Very impressed by the quality and the plating of the hotpot items. I also like the fact that they offer individual pots. I chose the spicy hot pot and I could see they put quite a variety of spices in it 👍. Quite authentic.The beef was very good (爪邊has intense beef flavor and 挽手is silky smooth). I personally prefer the thick cut 爪邊. The freshly deep fried tofu skin roll was light and crisp (must order). The abalone took about 30 secs to cook and was very tender. The sliced Iberico pork shoulder

The minced pork ball with preserved vegetables was okay but I think the ones at Megan’s Kitchen were better. The chive dumplings were tasty (loosely packed inside)👍.
I now have one more place to go for hotpot in Kowloon side other than 牛皇星。This place has better ambience.
