Yummy CNY ice-cream!

After a sumptuous brunch at Oolaa we decided to head to Repulse Bay to walk off our bulging bellies. Then I recalled there was an ice-cream place at the Arcade so we went to check it out. Yay it was open in CNY.There were so many weird flavors like French bacon and egg, lobster, black/white truffle, foie gras, Japanese sake... The server was very friendly and helpful. After a sumptuous brunch at Oolaa we decided to head to Repulse Bay to walk off our bulging bellies. Then I recalled there was an ice-cream place at the Arcade so we went to check it out. Yay it was open in CNY.There were so many weird flavors like French bacon and egg, lobster, black/white truffle, foie gras, Japanese sake... The server was very friendly and helpful. She let us try so many flavours. Notable was my bf tried black truffle and foie gras, liked neither. I tried Japanese sake and I thought it tasted like rotten wine! Anyhow, we ended up going for more conventional flavours- my bf had pistachio with a dash of black sesame; I had green tea with a dash of white chocolate cookies. The server offered to add a dash to a scoop so we can have 2 flavors but only pay for 1. The dash was more like half scoop. The ice-cream was fresh and flavour was natural. It was less creamy than other shops and less sweet. I thought it was really refreshing. All flavors we picked was delicious and after finishing the cup we felt more full than ever. No regrets though!
