進攻和牛啦。燒肉由赤身開始燒,有五花腩、牛肋肉、内外後腿肉、和尚頭等等。鍾意油花嘅就要食霜降部位,特別係好大塊嘅肉眼扒,由職員代勞燒得好靚,再按自己喜好燒多陣就可以嘆到油香滿滿肉汁噴發嘅和牛啦!另外壽喜燒蘸蛋汁滑嫩口感我都超鍾意!其他放題item仲有超多款,海鮮有牛油燒廣島蠔、甲羅燒等款款吸引!而燒內臟都係其一亮點,我超愛雞冠同牛肝,前者爽脆有口感後者甘香濃郁。好少係其他店見到所以都忍唔住不斷encore點嚟食。最後不忘食埋甜品,芝士年糕同埋3.6特濃牛乳奶凍必食,朋友仲推介撈埋抹茶雪糕去奶凍一齊食,真係世一,兩者都好濃但唔會蓋過對方,相得益彰啊!…Read More

成日都會心郁郁想食泰國嘢,愛佢啲香辣及惹味,最近就比我地搵到間係荔枝角工廈內嘅泰國菜店。泰式火山排骨佢地嘅招牌菜一定要數到依款,見到好多枱客人都有點,有豬同牛嘅選擇。我地今次就揀咗豬肉版本,排骨超巨型,浸於酸辣汁之中。手套戴上就可以開餐啦!啲肉好易離骨,一絲絲豬肉被我地撕落嚟再蘸上酸辣汁,食落幾惹味呢!泰式肉碎生菜包係我其中一款好愛嘅泰國菜式,炒過嘅肉碎入晒味,酸辣酸辣嘅味道超開胃!仲有啲洋蔥、蔥花等食落都好刺激同提味。菠蘿海鮮炒飯最後當然要點款主食,炒飯超巨型,面頭鋪滿肉鬆,內有魷魚蝦肉等海鮮,飯粒唔會太濕都幾香口。椰皇三重奏甜品真係要大讚,一羹有3種口感,椰子奶凍加椰子凍仲有面頭嘅椰絲脆脆,大滿足啊!整體椰子味都好濃,上下兩層椰子奶凍加椰子凍好冰涼超清爽,椰絲脆脆增加口感多咗陣香氣。飲品我就試咗金鑽鮮菠蘿冰,菠蘿味幾出不過就無乜冰感。朋友揀咗椰汁珍多冰超多料。…Read More
