After a few hours of shoppping, mum and I were super hungry as shopping needed lots of energy, so we decided to have something nice and could make us feel full. I suggested to have shanghai food: Crystal Jade and we just went for it. The shop was quite easy to find although it was at the corner on the 2nd floor. It was near to Carlifornia pizza. The shop was quite easy to find although it was at the corner on the 2nd floor. It was near to Carlifornia pizza. After we arrived we quickly made our decision and ordered.
Around 10-15mins, all the food arrived. Xiaolongbao(小籠包) looked super delicious, the skin of it was as thin as a mask which you could see through it with the juicy soup and the attractive meat. It came with a plate of ginger and vinegar. Mum and I both love sour thing so we "fight" for it, the waitress was so smart and caring that we brought us another plate of it. The taste of the Xiaolongbao was fabulous, it was super hot, the soup inside did not fall out before we ate it which showed the high techinique that the chef had. The meat inside was at the right proportion, very JUICY and matched with the skin really well. Perfect proportion!!
Dandan noodles(擔擔麵) the next! As I told the waitress that I could not eat "too spicy" food so she is so considerate that she seperate the spicy sauce for me to add it in myself. The Dandan noodles was so tender and I could tell that was hand-made. Very appreciated!
Finishing my these 2 dishes, I was Super FULL and had the energy to shop again!!
