Join the jetour tour this CNY, their tea party is held at Heichinrou for yum cha! First time ever for me that a tea party is held at restaurant and not just function room with snacks.I love the entry, they have those crystal golden ball and feather pillar, it's like those grand wedding banquet entry hahaha. * quite good, not tasting fishy

* where's the sauce?
* the beef is a bit rough, maybe too much beef??
* it's still ok, and they come in small size, so it's alright

* this is GOOD, not many places still have this
* the wrap is soft
* the beef is tender n juicy
steam bun with sweeten syrup
* the bun is quite sweet n hot
* syrup is good to go with the steam hot bun
layered steam cake ( green + light green layers)
* not much coconut taste as i have made it before
* the layers are too thick instead of many layers
* it's still ok
