今年的生日饭也是在农历年中, 选择来了WHISK食套餐, 简易一点但也不简单,当晚大概三成满吧, 内部好像没有太大改变, 枱与枱之间空间甚多, 保留多一点私隐空间给客人, 面包篮, 牛油及Amuse Bouche 先上, 开胃小食是两个类似手卷的薄脆外筒内部唧一堆应该是日式腌鳕鱼籽, 味道非常咸鲜, 第一道菜: Red Prawn Crudo (MSC) Cauliflower Mousse Shellfish Jelly 红虾味道没有整只食那么震撼, 外观用鱼籽酱盒盛载, 还刻意地做了两只精致迷你螃蟹脆片, 啫喱则是蚬介类的精华,  Fukuoka Ebisu Oyster (MSC) Finger Lime, Dill Mignonette, Radish一只卖相精美的日本熊本蚝, 第一次接触手指青柠, 原来系咁嘅味道!Rougie Roasted Duck Foie Gras Porcini Sauce, Preserved Fuji Apple一道味觉配搭上不会出错的甜酸加上鸭油香气, 煎的鸭肝表现出功架!(海鲜类)Crispy Scale Amadai Bouillabaisse, Saffron Rouille立鳞马头虽然只是一小件, 但也可以理解为最厚肉的位置, 鱼肉似慢煮过, 鱼鳞的炸色只是淡白色, 醮的汁则是丰富鱼鲜味, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop Smoked Caviar, Butter Sauce 另一个海产菜式, 又一个外观摆碟吸睛而且北海道带子肉够厚, 可以慢慢品尝(主菜)Half Roasted Yellow Chicken for 2 Black Truffle, Genmai 10 Grain Rice, Smoked Chicken Sauce精致嘅烧鸡, 肉质系少少爽身低脂弹牙, 无论系胸或者脾都入味刚好, 玄米饭就比较多油, 怕食油的可能要预先讲声”少油”!(甜品)Baba Au “Whisky” Preserved Granny Smith Apple, Vanilla Chantilly听就听得多第一次食, 几特别的浸酒蛋糕, Petit Four 系 Cannele 呢个真系做得好好, 完全表现到这种小食蛋糕嘅特质  继续阅读

On 2024 autumn, we went Whisk for dinner but was disappointed by the seasoning of some dishes. But didn't managed to share on openrice until now. The menu probably has already changed.We ordered the seasonal 6 courses dinner. To start with, some really hard baguette were served. Probably was overheated.The first course was okay. The crab jelly was light and tasty. Caviar on top brings a nice umami to the jelly. The Kanpai fish on the second course was fine. But the jalapeño sauce was really strange that it ruins the taste of the fish. The sesame oil was too strong that covers the tastiness of the fish.For the third course, the sweet corn sauce doesn't match the foie gras at all. The roasted seed on top of the foie gras ruined the smooth and fatty texture of the dish.The fourth course was the fish. The fish was over cooked but no big problem on it.We chose Wagyu for the main course. The Wagyu was really tender and tasty. The sauce was good. We loved it a lot. However the side dish fried potato was really oily and we can't even have another bite.We went whisk a few times when the old chef was in charged. The taste and seasoning was much better than now. WHISK每月推出一次微醺早午宴Boozy Brunch ($788/pp),当中包括顶级海鲜拼盘、24个月伊比利亚火腿、大分兰王蛋配鱼子酱与龙虾,以及3小时无限畅享的主菜及美酒,更设有颜值超高的现场DJ,完全让人超嗨地饮饱食醉🥳 无限畅享的主菜共有三款,分别是苏格兰威灵顿三文鱼、日本熊本县黑毛猪排及香料烤鸡🍗 尤其喜欢威灵顿三文鱼,酥脆的外皮包着嫩滑新鲜的三文鱼,不小心encore了几遍🤣 Free flow红白酒尚算common,但free flow鸡尾酒、还有3款选择,还真是少见!3款鸡尾酒Orange Espresso Martini、Rose Sangria、Guava Colada都非常好喝,建议全试🍸✅ 不喝酒精的也有mocktail和汽水可供选择~最后甜品是以精选单一麦芽威士忌制成的法国经典甜点朗姆巴巴及Madeline,连甜点也加上whiskey,真的是不醉无归🥃😆 继续阅读
