i've been here 3 times now. consistently, the tempura is what you can't miss here. first of all, the chef i believe was from inagiku, which everyone knows is the BEST tempura restaurant in HK. the style and quality of the tempura does really rival that of inagiku. the batter is light, crisp and not oily, does not overpower the food inside. it is always served pipping hot while still juicy inside. you will miss out if you don't order some a la carte tempuras from their tempura menu. some p
you will miss out if you don't order some a la carte tempuras from their tempura menu. some pretty innovative different tempura from ur usual shrimp / white fish / pumpkin tempura. really loved the uni w/ shiso leaf tempura and a few others.
the sushi / sashimi was also very fresh. and they have some pretty innovative and delicious sushi rolls. ask the chef!
the price is not cheap, but not as expensive as inagiku in my opinion. it's definitely worthed.
