Second time visiting Ramen Jo, I didn’t realise that they were recommended by #michelin every year since 2014! Thé Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen sounds simple, but the pork broth base was no joke! Creamy, flavourful and thick while not greasy. Thin Noodles cooked to a perfect al dente. The Cha-siu was 50-50 ratio in terms of fat to lean meat. Impressive Ramen! My friend tried the Tsukumen, thicker noodles dipped into the the dip sauce which is intense and aromatic. The fish 鱼介 flavour was significant

My friend tried the Tsukumen, thicker noodles dipped into the the dip sauce which is intense and aromatic. The fish 鱼介 flavour was significant, can’t help emptying the bowl after adding broth to it and drink it up!
Ramen Jo definitely remains one of the top Ramen bars on my list! On a side note, remember to try their spicy 芽菜 as well!
