#尖沙咀 #酒店✿/❤️酒店Michelin fine dining ❕❕❕$198 就食到3-course❤️以前都食過美麗華酒店嘅國金軒呢間就第一次試/趁住HK restaurant week,今日就同屋企人去咗食呢間French Japanese fusion餐廳$198/1 + 10% service ,算抵食❤️Appetizer + Main + Dessert ❕但係個人覺得今次去比我預期嘅有啲差異🥺/本身對佢嘅餐前麵包🥖好期待,但係我今次去啲麵包冇咩特別🤨,但值得一讚嘅係個紫菜牛油,好惹味Hokkaido Scallop “A La Plancha”✨非常滿意嘅頭盤,個扇貝煎得啱啱好,好大粒添,配上少少姜蓉同蔥,唔錯😝Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek 🥩 +$120個人第一次食牛嘅哩個部位,口感似pulled pork 所以較乾;配上黑松露係一個新嘅嘗試。跟埋道菜有個薯仔沙律🥗,入面都係有黑松露嘅!最欣賞嘅係佢個春卷🥠,超香口,包住啲撈咗黑松露醬嘅牛面頰肉絲!Lavender & Honey Roasted Duck 🦆 呢道菜最有驚喜,啲鴨肉好嫩滑,鴨皮下面

呢道菜最有驚喜,啲鴨肉好嫩滑,鴨皮下面果層油脂先係精粹🥰,一啖食落去超juicy! 塊鴨皮亦烤得好入味!跟埋道菜有個用白汁蘑菇煮嘅鴨肉fricassée,同個鴨蛋一啖食,口感好豐富❕
Sakura Sea Bream 🐟
呢個相對上冇咁特別,個人覺得呢道菜有啲似鹹魚🤣似風乾左條魚再去鹽燒,配埋幾片鮑魚
Tofu Icecream 🍨
好fusion嘅甜品!好濃嘅絹豆腐味,食到啲豆腐渣,似將啲豆腐渣加忌廉再將佢冰咗🙈 配埋啲煎茶啫喱菠蘿同芒果,好fresh
Purple Carrot & Blood Orange Vege Scoop🍨
口感似gelato,血橙味好出,雪糕個底仲鋪咗一啲番薯乾粒
