琴晚系男朋友生日,book左呢间bookmark左好耐嘅hugo’s嚟试试佢😋上网睇先知原来hugo’s历史好悠久,1969年已经开业,可以屹立不倒咁多年必定有佢嘅原因waitress安排左我地坐round table, 坐得好舒服好阔落,成个环境气氛都好高级唔记得左影低个menu, 我地都有想食嘅菜式,所以就叫左a la carte啲人话食西餐,一开头嘅面包已经会睇得出餐厅嘅水准,而呢个bread basket就真系好出色。入面有baguette, garlic bread, croissant,而我最中意个蒜蓉包,好香口同埋焗得好脆我地叫左6只田螺share食,餐厅都好贴心,会直接帮我哋分开两碟上。田螺就不过不失,调味唔算多,会食到田螺原味多啲,冇喺法国食个啲咁咸香煎鸭肝配上苹果酱同多士,classic嘅配搭一定唔会出错。个多士(冇影到)都好酥脆,成道菜每个细节都做得好好如果大家叫呢个龙虾汤,主厨会喺你面前煮,呢个experience都几值得一试👍🏻主菜我地叫左prime rib, 喺openrice见到大家食评都话份量好多(450g),所以我地都系两个人share一份。主厨会喺我地面前切,仲好贴心问我地想要薄啲一大块定系厚切每人半块,我地就拣左厚切,份量真系好多🙀肉质软熟,油脂同肉比例平均,好重肉味👍🏻我地仲加左两个side dishes, 分别系薯蓉同忌廉菠菜,都好好味最后叫左个苹果挞做甜品,唯一美中不足系我喺openrice booking request左要写happy birthday, 但最后个甜品系冇写嘅🥺最后仲送左个好fancy嘅chocolate vanilla ice cream ball,都不错-总结:openrice book枱a la carte有8折,最后连加一两个人食左$1900,以呢个食物质素同餐厅气氛,我觉得系非常之抵👍🏻我地两个人都食到好饱,细食嘅朋友我谂叫少一至两个appetizer/dessert都够食

Hugo recently has a promotion where every Tuesday, they will serve there unlimited steak and wine menu on Tuesday.They will introduce the cuts they have that night(which they will serve in the order of tenderloin, ribeye and sirloin). Their house wine was also quite good given that it is unlimited.Despite I wanted to save my stomach, the warm and buttery onion rolls and garlic bread were too hard to resist.Hugo Salad and Fries were also unlimited but I only had one serving as I was looking forward for the steak.It was such a nice oppurtunity to try all 3 cuts. First came my favorite, the tenderloin, which was almost melting in my mouth.Next came the rib eye which was the most aromatic out of the 3.Sirloin I would say is the middle of them both, retaining most of the tenderness while still having a hearty flavor.I definitely loved their tenderloin and tried one more before dessert.The creme brule was really large and the ratio of the caramelised topping and custard ratio was just right without being too sweet.

几年前好友移民,临行前跟她来了一次午餐小聚,当年的用餐体验,至今念念不忘,今天重临,昔日光景,彷如历历在目。 门前伫立的武士,简扑的装潢,沉稳的色调,予人想静静用餐的感觉。 午间以套餐餐供应为主,希戈餐厅午餐每位$588。 先是自选头盘又或即煮龙虾汤。 餐厅的头盘手推车一向有名,由冻虾到红菜头沙律共有十多款,客人大可随意挑选当中的三四款,悉随专便。 客人又可以选择浓稠的龙虾汤,正所谓有图有真相,龙虾汤只放了不到一分钟,表面便呈视一层薄膜,便可想而知,而且真系有龙虾肉,配面包一流。 主菜方面,有(意瓜茴香脆饼、甘笋蓉、番茜松露沙律)香煎鲈鱼柳、(茄子、时令蔬菜、香茅牛油汁)烤羊柳配油封羊髀、(迷迭香烧汁、千层薯仔、青豆蓉、烤青葱)原只大西洋波士顿龙虾拼盘酥皮盒及扒龙虾(另加$40)、烧美国顶级牛肋骨肉(另加$40)(席前银车切片)以及本月特选,厨师精选澳洲MB6和牛牛扒(另加$40)(炸薯条、黑椒汁)。 几位朋友各有所好,我是食肉兽,当然二话不说选了Prime Rib。 由银车推至餐桌前切,充满了仪式感,肉质松软有嚼口,渗著血丝,肉味浓郁,浇上了肉汁更是美味满分,配上的Yorkshire Pudding,沾上了肉汁,又是一个加分位,side dish的薯角吃得令人心花怒放,简单的两个字~满足。 意犹未尽的话,大可另加$100来份自选甜品。 又是餐车出现的时间,客人可在甜品车中挑选三款甜品,我就选了鲜果杯、朱古力慕丝及无花果挞,其他更有即炙Crème brûlée、开心果挞及Tiramisu,总有一款啱妳的。

睇咗唔少食评都话呢间餐厅气氛好食物又唔错,终于揾到机会嚟啦,其中特别想试嘅呢就系佢哋嘅美国牛肋骨肉。头盘叫咗田螺,同埋焗金文毕芝士。田螺嘅话印象中无咩特别。焗金文毕芝士就配上无花果酱,第一啖食系几好味,但系食咗两啖就觉得有啲腻啦,个人认为如果想主打食牛肋骨嘅话就唔使嗌呢个啦。之后就到咗好期待嘅龙虾汤啦(因为我太钟意饮龙虾汤🤣)。职员即场咁样去烹制呢个龙虾汤,不过我就觉得表演性质比较重啦。汤嘅话味道系OK嘅,不过呢如果可以做得浓稠啲呢咁就更加好啦。主菜叫咗慢煮鳕鱼,系全餐最好食𠮶样嘢。份量望落去比较精致,但其实食落因为鱼嘅油分都比较重,所以其实啱啱好。最后终于到咗嘅期待已久美国牛肋骨,嫩滑嘅部份真系非常嫩滑,可惜有一啲位有筋,咬咗好耐都系要放弃吐返出黎。同餐厅职员倾咗几句,其实听得出佢哋对佢哋呢个招牌菜好有信心,不过可能我唔识食啦,又或者咁啱切出嚟呢一旧系比较差少少,我就觉得比较一般。值得留意嘅系叫一份嘅份量都非常之大,落单嘅时候真系要好好考虑食量唔好浪费食物!最后疏乎厘收尾,味道就正常啦。整体嚟讲其实食物我就觉得比较一般啦,餐厅有好多菜式都会即场咁样烹制,个人认为表演性质真系比较重,如果可以将心思放返喺食物本身𠮶度,我相信餐厅可以做得更加好。不过值得一赞餐厅嘅装修同埋环境真系非常唔错。如果钟意有情调嘅餐厅,相信呢度符合到你要求!

闲日去尖沙咀嘅Hugo西餐厅食Lunch,一入门口见到餐厅放咗拎奖嘅相架出嚟!网上都有唔少Comment话几好食,未食之前已经对佢地啲嘢食抱有期望呢!<餐前面包>🥖上菜之前有一份餐前面包(法包同酥皮包),但面包质地太烟靭,亦冇面包个种香味. 我就只系每款咬左一啖😿☕️每个Lunch Set会包一杯野饮,不过Staff唔会特别讲,想饮野饮要主动提出呢!试左Hot Latte 同Cold Mocha☕️. Latte咖啡味重啲,但Macha可以用淡到同水一样.🥹<2-Course Lunch Set 🍽️> 💰588 per person 1st Course试左自选头盘同龙虾汤.自选头盘有超过20款嘅嘢食可以自己拣,侍应会推餐车出嚟,逐一层去问你有咩嘢钟意食!因为我唔钟意食salad,所以帮大家试唔到啲菜新唔新鲜.🤣但个人觉得南瓜、三文鱼、虾、Palmer ham配哈密瓜都唔错!其他冇特别讲嘅嘢食就好普通. 我建议真系唔好拣太多嘢食,因为全部生冷野食,食食吓会好滞😖之后食2nd course就会有啲辛苦🥹<龙虾汤>🦞龙虾汤一饮落去有啲苦苦哋,餐厅用咗龙虾膏去煮,所以苦都系正常!不过龙虾汤都系一般般,冇话特别好饮~<烧美国顶级牛肋骨肉>🥩🥔牛肉好冧,煮得啱啱好,不过唔重牛肉味.牛肉系配磨菇Sauce嚟食,但系调味好淡,要加Mustard食夹啲🥹Side Dish系配焗薯同Sour Cream👈🏻冇乜特别、酥皮盒👈🏻亦都唔重牛油味,好普通😖🦞🥔<原只大西洋波士顿龙虾拼盘酥皮盒及扒龙虾> 龙虾肉质鲜甜,连Side Dish嘅酥皮盒同薯蓉都好食过牛肉个个!呢个酥皮盒系用左龙虾嘅汁嚟整,薯蓉亦好香忌廉味~
