Obviously, the decoration here is amazingly good and the service standard is supposed to be the highest in Hong Kong. The food tastes delicious. lobster龍蝦較突出；而個人最喜歡魚，香辣鮮嫩又惹味；海參鵝掌食材高級，菜亦難得煮得好好味，口感上佳，我個人認為起碼值Michelin star 推介至一星，飯還可。
