Was using the dining credit that accompanied my staycation but I would have gladly paid for this quality of food.The service was first class. I emailed the restaurant a few days before my stay, saying I couldn't book through their online booking system. They offered a bar space but when I arrived, I got a full table by myself. I ordered roasted Iberico lamb rack in a thyme crust, with ratatouille, green beans and lamb jus; and truffle fries. The lamb rack and green beans were cooked perfectly, the ratatouille was brilliant - sweet and not sour, and the truffle fries were a delight.
