Tried Crytal Jade at IFC and Airport, they were pleasent experiences except the one at Maritime Square Tsing Yi which was awful.Restaurant were not busy at all when we were seated for dinner. Waiters and waitresses were gathered around talking to each other and simply ignored customers. We ordered their most famous dish, Xiao Long Bao, but it was barely warm. Restaurant were not busy at all when we were seated for dinner. Waiters and waitresses were gathered around talking to each other and simply ignored customers. We ordered their most famous dish, Xiao Long Bao, but it was barely warm. It was steamed and cooked long time ago, left unattended till cold, then reheated for a brief second to serve customer. We looked into the kitchen through glass windows, chefs were picking and biting their finger nails, very relaxed to enjoy their idling time. Lucky that we didn't see them picking their toe nail. Another signature dish was Stir-fry Pork "la Main" (拉麵) i.e. hand-made noodle, but the famous hand made noodle were replaced with machine made greasy noodle. Greasy noodle is much cheaper and taste like soap. Again, the noodle came in lukewarm and became cold in a minute. It was precooked and wasn't freshly made, just like eating improperly microwaved greasy leftover from fridge. The only dish that came in warm was the Deep-fried shrimp, however, it was still a rip-off when comparing the portion to price. It was funny that the schrimp heads were broken off from body and there were a lot more heads than bodies.
In short, if you get angry with your money and stomach, go there and get pissed off....
