First time trying a fusion-style omakase which is prepared with premium Japanese ingredients, yet presented in a Western style. Best part of the tasting course is definitely the umami, which consists of cavier on the top layer and uni in the middle part. Both types of beef were juicy and tender, tho the Miyazaki tends to be quite fatty.
