What constituted a good laksa

Soup- coconut milk , coconut oil with spices ( most are secret formula for different shops)

You can apprecitate the spicy soup base with sweet essence

The ingredient:

SeeUM is one of the most important ingredient of a good laksa but You can have them safely in Singapore as the Seeum Growing areas water quality is regulated by Singaporean Government and you can enjoy without fear of toxin, heavy metal that we probably worry by eating Seeum in typical chui chau rest.

I think the soup base if a bit too sweet in this small soup but achieve 80% the quality of the one I have tried in a small singapore coffee shop in there they will use charcoal in cooking the soup in such a humid, hot weather. Still recalling rain was splashing to my bowl at that time

To Yum Kung, a bit too acidic in the soup base but I enjoyed the flavour of lemonglass which is apparent in this dish
