今日喺呢間餐廳買咗兩個外賣午市套餐，一開始已經將另一位客人嘅order比錯咗我。Check都唔check吓見到我企喺度就直接隊個餐俾我。OK. 諗住返屋企慢慢食啦，一打開個袋發現其中一個餐冇比到前菜（留意番，餐牌上係有個豆腐前菜的）都算啦起碼你啲嘢食應該要食得落口啊一夾落去個三文魚度，嘩，硬過石頭。乾柴到飛起，未食過咁難食嘅三文魚。好似隔夜咁，仲要腥腥地。真係學校canteen嗰啲都好食過佢🤮呢個餐本身要$178🙄然後另一個餐嗌咗豚肉飯未見過豚肉可以係咁劣質，肥豬肉佔咗塊肉嘅八成。碗飯更加離譜，濕立立嘅，屋企煮飯都唔會煮到咁。咁就收我$98🤮依家準備煮多個麵食去彌補我心靈嘅創傷…查看更多

I knew that Pici is famous for their homemade authentic pasta, as a pasta lover I was very excited to try out dishes from this restaurant. I went on a weekday for lunch and arrived at around 12. At the time the restaurant was not full and we were led to a table close to the open kitchen, ,where we could see the chefs cooking and making pasta! Lunch sets were offered at 3 different prices: $98, $128 and $148 The $98 set is a 2-course set where you could choose between appetiser + main course and main course + dessert. The remaining two sets are 3-course meals. I ordered the $148 set, with burrata cheese (+$10) , truffle tagliolini (+$28)  and tiramisu. The burrata was bomb! There wasn't much seasoning but some extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper lying on a bed of fresh rockets. The cheese had a texture of mozzarella outside and melt-in-the-mouth inside. The cheese did not have a strong tangy flavour but tasted mild, light and creamy, which complimented well with the strong flavours from the rocket salad. The $10 add on for the burrata was such a bargain as they offered a full portion of the cheese and the original price was actually $95 for one. Next up was the tagliolini with shaved black truffle, white truffle paste and shallots. I was surprised by the amount of freshly shaved black truffle on the pasta, it was generous! However I had to say that I was disappointed with the soft, close-to-none aroma from the black truffles, as I was expecting a strong scent of black truffles. With this price though, I did not expect high quality black truffles to be offered. The pasta was spot-on al dente, with a creamy white truffle sauce wrapping each and every tagliotini, I was satisfied.Towards to end of the meal came the tiramisu, when I was already full (I forgot to take a photo). Yet the portion of the tiramisu was HUGE! Just the same portion as if you ordered a la carte, which was again generous, but I was too full that I could not finish the whole dessert. The tiramisu itself was SO GOOD though, it was prepared like the traditional recipe with egg yolks, mascarpone etc. The creamy custard balanced out the alcohol espresso lady fingers so well and the layer of sugar on top added a nice crunch to the dessert. This bread shop has been in Homantin for quite a while, selling healthy and high quality bread. Recently they have started to offer gelato at quite a tempting price - $32 for one scoop and $42 for two.They also offer gelato on top of a croissant cone, of which I did not try this time.There was a wide variety of flavours to choose from, including strawberry, pistachio, rum and raisin, tofu, and a couple more.I chose pistachio and rum and raisin and received two large scoops in a cup.The gelato was not placed out, but instead was scooped out from boxes of gelato in the freezer at the end of the shop.Therefore the gelato was initially quite hard with a thin layer of ice on top, yet it melted relatively quickly and turned into the original texture of gelato - soft and creamy! I was rather satisfied with the flavour and quality of the gelato, the pistachio flavour was strong with bits of pistachio throughout the gelato, whilst the rum flavour stood out especially when eating the raisins. I was surprised by the quality of gelato they offered at this price, when most places selling gelatos or icecream in Hong Kong is quite pricey. I would definitely return to try out other flavours! …查看更多

得知何文田有新餐廳開幕，當然立即去試！餐廳環境闊落，服務員熱情有禮貌，值得一讚！:)午餐有set lunch 選擇，餐廳主打地中海食物，有意粉、飯、肉類。我選擇了香煎三文魚，跟餐有沙津或餐湯。餐湯是紅椒蕃茄湯，很足料，熱辣辣，略嫌黑椒味重了些少。主菜三文魚 (Pan seared salmon with garlic mash and salsa) 擺盤很不錯，看得出廚師的心思。味道方面，三文魚煎得皮脆肉嫩，肉裡透點粉紅色，很不錯。薯蓉非常重蒜蓉味，跟三文魚很配。埋單連加一$108總括來說，若果他們能夠保持這水準，我認為the summit cafe 是何文田最出色的西餐廳…查看更多

見到好多食評大讚這裏的pancake, 等了很久終於有機會來試！平日7點來到餐廳，還有很多空桌，餐廳環境尚算舒適，但枱和枱之間的空間比較少。一坐下，店員便立刻解釋怎樣點餐，他們有一個電子點餐屏幕，可以清楚看到每道菜的相片，挺方便的！————————我們這次兩個人點了雜果burrata芝士沙律 (Burrata Cheese Salad)，龍蝦海鮮意大利飯 (Lobster Seafood Risotto) 還有原味pancake (The Pantry’s Pancakes)Salad 忘記了拍照，但味道是甜甜的，沙律醬有點乳酪的味道，還有很多不同的水果，包括raspberries, blackberries, 蘋果，火龍果等等。水果是新鮮的，但整個沙津太甜了，不太適合主菜前吃，更像飯後生果😅 burrata cheese 好吃！但對我這個芝士控來說份量有點少 😢——————————意大利飯一到，我們都嘩了一聲，份量很大啊！絕對能餵飽兩個人，還有超多配料😍 飯的味道很濃的蟹黃味，而且軟硬度適中（很怕那些煮得太硬的意大利飯）。要大讚的是蝦超級彈牙，還有4隻！龍蝦更是無可挑剔，非常新鮮和爽口。可是青口有點腥😢 但總體而言這個飯是必試！———————————最後到最有名的pancakes賣相是不錯的，但一吃下去，生蛋味很重，而且沒有空氣感...要加上牛油和糖漿才能遮蓋打一陣生蛋味。只能說是挺失望的，我覺得我在家自己煮的比他們家的更好吃總括來說，這家的主菜是可以嘗試的，但pancake就免了…查看更多

行開天后諗住搵下lunch食， 行過見佢d相幾靚就諗住試下叫左個$34 既早餐 （菠蘿包，通粉，炒蛋），同埋個$58 既 xo 豬頸肉炒蛋飯一上枱，見到個樣已經唔想食😅早餐：菠蘿包又凍又唔脆, 炒蛋唔香冇蛋味，通粉就屋企都整到既質素豬頸肉飯：豬頸肉又乾又油，炒蛋過熟，求其炒d蛋再放幾塊豬頸肉再加匙XO 醬就收人$58.....隔離個兩個遊客食剩左2/3 碟....難食到好似格硬食咁。。但係都食唔哂... 我記得幾年前黎食都覺得幾好食架，依家變成canteen 質素....…查看更多

上個星期又再次回到宏吃他們的蛋卷, 算起來已是第4次了!大約1:00 到達, 人不算太多, 座位也坐得舒服:)點了一客抹茶蛋卷蛋糕濕潤面且軟熟, 有點入口即溶的感覺 再加上抹茶cream, 抹茶的味道濃郁得帶一點苦澀味太好吃了吧!!一開始覺得$30 一件好像有點貴, 但它的真材實料讓我覺得值回票價下一次來應該會試一下macarons 和其他dessert …查看更多
