Dinner for 8. Canadian wanted hotpot so decided to try this one, as recommended by PickyEater. Everybody appreciated the 一人一锅 concept. Here’s a selection of our pot choices:芫茜皮蛋汤椰子鲜鸡汤青红萝卜牛蹄锅海带清汤锅Ingredients-wise, ordered the usual suspects but surprisingly no seafood this time. Particularly worth noting and deserving of second orders were: The beef 骟牯牛: 牛颈脊 and 吊龙. 香炸鲜虾丸- where shrimp was stuffed inside my favorite- 油炸鬼. Maximum 4 seconds in the soup tho- as we wanted the dough to retain a certain amount of crispiness. 香脆猪仔唛午餐肉- a necessary evil.嫩豆苗- very fresh and tender.As for the less than underwhelming items- definitely 牛花胶 (translated in the Menu as “Beef Chin and Jaw”). A rare item indeed- so we all decided to order as none of us had tried before. Tasteless and weird texture. No one liked it- left unfinished. Should simply have ordered tendon instead.In summary: great atmosphere with amazing service. Great selection of rare items. Definitely Recommended.…查看更多
