While walking along Jaffe Road looking for place to eat for dinner, I heard this waitress saying they sell authentic boat noodles and should try it. Since there is not much boat noodles in Hong Kong, I decided to give it a try. Their menu is simple and straight forward, offering dried and soup version of boat noodles. Thai iced milk tea - It was milky and smooth, with strong tea taste. It was sweet as well.
Deep fried chicken wings - It was very tasty, as it was fried till soft and crispy, and yet still very juicy and smooth. The sauce compliment well with the chicken wings.
Soup noodles with beef, pork and chicken - I chose yellow noodles and was chewy and smooth. Soup was thick in texture and flavourful, slightly spicy too. The chef was generous with the ingredients, with beef brisket, beef balls, sliced beef, sliced chicken, chicken wings, pork and pork ball etc. Ingredients were chewy and juicy.
